Have been going to Dr. Haywood for over 20 years and completely satisfied. Very nice and explains things very well. If he says you need it, you can feel confident that you do.

Dental assistant was fast and efficient. She was also, very nice. Dr Haywood explains everything clearly, telling me what he will do and the possible outcomes. When you are drilling close to a nerve, it could possibly act up later. If it does, I can call and discuss what can be done next.

I have been coming to this dentist for years. I was unsure about having a different hygienist but within a few minutes my mind was at ease. My hygienist Donna Leigh was so knowledgeable and thorough! She taught me more in one hour than all my appointments combined! She definitely made coming to the dentist pleasant and the cleaning she gave me was unmatched! My teeth are so clean! Way to go! 5 stars.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Everyone I came into contact with was so friendly and nice! Dr. Haywood (JT) was a wonderful dentist. He explained very carefully what was going to happen. He numbed me up with numbing cream first then he used the injection so it hurt so much less. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time he was filling my two cavities. Excellent job! Best dentist I have seen probably in my lifetime. Support staff was excellent. Beautiful office!

Love my dentist and all staff members! Everyone is friendly and cheerful. There are no long waits. Carmen, my hygienist was very gentle, thorough and polite. They do not push any unnecessary procedures. Would recommend to everyone!

I would highly recommend Inverness Family Dentistry. I recently changed dentists due to my work schedule, and my first time here was wonderful. The staff is friendly and efficient. I also got a lot of compliments on my teeth after my first cleaning here.

I have been going to Inverness Family Dentistry for over 20 years. Their services are always of the highest quality. The staff are highly professional. Dr. Haywood is a wonderful dentist with a great personality who truly cares about his patients. I would highly recommend their services.

1 star is really too much for this business. If I could give it a 0 I would. They are incompetent when it comes to their profession. They do not notify patients of cavities early on and wait till the cavity is bad enough to have to perform a root canal. After consulting an actual professional we have been made aware of just how terrible this dentist and the staff is. If you are thinking about switching to this dentist do not do it. It will save you money, time and pain.

Have been going here for about 4 years. Great staff. I judge a dentist based off how well they numb for a cavity filling and this guy has always been as pain free as it can get. Definitely recommend.

Bad, they cut the top of my mouth open with the plaque scrapper and it hurts to eat now

Inner side X-rays were messed up. Overall was a good experience tho. Alex did good job.

I went to this dentist for a couple of years when I lived in Birmingham. After I moved I had to call them twice about updating my insurance so my last bill would be paid. The last time I talked to them, they reassured me that everything looks good and the insurance company will take care of my bill. Fast forward to a year after my appointment and I get a call from their office.

Apparently I had a bill that wasn't paid since last year and late fees have been accruing without me knowing. I made sure to tell them that I had not been contacted about this for A WHOLE YEAR and this is the first time I'm hearing about this bill. They told me there's nothing they can do and that even when I asked if the late fees could be taken off. I wouldn't recommend this dentist because of their poor communication and unfairness with billing.

I've been visiting this dentist office for almost 10 years and have never had a bad experience. All of the staff are professional and friendly, and the hygienest always does a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth. The dentist office my family used before this (in Georgia) appeared to care more about making money and pushing their new equipment more than actually caring for the patient. Inverness Family Dentistry was a welcome change and continues to be a positive experience.

Wait time is typically less than 15 minutes and routine cleaning is quick and efficient. I'm always in and out in less than an hour. My family loves this dentist's office and I'm truly perplexed by some of the negative reviews given. If you're looking for a dentist, give them a chance and decide for yourself. I couldn't be happier with this group.

I genuinely hate going to the dentist, but the staff at this office made my visit absolutely pleasant. They listened to my concerns and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable. I definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist

The doctor and his assistants are friendly. I was a patient paying cash and was way overcharged for each visit. I would be quoted one price on my care plan, and then at the end of the appt the total would be almost double what I was told it would be. To top it off, each filling that I've had or have had replaced there has ended in pain. After seeing another doctor I have realized that the fillings weren't even done correctly and now a couple of them have to be filled again (less than 2 months later) in order for the teeth to be properly filled.

One tooth is now extra thin since having been done. I will not be going back. The health of my teeth and being pain free is definitely more important than my teeth appearing text book perfect.

I have very bad teeth and I am extremely embarrassed by my teeth. The nurse and the doctor that treated me for an emergency were some of the kindest professionals I have ever delt with in the dental industry. They did not make me feel bad or look down on me for my teeth. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable.
