Great staff and WONDERFUL Dentist! Dr. Christian is very down to Earth, and made me feel completely comfortable in his care. Professional work perfomed. And I would highly recommend them to others.

As a new patient I've been very pleased with the staff from start to finish. The wait upon arrival is minimal and everyone is very friendly. Procedures are always explained both before and during. If you are looking for a new dentist I would definitely recommend them.

Though going to the dentist is hard for some people, I've never felt that way about going to The Dentists South Shore. The entire staff is pleasant, kind and efficient. I've been seeing Ronnie for a number of years and she is wonderful. I would highly recommend The Dentists South Shore.

Dr. Mike and the rest of The Dentists South Shore staff are the best! I have never had a poor experience. My visits are always efficient and with great service. I've had emergency dental issues that were promptly taken care of and my normal visits are always easy to schedule. I've been a patient with The Dentists for 25 years. They are the best in town. Tonight I had Amy as my Hygienist, she was gentle and thorough. Make an appointment, you won't regret it.

Excellent care and Personal And personal touch! Dr. Christian is very understanding and Considerate of one's needs. Makes going to the dentist not feel like a toothache.

Everyone polite, friendly, professional, skilled. Staff are great communicators. Office is super clean, appointments always a positive experience, everything is explained clearly, Dr Harteau is the best dentist I have had in fifty plus years, highly recommend both locations (Layton Ave and Howell Ave).

My family and I absolutely LOVE this facility! The majority of the staff up front and the nurses are very pleasant, nice and courteous. But the MVP is definitely Dr. Christian! He is so caring and down to earth. He's thorough and patient with all our dental anxieties and concerns. He listens! He actually hears you out! Every fear and concern is heard and evaluated.

He talks things out with you and makes you feel at ease. He would probably hold your hand if he knew it would make you feel better lol! He's just that caring! I switched my kids over to him recently. I saw Dana for the first time today, she did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dentists at South Shore are the best!

The dental office team is very friendly and customer focused. Initial connection was a bit delayed each time ive come. 10 minutes of waiting without knowing if the office was open. When sitting in the car a petson doesn't know whats happening. Quicker initial connections would make the experience even better.

I would recommend the Dentists to anyone I know, I had a filling put in a tooth that I thought could not be saved, also 2 extractions that were painless. The Drs. there make sure you are not in pain when they work on you. I also had a flipper made and it did not fit right, so my Dr. had assistant make more molds to be sent to lab to make a new one. My Dr. wanted to make sure I am Happy with the end results. Also you can set up a Payment plan if you need to.

We always get friendly, competent, efficient service. They are great with the kids too.

Best place ever! All Dentists are patient and nice. And all Hygienist are equally nice. I love Mary Kay and Dana.

I have put off dental work for the past eight years because I developed a phobia for it. Very anxiety producing for me, so I suffered through a sore tooth and a couple of cracked teeth that needed crowns. I put it off until I couldn't any longer, and I made an appointment and I'm so glad I did. It wasn't cheap, but I got a root canal and two new beautiful crowns in an almost painless procedure.

The whole staff were super nice and welcoming and Dr. Mike listened and developed a plan for me to move forward with the work. I did some small oral sedation and I'm beyond happy that I finally got really nice teeth and it was a great experience. Couldn't more highly recommend.

I called with an emergency chipped tooth and left a message on Sunday. My call was retuned when the office opened Monday morning. I was able to get my tooth fixed the same afternoon. I feel so much better thanks to the staff. They were very professional and had a great sense of humor. I am thankful!

Even though it is "the dentist " I have had a pleasant interaction with them. From the receptionists Kim & Oliva, who by the way are funny (but professional) to Kayla (the same) to Dr. Margraff (who by the way was Miss St. Francis 2013 and runner up to Miss Wisconsin) all made me feel welcomed and appreciated on my first appointment. I would highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs. They bend over backwards to help you with any insurance needs. Andrea did my cleaning and her too, was very personable. All I'm all, a fun bunch of peeps.

I've been to some other dentists in the area, including the big chain. This is the first dentist I have been to that has actually cared about not just about doing the work and getting paid; they also care about your mental and emotional health when it comes to seeing a dentist. While many others claim to care about patients with past dental emotional/psychological trauma, these dentists actually do care.

They actually take the time to make sure you are comfortable, that you understand what's going to happen, and what you will hear/smell/feel before even touching you. It's wonderful to have finally found people who actually care, have patience, and understand that there are people with traumatic pasts as dental patients that may need a little more time to work with. They really are the best you will ever find!

I have not had good dental experiences until I came here. I had a major cavity that caused me needing to have the tooth removed and an implant put in. Dr. Mike was nothing but patient, kind, and understanding with me. He explained every step of the process in a way I could understand and made sure I was comfortable and feeling OK. I also needed a crown because a filling came out and once again Dr. Mike made sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. Getting my teeth clean is also a great experience and not something I fear or dread anymore. I recommend them 100%. They are like a family there and welcome you in. I will not be going anywhere else for future dental needs.

Growing up, I never learned good Dental Hygiene! Over the last 60 years, I have lost all of my lower molars and several other teeth. Finally, the Family Dentist that I had been seeing for the last 50 years, referred me to another practice for the evaluation of full dentures. Fortunately, I knew someone who raved about the Dentists South Shore. On his recommendation, I made an appointment to see Dr. Tom. Wow, next to meeting my wife to be, this may have been the best introduction I have ever had.

Everyone that I have encountered at the Dentists South Shore Practice has been pleasant, professional, and proficient. They treat me with respect! They treat each other with respect! They say "Please" and "Thank you!" I feel so comfortable in their hands. And while all that is important, the best part is that their recommended Dental Solution is fantastically great! I am now in the process of learning to smile again! Thanks to everyone at The Dentists South Shore, especially Dr. Tom Charapata!

I came in today and met with Dr. Mike as a new patient. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and at ease. They talked to me and explained what was going to happen in detail when I get my molar repaired. I am so happy I decided to come to the Dentists South Shore and will be sure to refer anyone needing dental work done, to them in the future!

These are the best Dentists in Milwaukee! Their crowns are done same day and are the highest quality. Dr. Mike Golovin just completed my crown, on first fit it was perfect and no pain! I avoided the dentist for 12 years and after my first exam I needed some work done, surprisingly haha. At first I went to their competitor Aspen Dental but they quoted me $10k-$16k depending on the specialist. Through The Dentist South Shore my total was SIGNIFICANTLY lower, and they also didn't require me to find a specialist for my back molars. (not wisdom teeth).

I had the pleasure to be worked on by Dr. Christian and Dr. Mike. Both were incredible humans and were great at keeping me calm and well numbed up for the procedures! Even after 2 root canals, 2 crowns, and an infected tooth extraction all in one morning by Dr. Christian, I was feeling 100% the next day and could easily photograph a 8 hour wedding in the winter elements of Wisconsin. If you haven't been to a dentist in awhile, I strongly recommend giving them a visit!

I have had nothing but bad experiences at the dentist. Today was honestly the best one I've ever had. The staff and doctor were absolutely amazing! If you fear the dentist don't with them. They are absolutely fantastic!

Dr. Tom has been our dentist for over 20 years. He is an incredible human being, who truly cares about the patients he serves. I have seen his office/practice grow over the years. The employees are friendly and dedicated-every dentist, hygienist, receptionist and dental assistant have treated me and my husband like gold. The environment is. welcoming, fun and professional. Dan and I have referred many friends and family over the years because of our trust in the staff; many who have a long history of experience and commitment serving patients at The Dentists South Shore.
