Good service, hardly any wait time, everyone is friendly! Would recommend to friends and family

The estimate for my work was off by $2089. They removed my existing FRONT bridge with that quote. Now they're holding my new bridge and crown hostage until I produce another $1,675. So far I've paid $3,415--already $250 over the original quote. I'm livid. I understand estimates being off by a few hundred dollars--but $2089?! It reeks of a scam. Beware of anywhere people are over-the-top nice.

They have pictures of the owner with celebrities like the Dallas Cowboys in the lobby, and if you're as rich as a football player then maybe it's a good practice for you to go to. But beware, if you get an estimate that's way off and can't pay the difference--no consideration for your health. I have sent an email trying to work out some arrangement so I cannot say for sure how the owners themselves will treat this situation, but it's been months and I've gotten nowhere yet.

I just hope they don't throw my bridge away before I can get the money they say I have to bring. It makes me livid! There are also other hints where their priorities are--the fact they require you confirm your appointment verbally 24 hours in advance or they reserve the right to cancel it. The fact that they can be very rigid with time. If there's a problem, that's ok--it will fall on you, not on them. It's one of those overly-nice-to-your-face-but-you-better-watch-your-back things. The one thing I like--the dental hygienist.

I literally just left Wheatland Dental Care and I will come back again! They took care of me and my pain! The staff was great as well! #newpatientmadeforlife

I had a 3pm appointment for a teeth cleaning, which they called and asked if I could come at 2pm. I agreed. I arrived at 2pm got checked in and within 5 minutes was called to the back. Got in the chair and was told that they were going to polish my teeth. This was odd. Dentist I've went to in the past do this last. After that was done I sat in the chair for nearly a hour!

This place only had one hygienist working and a full house apparently. I left around 3:15pm. Terrible place to go. Over books and makes the customer sit and wait until they get to you. Defeats the purpose of an appointment I think. Avoid this office.

Wheatland dental care is like a BAD dental school and if you want to be practiced on and have to keep going back for corrections by all means go to Wheatland dental. One root canal, 6 different dentists caused 15 visits and had to get a needle 12 times and a year later an infection set in and another dentist had to point it out a week after I went to THEM for x-rays. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

I have been going to WDC since the 90s! I recently had emergency work done by Dr. FRITZ and she did a FANTASTIC job. I was lucky to get an appointment the same day and still made it to work! I felt no pain during the procedure, no pain the day of the procedure, and no pain after. She even called to check on me! She and her assistant are absolutely skilled at their profession and I am grateful I came here!

This place and is bad bad! The worst when you're late or unavailable to make appointment? You be charged? But when you show up for an appointment the staff made for. You just wait till they can see you? No explanation why your double booked just wait. Tells you prices that's out of this world? And your insurance covers all the work. Poor staff!,

I had two appointments here. In both cases i arrived early, checked in, and waited for 30 minutes past the appointment time, at this point I had to go again to the front desk and suggest they reschedule before they finally begin the appointment on both occasions. The dental chairs inside are all very old and worn out until they have to cover the inner chair lining with plastic.

I had a simple procedure, and requested novacaine, but they gave me gas instead. They did not explain anything about the procedure, or the gas and were in an extreme hurry. The work left my teeth very rough inside my mouth and so sensitive it hurt to brush them at all. I didnt compare their prices with other offices, but come to find out the are extremely high in all their charges. Really regret having visited this company. They seemed to have a lot of goid reviews, but they proved misleading.

Caring dental clinic. Pricing is fair. They strive hard to Excell in customer service. They also serve as a internship site for dental techs. Well respected by the local community. My family has had many simple and complicated procedures done here. No major problems at all. Very attentive to their customers.

Staff is very friendly I would rate my experience 3 out 5 Dental Office good with teeth cleanings but lack experience staff for Dental Surgery but always ready for payment or to run insurance bill up so far I spent $2000 for poor Dental work that I will have to get corrected at another Dental provider. I've had several Dental Surgery at this clinic that was very poor service root canal, upper bridge, wisdom tooth pulled which I had to continue coming back afterwards for follow treatments do to surgery infections. I would recommend this place as a last option if you need major Dental work.

I have been coming here for a couple of years and every time I see a new face. It's very frustrating because it's like they don't take the time to read my chart before I come to my appointment to know what's going on in my mouth. This past time I had to cancel because I got called into work and they tried to charge me 150$$$$. Are you kidding me! Also, I've never seen this dr Scruggs person who apparently is the head dr. I always see some random person.

I went here a year ago for fast braces and this place place completely destroyed my mouth! I was only supposed to have my braces on for six months which has now turned into a complete year. I had two doctors that decided to quit because they didn't want to work for Dr Suggs. Dr #1 shaved two of my teeth down leaving me what to gaps. Dr #2 tried to fix the previous doctors mess and used cavity filling to fix it and it's freaking UGLY!

After all of this Dr Suggs decides he doesn't want to hire anyone else and leaves me with an assistant. To top it all off, he tells her to move my front tooth bracket down and now one tooth is loonthan the other. It's horrible! I cry almost every time I look in the mirror. What should have been a simple case has completely ruined my life.

This office has always been very understanding of my fear of Dentist. Pretty sure it dates back from my childhood. I had Dr. Aubell who was a very nice man but his hands were just to big for my mouth and it always hurt, and although he has now passed away my fear is still going strong years later. I would opt to give childbirth again versus having to get a new crown any-day!

And here I am having twins. Twin crowns that is. I even called my Mom and told her that the worst thing about growing up is having to make your own dentist appointments So, I've downloaded a book on tape. Divine Evil written by Nora Roberts. Signed all the forms including initializing here and there. Paid my portion of the co-pay, said a and hopefully I'll be done soon. Give me the laughing gas! I called knowing that my appt would be a month out.well it was the next day at 630p! I got there and was welcomed like royalty. I filled out my pap er work and was whisked to a examination room where they got to work immediately doing x-rays, and a full panel of my mouth where this machine circled around my head. All the while they were explaing each procedure and asking if I had any questions before they proceeded.

I was able to get my teeth cleaned. Which was what I needed and wanted. Tranh is a awesome dental hygienist. She is very gentle. a second hygienist came in and educated me on mouth care, and showed me pictures of how my smile could look. Then the dentist and his assistant came in and evaluated my issues he was funny, kind, knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable.

He said he was so glad I was there to see him. The financial person explained the charges which were affordable! WHEATLANDDENTAL.COM is the only dental place for me and should be for you. They are state of the art dentistry! The staff is extremely nice and attentive to your needs.no long waits, but wait I was given a rose on my departure. Really! Who does that? My appointment today with Dr. D was unbelievable. From the novocaine shots to him working on 4 different teeth, I felt no pain at all. I am still in disbelief that I was even getting dental work done. This is one dentist appointment I will never forget because this is the first time ever I can say I had no pain and we all know how the shots have some pain/discomfort and I had absolutely no pain during my procedures. Dr. D takes his time and explains everything in great detail before he starts the procedure and shows you where he might have some concerns if any. I would definitely recommend Dr. D!

I love everything about this place. They are great. Very detailed, and a nice/clean environment.

Dr. Suggs performed my root canal today that I have put off for awhile because of fear. It was performed today with 0 pain! I have had a deep cleaning here & they even fit me in because of an emergency once. Only wrote this review cause I know it's tough to find a good reliable dentist but here you go :

I came here because my regular dentist is not open on Saturdays. I needed to come on a Saturday because I had just started a new job. Now I must say this place is very professional and detail on your dental care. They were able to assist on my dental needs and take xrays and even sat me aside to let my know what my issues were. They were very good on explaining and giving me options on what I needed to do.

I left feeling educated and more aware on my mouth and I now know what I need to do prevent any more issues with my teeth. Now my dentist is Awesome and I do plan to keep going to her. However this place is making me reconsider my dental care needs going forward. If you live in the area and you are in the need of a dentist this place is Awesome! Plus the fact they are open on Saturdays is an extra plus.

They not only take care of your dental needs they educate you so that you can do what is nessaray to prevent further damage to your dental care. I was very pleased with my care here and I now have to figure out what direction I have to take going forward with my dental care.

I broke a tooth biting on a mint - Grrrrrr. I've been a patient at Wheatland Dental for quite some time, so I called them first thing Monday morning. Once she confirmed that I was in no pain, the receptionist scheduled an appointment for me to come in the next morning. Once there, I waited about five minutes before being greeted by a dental assistant, got an x-ray, and was taken to a room for an exam. Dr. Kim walked in, graciously greeted me, assessed my situation and let me know my options.

I needed a crown. Dr. Kim has such a warmth and professionalism about her, that I was immediately put at ease. Even the 'shot with the big needle', needed for the crown prep procedure, was gentle. She let me know everything that was about to happen. She's got a very calming bedside manner. My entire time there was relaxing and with VERY minimal pain - no, REALLY. I have been to this dentist office many times. I had a horrible toothache from a bad filling that was completed by a different dentist at Monarch Dental. Dr. Sugg and Dr. Ramsey provided excellent dental care, a root canal and a wonderful payment plan for the portion of services that my insurance did not cover. I have travelled back from Atlanta just to visit this dental office. Dr. Sugg is the best, with over 40+ years of dental experience. I love this place!
