My name is Stephanie, I am a Practice Manager for a dental office in Georgia. I was referred to Kisco for their radios and earpieces that they sale through our dental rep. Unfortunately, we have been having problems with our earpieces, either the stem breaks off or there is no sound coming out. This is very frustrating since they are costly. We have 16 employees, so after spending almost $3,000.00 on the charging bases, radios and ear pieces I would hope to get friendly, helpful customer service, but what I found was an employee that clearly has not had the proper training in customer service.
