I have trusted my oral health care to Periodontal Associates for over 40 years. The dental cleanings I receive are superior. They listen to your dental concerns and they care about finding a solution that works for you.

Dr Heller has worked on two molars successfully and I have had positive experiences both times from a dedicated professional. I recommend him to all.

I had an exposed root and was in pain. Found Dr Eric Beckman through my insurance provider. Going to see Dr. Beckman was the best thing that has happened to me this year. I would recommend him to everyone.

I have a client who started at periodontal associates years ago. They operate in excellence. Caring compassionate professionals who build rapport with their clients but provide exemplary dental health care.

This experience was everything I could hope for. The procedure and the need were both explained clearly. The cost as well as the amount insurance would pay was covered. I was given several payments options all of which were very reasonable. My recovery was very unremarkable (no pain) and follow up appointment timely. I will happily recommend Dr Heller and his staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

They either don't know, or don't care, about standard insurance policies like working on more than 2 teeth in one quadrant in a given year. As a result I was charged $750 more than I was originally quoted. And the gum graft didn't even work on two of the four teeth anyways! They told me they had run their proposal by my insurance, but that was a lie.

You have to do it yourself, DO NOT TRUST THEM to do so. They finally admitted to me they don't run proposals through insurance upfront anymore because insurance companies don't honor their quotes. Well at least I would have had something to hold my insurance company accountable if you had actually submitted a predetermination letter upfront like you said you were going to.

There office manager is very rude, and after weeks of going back and forth they finally forgave $300 of the $750. Something, but still totally unacceptable, especially for how hard I had to fight for just that. Please do not support this business, they will cheat you.

These practice is awesome. The procedure I had done work so well. The results we needed happened and Dr. Dale is the best. Gentle and super skilled! I highly recommend this practice!

THE BEST Dental/Periodontal experience I have ever had. Dr. Beckman was so kind, as well as very knowledgeable and precise with his work! Did not even really notice any pain from the tooth extraction he performed recently! The office is very clean, the staff is beyond friendly and helped make sure I was not uncomfortable at any point during the surgery or recovery process. Very glad I made the decision to go here!

Dental practice is very deceptive and charged for a evaluation consultation that they had not charged for previously, never disclosed they would charge. No other dental practice I have seen charges for these estimates since the amount is generally $20 - $60 K for this work. Office is professional but would not recommend as they are not upfront.

I had gum grafting 20 years ago and due my experiences, put off more grafting for a long time. Dr. Beckman just grafted large areas of my gums and my experience could not have been better. The office has a very professional staff who takes the time to explain everything from the costs to the actual procedure. My recovery went so well. I would highly recommend Dr. Beckman and his staff.

Everyone at Periodontal is great. Before, during, and after my procedure the entire staff was available to help and assist me with anything I needed. The procedure and what to expect after were thoroughly explained and I was encouraged to call or text at any time if I needed something.

Dr Heller and Erin were fantastic. Everything was explained clearly going into the surgery. The surgery itself was preformed superbly and the follow up care was amazing. Would recommend.

Each time I arrive I am greeted by my name, Co-vid tested by scanning temperature of my forehead, and told when I will be called. Dr. Teller's staff has always been polite, friendly & competent; and upfront tab out the cost of each procedure. Dr. Heller is excellent! I have had gum replacement 3 times, and soon will have a implant which my dentist will place a crown in in February 2022. Highly recommend.

I went in the dr. to have my gums fixed. I had bad receding gums. The dentist was so wonderful and helpful, she was kind and explained all the details. I went in and the surgery was very painless, the graft was taken from the roof of my mouth that helped the gum tissue recover quickly. The assistant Sierra was amazing and comforting. I would recommend Periodontal Associated and Dr. Heller to anyone that is scared of dentists but need to have work done.
