I discovered this place through Google and I cannot be more pleased! The receptionist was kind and accommodating. Dr. Shabbir and his wife welcomed me warmly, attended to my every concern. They did not even charge me for the visit itself but just took the mold necessary for a new retainer. It was ready the next day for a painless pick-up. I have found my new Cleveland Area Orthodontist!
