I should not even give 1 star for this s#it place/facility. Patient treatment is worst here. My request was for IV anesthesia and staff said they schedule all IVs on Friday, so took a pay cut and scheduled my procedure on Friday. After they received my PCP clearances, I called and re-confirmed 2 days prior to the procedure that IV anesthesia is what I need.

They also said due to IV thing I should not take any food or water for 12+hrs. Dr showed up late for appointment and they were planning for local anesthesia, Dr or staff member did not communicate the change prior. There was long discussion and dissatisfaction with their approach resulted in cancelling the procedure, before leaving I requested a written note in from Dr why he could not do the procedure. Received the note after 10 min wait but it was mentioning that they communicated prior.

That statement is what I disagreed and asked for a proof that it was communicated. One of the staff who walked In late did not know history of the discussion was very rude. She was opening the front door and asking me to leave. She even threatened and called the cop and to them was saying that I'm harassing them. It was very humiliating and felt race discrimination from her.

I waited for some time for the cop to show up, but I got dizzy due to no food & sip of water for 15hrs, the timing was also running out to pick my kinder garden kid from school, so had to leave. My health condition was disclosed on the day of consultation, but on procedure day they flipped the whole thing pointing the same. The whole issue here is not communicating prior and their patient's treatment. Will not recommend this facility / Dr to any one.

Dr. Darmstadt was amazing, I had a horrible tooth ache due to a wisdom tooth and he did such an amazing job removing it. I didn't feel anything throughout the entire procedure. The procedure itself was pretty quick, I was out of the office within two hours. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because one of the staff members was talking about me while I was in the lobby and is extremely rude and condescending everytime I call.

I still need the other wisdom teeth removed but I'll be going to another oral surgeon because no one likes to feel uncomfortable in a dental office on top of already feeling anxious about a dental procedure.

The experience at this office was great and everyone was very helpful. Absolutely make sure to get sedated (if it's recommended and depending on each situation of course). Sedation for sure made everything incredibly smooth and quick. Plus I felt like I was being touched by angels while getting those teeth out haha. Dr. Darmstadt and his staff are truly wonderful and you know you are in good hands.

Hello all, I read all reviews for the front office employees, and I experienced the same last year. However, last week, I noticed that Dr. hired the most professional and courteous employees now. They are all great employees. My experience was enjoyable, and Doctor himself has years of experience. So all my experience was pleasant.

CLEAN.sparkling clean and sanitized properly. My husband lived his experience. Thank you

The staff is mind-numbingly rude. Clear don't understand that they are in a service industry. The doctor tries to interact as little as possible. They didn't give me or my guardian any information about post-op care for my wisdom teeth removal. Just don't go

The doctor had an awesome vibe and the procedure went super smooth! He was gentle and it was obvious he was great at his job!

Dr. Darmstadt was amazing. I was in pain for weeks, unable to find anyone that would take me and I was finally referred to Dr Darmstadt by a relative that lives in the area. Called in and was actually able to get fit into their tight schedule due to the severity of my pain. The visit was quick and painless, and I now have no more wisdom teeth crowding my mouth! Thank you so much to Dr. Darmstadt and his helpful staff!

Dr. Darmstadt is the man! I've never felt so comfortable with anyone else dealing with mouth work. Dentists scare me and when I was told I needed to get my wisdom teeth taken out, it was like getting a death sentence. Was referred to this office by a friend and cannot believe how smooth/painless the whole process went.

I could not have been happier with my experience getting my wisdom teeth out! I was EXTREMELY nervous beforehand. Once I got to the office I was impressed with the staff and how clean and nice everything was. Once I got moved to the surgical room, they first thing they did was give me laughing gas so all of my nerves left me. Once I was relaxed, the Dr. Darmstadt put the IV sedation in my arm and I came completely unaware I was even in surgery.

I was conscious and could hear voices but had no idea where I was or what was happening - I just remember singing to myself in my head! When they woke me up I was SHOCKED it was already over. The team did a great job helping me gather my stuff and walking me to my dad. I was extremely happy from the gas/sedation for about an hour afterwords. So far, my recovery has gone very smoothly - they did a great job! If I knew my experience would be like this, I would have never been nervous for one second to get my wisdom teeth removed!

Very accommodating staff. I went in for wisdom teeth extraction after being referred by 2 different dentists. Dr. Darmsrtadt made sure everything went quick and easy which we can attribute to his 35 years of experience. If I had anymore wisdom teeth left I would definitely choose this office again.

By far the best oral surgery experience I could have possibly had! Dr. D is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and has reasonable prices for his procedures. I came here to seek a 2nd opinion after I was almost suckered into paying $3,200+ for a wisdom teeth extraction at one of those corporate dental offices that try and up-sell you into procedures that you don't actually need. Dr. D's office is the complete opposite of that.

During my consultation, he took the time to sit down and listen to my concerns and explained everything step-by-step. When the day of the procedure actually came, it was as efficient as it could have possibly been. You can tell he has been doing this for a while and doesn't have the ill-intention of making you overpay for unnecessary procedures.

I wish all dentists were like this. Additionally, he took the time to respond to all my follow-up questions when I emailed him days after the procedure. I was super paranoid about my swelling but the office reassured me it would go down days after (and it sure did). He told me everything I needed to know about post-extraction care. If I ever need another oral surgery procedure, Dr. D is the man. Thank you guys for being professional and great at what you do.

Let me say this, getting your wisdom teeth removed hurts and is not fun. However this office is awesome! Nice staff, informative let you know every single thing they are doing to you. Very nice to me after my surgery even tho I was out of it due to anesthesia. Let me keep my teeth and have very thorough after care instructions. Thank you guys, you rock!

I took my son in to Dr Darmstadt to have a few teeth removed and a chain attached to another per request of my son's orthodontist. My son was very nervous, as was I. Dr Darmstadt was so very gentle and patient making us both feel much more relaxed and taking the time to answer our concerns. The surgery was successful, an excellent job for the orthodontist to work with.

The Dr and his staff were so caring, staying with and comforting him until he was ready to go home. They even phoned us a couple days later to see how my son was feeling. I would definitely recommend Dr Darmstadt for any Oral Surgery needs. My husband is actually now more relaxed for his apppintment with Dr Darmatadt to have two dental implants placed! Thank you Dr Darmstadt for the excellent work and your kindness! PS. We love your new office! It is beautiful and the new top technology is impressive!

Dont come here the front staff is so rude. they put you on hold for more than 15 minutes before they pick up. and when you ask a question they dont give you all the info you need

Had all four wisdom teeth extracted last Friday, the process was fast and I felt comfortable, office was very clean and staff was professional. My previous experiences with dental offices have not been great at all so I'm now super paranoid about everything dental. I was comfortable here and their team has been helpful. They do not make follow up appointments but when I emailed asking for one they got me in right away. Healing is going as expected but I'm a little paranoid so I just wanted a follow up for peace of mind and Dr Darmstadt saw me right away for a quick check. Definitely recommend him and staff.

Dr. Darmstadt is awesome! I was in a horrible pain with a fractured tooth that was infected. My own dentist referee me to a periodontist who wanted thousands of dollars to get my tooth pulled and put me on a wait list. I was traveling out of the country for work and was desperate for pain relief. I was referred to Dr. Darmstadt by a friend. He took care of my problem immediately.

I had no pain and instantly felt better. He was reasonable priced and took my insurance. His staff was kind and considerate. He is a Orange County hidden gem! If you need a tooth pulled and an implant this is the guy!

My son had all three wisdom teeth pulled out and had no pain whatsoever. I would highly recommend him.

I was recommended this place by my doctor but since i am full time student and full time employee my work schedule is busy. I have tried to make an appointment six times and they are not available. keep in mind i tried to make an appointment one month in advance in a day i will off of work. Would not recommend this place if you are busy person.

Dr. Steven Darmstadt is an excellent oral surgeon. I went in to get my four wisdom teeth remove. The nurse was kind and helpful in preparing me for the operation. The entire process took about 2hrs but operation itself about 50min. I like that I was semi sedated (not completely asleep) but felt no pain through the whole process. Even no pain in recovery (though I was on point on my pain meds).

Even before my appointment I was helped by Cecilia for all my paperwork and she was great in getting back to me quickly. Overall the staff is very helpful and efficient. Thank you Dr. Darmstadt for a great experience in the dental office and making my wisdom teeth removal experience painless.

We definitely made the right decision coming here! (Thank you Dr. Jeffrey Chu for this recommendation) Dr. Darmstadt and staff made this process simple and painless! My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, Literally my daughter has had very little pain and the swelling is a minimal. I know very case is different but it goes to show he is gentle. My daughter is 17 yrs old, had her teeth pulled Monday and is ready to go back to school tomorrow, Wed! I do recommend Dr. Darmstadt for your Oral Surgery!

Unbelievably rude. got put on hold the first time right away, 5 mins later was disconnected. called again and well into a minute AS I was describing my issue, I was told I would be put on hold.7 mins 52 seconds later, no one still to speak to. no option provided to be called back as well.

Had 2 Wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Darmstadt. Just did the local anesthesia and didn't feel a thing! Normal pain for 2 days after procedure and that was it! He gave me pain meds and they worked and 3 days later I'm eating and drinking normally with very little discomfort! Office staff was very friendly! They made sure I was comfortable and constantly checked on me.

Appointment was at 11 and I was out of there at 12:15! The actual wisdom teeth removal only took maybe 5 minutes! The nurse reassured me the whole time and Dr. Darmstadt was very friendly. I have one more procedure I need done to my teeth and I'm going to have my Dentist refer me back here! Great office!

I brought my Mother to Dr Darmstadt's office for a tooth extraction. Dr. Darmstadt and his staff are very professional. The office is clean and inviting. The process only took 45 minutes. Thanks!

Dr. Darmstadt removed all four of my wisdom teeth last February. As afraid as I was the process was very quick and the 2 week recovery went by pretty well. No bruising or anything at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Darmstadt to anyone in need of oral surgery. Thanks doc!

Dr. D took care of my son, Considering he needed multiple procedures done Dr. D made sure to give him the best quality care. His staff was very caring made us feel welcomed. His assistant walked my son all the way down to the car and she made sure to follow up with a phone call to see how he was doing. Now my 9 yo will need to have Oral surgery and I wont go any where else.

I got my wisdom tooth pulled here. The whole process took 30 mins top. I opted for local anesthetic. Honestly, it was more traumatizing than I thought, but it happened really quick. It took me 2 weeks to heal with minimal bruising.

Staff is not professional. Staff manager controls the email account and don't reply to the email questions. Phone holds are pretty long and follow ups are not appreciate.
