Really love the cleaning experience with Tiffany! She is very experienced and gentle that didn't cause too much bleed in my mouth. I can't recommend more!

I scheduled my mom an appointment for her first visit here. They told me upfront they do take her insurance. I took the time to fill out the lengthy new patient online form. We waited 2 1/2 weeks for her appointment and then they called us the morning of saying her group insurance is not accepted but they would still see her if she wanted to pay out of pocket.

When they left us a vm the morning of they referenced my name for the appointment and not hers. I was looking forward to my mom going here as there are lots of good reviews but with our experience, they seemed disorganized and not very considerate of people's time.

I've been here for 8 years and have been so happy with my experience! They make my visits enjoyable and have completed work that has helped me manage my gum recession. I also love that they do crowns on-site!

Clean, efficient, friendly staff. I have had the best scheduling experience with Paramount, even trying to balance different ages and needs within my family. Our hygienist, Tiffany, always puts a smile on my face with her friendly demeanor!

I feel so comfortable in my dental clinic I am very satisfied that I received the necessary treatment without any difficult process. Dr. Abu was really kind and easy to explain to me about my oral condition and also explained the treatment process in detail. The whole process went well as he said, and I am relieved and I am very grateful for his knowledge and skills. Also, the technicians working in this dental office were friendly and good skills.

I have been coming here for 15 years. It is always a good experience, and today I had a crown replaced. Leah did a great job building the crown and making me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist. Dr. D. has done most My only complaint is that they are so busy, it can be a wait for an appointment. But, they are worth waiting for if you don't have something that needs immediate attention.

I have appreciated fifteen years of excellent care from the team here. From regular cleanings to orthodontics, they have provided me the highest-quality care. The hygienists are top-notch and have consistently provided me pain-free, thorough cleanings and great tips (e.g. only rinse with neutral-colored mouthwash as the blue ones actually cause tartar build-up; I switched and, voila, stains immediately decreased). Even when I had two dental emergencies, they got me right in. I 100% recommend them!

The staff at the desk has always been friendly and professional. The hygienist is always first-rate I hesitate to mention any one of them but my last hygienist Sara along with Hanna provided me information on a mouthguard and how to use a whitener that I got without charge because of an existing credit that I was unaware of.

Then called me back with instructions on how to use it. In addition, I have always been very satisfied with any required dental procedures. I chose Paramount because of the reviews it received and you would do well to do the same. I now live in Bothell Wa.

Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Everyone is super friendly and the teamwork combined with the skill level is very apparent with all of the staff involved. Extremely efficient and professional!

We've been with Paramount for several years now and they have been there for our family for everything from regular preventative care to normal filling and crown work to emergency care. The staff has always be great to work with and amazingly empathetic when emergencies have come up.

Loved coming here as a new patient! My first experience was amazing. Hanna, upfront, was super nice and welcoming and the hygienist that i saw, Tiffany, did a great job. She was very thorough and super nice and easy to talk to. Doctor Abu was very nice and helpful on what I may need in the future. I have come from a dental office that wasn't very welcoming, but here is a different story! Loved coming here for a cleaning and will be back in 6 months for another! Rock on Paramount, rock on!

Sara was my hygienist for the appt. She was amazing. She was very friendly and conversational. I had a very enjoyable time there. We connected well. Looking forward to going back.

I've just had another routine cleaning by Quynh. As always I experienced the high quality care and sensitivity to my concerns that Quynh provides. She provides the best care I have ever experienced from any dental practice.

Quynh is the best hygienist I ever had! I had many hygienists from other clinics - few even claimed to be the best hygienists, but none was as good as Quynh! They all failed to clean difficult spots area - leaving me wonder if it was a mission impossible. Quynh has proven them wrong! She is the first hygienist that truly did an excellent job cleaning every spot - including spots I thought to be impossible! I was impressed that every spot in my teeth literally felt "squeaky clean"! Wow! I will only have my teeth cleaned by Quynh from now on!

I have always been very scared of the dentist, and usually avoid going to appointments because of my fear, but Quynh was AMAZING at making sure I had a positive experience during my first visit! She was very patient and understanding throughout the whole process - explaining to me why she was performing each step so I wouldn't feel uncomfortable, and even giving me extra breathing time between her tasks to ensure I did not feel overwhelmed. She went out of her way to help ease my nerves and I truly appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond to help me through the experience!

I contacted them regarding the EOB bills. It turned out I can just ignore the almost $400 bill I received. To be more detailed on the previous instance, I paid $280 out of pocket(total estimate around $1,555) for 5 composite fillings(very shallow, I didn't feel like I have cavities at all) which was estimated at $120 after insurance on their proposed treatment plan.

Paramount Dental is one of the best dental office in the east side. Dr. Abu is my primary doctor and my primary hygienist is Quinn, but I have seen both Dr. Del Rosario and Dr. Parker as well. They are all very knowledgeable and willing to patiently spend time explaining things instead of rushing through appointments. Their office is very nice and, most importantly, they use up-to-date technology.

I also really like their office staff (Alicia and her team). Not only they are very friendly and responsive, they always willing to help me navigate through some insurance related questions. Thank you Paramount Dental, you guys rock!

I guess all started when they didn't tell me that my usual Dental hygienist wasn't available anymore. They put me with a new person. It was until I asked why when they told me that she was gone. This person was not good. I even found something when returning home. So I decided to change on the next appointment. But they also changed me to another Dentist.

He was OK but I am still surprised that it takes just 3 minutes and they charge a lot. But that's another thought hahaha The next time I asked what happened when I saw the same Dentist and they told me that Del Rosario was super busy. I mean come on, I made that appointment months ahead and confirmed! This last time happened the same and they gave me an opposite diagnostic.

I don't remember what they asked me and that was like a flag to keep pushing me into procedures. They told me a list of what I needed but something was highlighted: a crown. I got super fricked out because that is a huge deal at least for me. They even phoned me and gave me a quotation. Obviously I went to to one but to two second opinions and they told me totally the opposite.

That what I needed was a super easy procedure. They even had done it super fast. They took the ti.e to explain each procedure and for the others, they told me to wait. I felt they wanted me to get a crown ($), Obviously the tooth would die because of all of this and will start to hurt. I would have to return and they will tell me that they need to kill the nerve and then use a new crown ($$).

But this is what they hide from me. I felt so disappointed about Paramount. I don't know if I can trust them again! :( So difficult to find the right doctor again :,( BTW, they new front desk lady needs more training. A friend of mine told me about this but didn't want to believe until she had a very bad attitude towards me. But I asked questions that she couldn't answer. She never phoned me as promised until I did it and they barely told me the right info through another very polite person. No, things are not as they were.

Got my first major dental surgery here (two implants) and Dr. Abu, dr. Rosario and the team couldn't have been more helpful and professional- I'm very impressed with the results. I even moved out of state unexpectedly halfway through the process, but kept my care here (I still work in Kirkland) as I was so impressed. The front desk staff helped me navigate lots of insurance questions, and dr Quinn was a great hygienist. Overall an awesome office! Thanks for all.

Care has been ok over the years but I always feel like they are upselling me on treatment that I don't need or need yet, under the guise that it's necessary. They also tried to charge me THREE $75 late appt cancellation fees from 1 appt! Had I not asked what my bill breakdown was, it would've been just buried in my cost of some treatment.

If you are looking for a place to exhaust your dental insurance in 1 or 2 visits, this is your place! Their prices are way higher than the average (charging $635 for 2 simple composite fillings), will spread the word about them at work too.

Been a patient here for over 7 years. Actually moved out of state and fly back to Seattle for appointments. That's how GREAT this place is. Fixed work by bad dentist, done crowns, cavities and cleaning. Again, when you fly to a place to see a dentist you know they're good! Just tried to see a dentist in Palo Alto and had to walk out after 2 minutes as every dentist is about the $.But not Paramount! They're about the clients. And ALL staff here is amazing.

My co workers recommend I try out paramount and I love them! The dentists are so gentle and as someone who gets nervous they are very kind and will take their time. You must pay up front (as in no payment plans), but they do such an amazing job it's worth it. They have new technologies and offer you a beverage when you arrive. I am officially ok with going to the dentist now!

I've been to many dentist offices and this location is my favorite by far! Friendly atmosphere and they definitely make you feel comfortable when you have to have anything more invasive than a cleaning. They are also always on time!

Best dentist I have ever been to. Their attention to detail is unparalleled and their staff is excellent. If you are looking for the best dental service, look no further.

Our family has been going to Paramount dental for years. The staff are great. My kids actually like going to the dentist!

Someone abusing their moderation privileges removed my posting, claiming it's "not a firsthand customer experience". Sorry to say, yes, it is a first hand customer experience. No service = Bad service. Thus, this will be reposted. ----------------- 7/19/2013 Tried to call them repeatedly during their business hours for a surgery that needed to be scheduled.

Despite spreading the calls out over a 2 hour window, to allocate for the possibility of them being out to lunch, they couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. I'll just take the business elsewhere.

Dr. "D" and his staff have been serving my dental needs for a number of years. When I first started my oral hygiene was not the best. I'm not the best dental patient. I don't like rules and I don't like pain. They have a very gentle way about them. Over the years they have restored my teeth and old cavities and have even gotten rid of a few bad habits along the way.

The change was so subtle that I did not even notice I was being coaxed into healthier habits. (they are sneaky!) The staff is very friendly and yet professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

This was my first time at this dentist and I was very impressed with everything. The office reception was very helpful as I transferred my records to them as well as trying to set up an appointment with a busy schedule. The hygienist was very thorough, sweet, and explained everything she was doing along the way. She was sincere and took interest in me. She asked questions when she wasn't working on my mouth so I could actually answer them = I appreciate Dr. Rosario and his staff.

I've been coming here for at least 5 years now and only now thought to do a Yelp review. Sorry Dr. D! I really enjoy coming here. The space is very warm and inviting, the staff are really friendly and helpful, and all the dental work is done quickly and with minimal pain. I had a root canal done here and it didn't really hurt! I've recommended Dr. Del Rosario to many people and they weren't disappointed. You won't be either.
