For a mom with a child that has high anxiety/fear with medical, I cannot express my gratitude enough for the team members at Bovenizer and Baker for creating an environment that made our consultation seamless! My daughter is actually excited about her treatment plan and eager to go back. The rewards program is a great incentive for kids to keep their smiles healthy and involved in their care!

I work in the orthodontic industry as a global product manager based in Orange County, California. So I spend most of my days improving on products by working with top orthodontists around the world. When the time came for me to go back in to ortho treatment, I was fortunate to have a handful of orthodontists around the country offer to do my treatment.
I chose to go back in to treatment with Dr. Todd Bovenizer and it was such an easy decision. I was more than willing to fly coast to coast to get treated with Dr. Bo. Here are my top reasons why: 1. Dr. Bo is one of the most renowned smile architects in the country - he is recognized in the industry to be very meticulous to perfect the smile in relation to overall facial features and patient needs.
His finished cases are some of the best I've seen at conferences - natural-looking symetric smile arch (especially crucial as you age), ideal gum tissue visibility, hidden lower teeth, and less dark areas on either side of the mouth. 2. Innovative practice that uses the best products and technology to maximize positive treatment outcomes - Bovenizer and Baker Orthodontics is one of the foremost orthodontic practices in the industry, using a combination of best in class products and effective treatment planning to get to end results in an optimal time.
During conferences, I've noticed how Dr. Bo's presentation shows patients moving phases within treatment at an ideal pace (not too fast leading to undesired outcomes or too slow leading to braces fatigue). 3. Treats customers like family - The staff at Bo and Baker are extremely caring and attentive. They even stayed back after work hours to ensure that most of my questions were answered and demonstrated certain things I needed help with.
It was not just talk, but a lot of action to show they prioritize patient needs. Having been in the industry, I also know that Dr. Bo is quite differentiated from other orthodontists as he is very intentional in training his staff to grow and be fulfilled in their roles. How you treat your employees clearly comes off in how the employees, in turn, treat customers!
From an ortho-insiders perspective, I would highly recommend Bo and Baker Ortho to anyone wanting to gain confidence in your smile and overall outlook! It's a wonderful journey and I feel so privileged to have a chance at improving my smile with this crew :)

First off, Dr. Bovenizer and his staff start off welcoming you as if you're visiting family which calms any anxiety you or your kids might feel. They provide a positive and rewarding environment for children and adults. The technology and the level of expertise Bovenizer & Baker providers give along with the support to their patients with various timeline options, data, and payment plans for the results they may be looking for to achieve the look desired is top notch. Our family has trusted Dr. Bo for over a decade now with all six of our kids smiles! He's the best!

Dr. Bo and Dr. Baker are just plain rockstars - but it doesn't just stop with them, its the entire staff. They have done my orthodontics, my wife's and our two boys. I have NEVER had a bad experience with any of their staff. They are the most friendly people and you can just tell they enjoy their work. As busy as it is in there at times, both Dr. Bo and Dr. Baker never miss the opportunity to come over and greet me, in a genuine way, like friends.
The office is run like a well oiled machine. The staff is well organized, highly trained, seem to know exactly what tasks need to be done to stay efficient, all while focusing on the patient's experience. No doubt if I ran into any of them "in the wild" they would stop and say hello! If you aren't looking for a shifty orthodontics practice, then this is the right place!

Went to the office for new patient consultation. The staff were all amazing from scheduling the appointment, to the consultation, to scheduling braces placement. Options were reviewed in detail. Questions were encouraged and answered. Technology was super advanced. The office is clean and inviting. Dr. Bo is the best! So happy I chose this practice!

I met with Bovenizer and staff. They were phenomenal. The office was very busy and yet efficient. They were amazing with my little one during my consultation and Dr. Bovanizer was reassuring, honest and conservative. I'd refer this office to anyone. It's a great office with great doctors and an amazing staff.
