Shores Family Dentistry

I had a good experience at the dentist. I unfortunately needed a filling because my tooth broke, but they were able to get me in pretty quickly just a few days later when I called them about it. They checked my tooth out and were able to fix it in less than 30 min which was cool, I expected it to take longer than that. She always tries her best to be gentle, and comes across judgement free which I like.

This time was probably the most gentle and smoothest filling I've ever had which is awesome. And I got a coco sticker when I was all done! My favorite part about the office is the view, there's this lake and we got to see ducks and a big fish!

Our family has enjoyed great dental care for many years with a longtime and skilled staff of doctors, hygienists and office personnel at Shores Family Dentistry. We like the experience and patient focus that Dr. Megna brings to the office. Thanks for everything!

My experience was flawless. From the check in to the check out - flawless! The staff was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The appointment wait time was very short and the exam/cleaning began and ended on time. Any and all dental concerns were thoroughly discussed. All my questions were addressed. I went in for my usual cleaning with Jenny. She is so nice. I always enjoy catching up with her. She is always super gentle and thorough and does a great job. The entire staff is really nice. I am so sad that Dr. Siegmund has retired, actually very jealous too. Kudo to him! Enjoy!

Spent a good bit of time reading reviews trying to find a new dentist office. Had to find a new dentist since I'm not from Fort Collins and in my hometown I had gone to the same dentist since I was a toddler - so this was a tough decision. I 100% made the best decision choosing Shores Family Dentistry - so much so that I called my husband to tell him what a great experience I had.

They were upfront about each thing they were doing and they took time to explain to me what everything meant and why they do it. (without me even having to ask). That's a really green flag and not something I was use to from my former dentist. I had never seen a camera that can actually go into your mouth and show you a cavity or area of concern and that was really cool to me and also goes back to them keeping you involved as much as possible.

Each staff member I met was super friendly and welcoming. Also, what a beautiful view of a pond and they have big windows in each area so you can enjoy the view! So even though I've only had one visit, I highly recommend this place. I left feeling genuinely confident that I made the right choice.

Excellent dental office! From the front desk to the Dr.all are a cut above! Comfortable and welcoming wait area and all of the staff was friendly. Barb did my teeth cleaning and she is the best I've experienced! 5 Star service! So glad I chose Shores Dental!

I had an incredibly positive intake experience at Shores Family Dentistry. All of the staff from the front desk to the hygienists and dentist were warm and welcoming. I'm not someone who enjoys dental work, much like most people, but they made it a simple, easy, and enjoyable experience. The office staff were already knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and kept me informed about my benefits and what, if any, charges I should expect.

The hygienists were thorough and fast. They kept things moving and informed me about what was going on along the way. The dentist was very helpful and got to know me and my dental habits before making any recommendations. Finally, they weren't trying to push me to spend money on outrageous dental procedures, which was a big relief for me. I would HIGHLY recommend Shores. I moved to Fort Collins from out of state where I had been to the same dentist for 20+ years. I'm so happy to have found Shores!

New to town and chose Shores based on many positive reviews from coworkers and online. Just had my first appointment and really loved it. Haven't been to the dentist in a long time and they were super welcoming and got my teeth feeling great again! Would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great environment to get dental care.

Just moved here from Texas and this place was recommended after one of my crowns fell out. They were able to get me within a couple days and even tho I was late to the appointment, they still saw me and had me in and out quickly with little to no pain. I cannot remember the Dr. (tall, glasses) name but he was very sweet and professional. I believe the dental assistant was Julie or Julia and she was also very lovely. Very grateful to have a dentist so quickly after our big move.

I had been seen at this practice way back in the 90's and then saw a different dentist. While I was out of the country, I cracked a tooth and my dentist couldn't see me in a timely manner. I called Shores and they got me in less than 24 hours after I returned and fixed me right up. I will be moving to Shores permanently due to Dr. Schultze's professionalism and care.

Office was clean and cozy. My hygienist (Barb) was super friendly and accommodating. Very pleasant experience.

Shores Family Dentistry is amazing. They are always responsive and thorough. The atmosphere from the lobby to the hygiene area is so comfortable and relaxing. I actually enjoy getting a break from work to get my teeth cleaned and enjoy the beautiful view from their windows. My hygienist Laura was so easy to talk to, and involved me with every step of the process. Such a great place.

My first time with this practice made me wish I had switched a long time ago. The front desk staff, dental hygienist, and dentist were competent and personable - I knew immediately that I was in good hands here. And the view of the pond was a lovely bonus!

Called for an appointment late on Friday for my 93 year old dad, they worked him in so they could make sure he was comfortable for the weekend. Great customer service, all the office staff was very kind and lovely to my parents. Highly recommend this office!

So bummed. Thought I found my dentist, had a great experience but then my girlfriend went to see them and she was completely disregarded. Asked for some non traditional tests, and was belittled and embarrassed by the hygienist and the dentist. She could hear them snickering at her while she was searching for answers to questions she had. I understand that many in the medical community are opposed to thoughts that challenge western medicine, I know that procedures and diagnoses are peer reviewed, giving them their credibility.

But I challenge people to use that moment as an opportunity to educate through empathy and conversation vs making people feel less than or uneducated. We won't be back and have found a dentist that is willing to listen and help us find our answers.

I love Shores Family Dentistry and have been going there for all of my dental work for 15 years. My children, both adults now, also go. Always professional, always thorough, always honest. I feel very lucky knowing that me and my family will always be taken care of and that we can rely on Shores Family Dentistry and their integrity and skills.

I've been searching for a dentist who is experienced and compassionate. What a wonderful surprise to find Shores Family Dentistry. These professionals are obviously both and more! I feel very confident about receiving the special care I need. I had been putting off dental work out of fear. No longer. What a relief to find professionals I can trust! I have recommended them to others I know who have been searching too.

My first time and based on that I highly recommend! Everyone was incredibly friendly and nice, which was important for me because I'm typically very weary of dental work, even a cleaning. I unfortunately don't remember the name of who did my cleaning, but she was extremely accommodating and caring. Great experience, thanks guys!
