Services
Your referral slip and x-rays from your referring dentist. A list of medications you are currently taking (please note that you can fill out your patient registration and medical history form on this web page.) If you have dental insurance, please bring any forms or insurance cards with you to the appointment. Please Note: All patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation appointment.
Laser Periodontal TherapyTM or LANAP is a laser-based procedure that addresses periodontal or gum disease using an Nd:YAG free running pulsed laser. Utilizing this technique, we are able to provide periodontal therapy with less pain, less swelling, less bleeding, less tissue removal, less down time, and less recovery time for our patients.
An accident, injury, or disease can cause tooth loss. Having an incomplete smile may damage your self esteem and cause oral health problems. Without a replacement tooth, the remaining teeth shift and the bone can start to deteriorate. Dental implants can replace missing teeth and allow patients to lead the full, active lives they deserve.
Surgical procedures require at least local anesthestic to make patients comfortable for the procedures. We try to offer a range of other sedation services to make our patient's experience as easy as possible. Nitrous oxide or laughing gas is available at our office. This minimal sedation technique allows the patient to relax for the dental procedure without any long term effects for the rest of day.

I have been a patient for many years and this is the only place I will go. Gale is an absolutely fantastic Dental Hygienist and the only person I will go to. She is thorough, attentive to my comfort, friendly and professional. Chris at the front desk is wonderful. Always going above and beyond to help with my numerous questions. Katie, the dental assistant is so bubbly, kind and makes me feel special whenever I see her.
I do not know the rest of the staff by name but they are all special. Dr. Poore is an incredible Periodontist and has done an excellent job in getting my mouth healthy and continues to ensure my teeth stay well taken care of. Having dental work is usually not something anyone looks forward to but I actually look forward to my visits. The services and wonderful staff are top notch. I highly recommend to everyone.

Dr. Poore and staff are wonderful! They don't rush you and do everything they can to make sure everything is as painless and comfortable as possible. Nice to feel like you're getting such great individual treatment as a patient when so many docs act like you are just a number. I'd give 10 stars if I could :

I came in to get my wisdom teeth removed and immediately I was greeted with the kindest smiles and help! The environment is very clean and uplifting. The staff is very kind, makes you feel very comfortable, and you're never in the dark about any operations done to you. Dr. Poore did my wisdom teeth operation and he made me feel very comfortable. My wounds are healed and feeling good, and during my check up he was very assuring that everything looked good and healthy. I Highly recommend the Oklahoma Center for Implants!

Who looks forward to seeing their periodontist? I do! I always feel welcomed as soon as I walk through the doors. Dr. Poore is very friendly, kind and does excellent work. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a periodontist. Dr. Poore and his assistant are very informative, expain procedures and answer any questions I might have. They always make me feel at ease and I always know that I am in good hands. They are an awesome team!

Dr. Chris Poore and his staff were absolutely incredible. I felt welcomed, comfortable, safe and I knew I was in great hands. It's really difficult finding a Periodontist you love and I am so amazed at how exceptional this place is. Katie (I believe it was Katie or Kate) was phenomenal as well! So happy to have found a place such as this. I highly recommend that anyone needing a new periodontist or looking to find a different one - try this place out. You will not be disappointed. In fact, your expectations will be highly exceeded! Impeccable service.
