At Madsen and Hirsch Dental Care, we are happy to now offer Botox Cosmetic and Xeomin to enhance your wonderful smile, whether it's natural or restored by our cosmetic dental services. As we age, lines and wrinkles appear on the skin due to the repeated contractions of underlying muscles. When Botox or Xeomin is injected into these muscles to decrease their ability to contract; the skin becomes smooth and relaxed, resulting in a younger appearance.Another benefit of Botox and Xeomin injections are to reduce muscle contraction and pain from muscles used in clenching and grinding habits, which dentists call bruxism.

Today's visit was done very well. Dr. Hirsch listened to my requests and made sure that I was comfortable. As always, Dr. Madsen is professional, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend their dental care! You won't be disappointed. FYI, I have been trusting them since I moved to Madison over 12 years ago.

If you want the ABSOLUTE BEST DENTAL CARE, with virtually no pain, and the most current technical care available, call and start the best dental care now by becoming a patient of Dr. Madsen & Dr. Hirsch. Simply superior care without exception. I have lived in Florida for 12 years after retiring, and each year I always come back to Madsen and Hirsch for all my dental needs.

Dentophobia is the extreme fear of going to the dentist, and I have it, I thought I was going to pass out in the waiting room, until I met the team. Not only were they nice, they made me comfortable by providing me a weighted blanket which is thought to stimulate the production of a mood-boosting hormone (serotonin), reduce the stress hormone (cortisol), and increase levels of melatonin. Such a great team, and I will be going back as I felt comfortable.

I'm just beginning the process of a single tooth implant and was to have had an half hour consultation and examination. Dr. Madsen introduced himself and we had a far ranging conversation that put me at ease. The examination revealed an infection which he relieved and then wrote me a prescription for antibiotics. He and the entire staff made me feel welcomed and professionally handled.
While somewhat difficult to say I'm looking forward to my extraction and the next implant step, I'm confident that I made the right choice in dental care with a high level of skill and communication.

Visiting from out of town and after a Christmas Day dental crisis, Dr. Craig Madsen and crew were not only able to schedule me later the same day (the day after Christmas), everyone was friendly, reassuring, competent and extremely efficient! When I move back to the Madison area, Madsen and Hirsch will definitely be my full time dental team!

I've been coming to Madsen & Hirsch for several years and have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly, and my teeth feel great at the end of each visit. I've been fortunate to have healthy teeth most of my life, but the couple of times I've needed more work than just a simple cleaning, they carefully talked me through the procedures and helped keep my discomfort to a minimum. I will happily recommend Madsen & Hirsch to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I absolutely love Dr.'s Madsen and Hirsch. They take their time to provide quality treatment and keep you informed the whole way along. I needed quite a few fillings done and was very nervous, but the need for the treatment was thoroughly explained to me and done so comfortably, I didn't feel a thing! And the work looks so beautiful, you can't even tell I have fillings. I have always felt at home here. Best dental office ever!
