Everyone is so kind and friendly. You don't have to sit around and wait for them they are always ready and waiting for you. I have a great fear of Dentist's but this was so different, they all make me feel like I was home and they were right there if I needed something. Office is crystal clean and couldn't ask for a friendlier staff. Highly recommend.

The office was super clean and they had a welcoming staff. Paperwork was extremely easy to fill out and it was super easy to make an appointment. The staff was super nice we loved our dentist and our hygienist was amazing as well. This is definitely going to be our dental office from now on! On top of the fact we were in and out in an hour with 2 appointments! Would definitely recommend if I could I would leave more than 5 stars!

The entire staff and tone of the office is relaxing, yet very professional! Dr. Swart is amazing! The front desk team is incredible! Amy's hygienist skills are great and her people/patient skills even better! Amy is very encouraging too!

I was very impressed with this practice. The staff really cared that I had a toothache and got me right in. Dr. Swart was just as caring and numbed me up and got the tooth out. She gave me a referral to a surgeon. If I were living in this area she would definitely be my dentist!

Do yourself a favor - stop reading reviews and make an appointment already. The staff is kind, patient, and welcoming. From day one, I have always felt as though I am getting the VIP treatment. Based on my telephone interactions with staff, I have no doubt others are treated similarly. I live (and work) in downtown Raleigh, but Serene Smiles is definitely worth the trip!

As far as quality of service is concerned, procedures are performed efficiently and with a high degree of skill. Don't just take my word for it - I have had other dentists compliment work that was done at Serene Smiles. Kudos to Dr. Swart and company for running such an awesome practice!

This is a class act dentist. After a very negative experience elsewhere I came here and experienced no pain during my extraction. Dr. Swart was extremely gentle and understanding and did such a professional job. Highly highly recommend if you have dental anxiety.

I had my first appointment at Serene Smiles this past week and it was the best experience I've had at a dentist ever! I had concerns about a cavity that they did indeed confirm almost immediately. Dr. Swart herself did my exam and cleaning and when I asked when the soonest would be that they could do my filling, they asked if I could do it right then!

No anxiety about waiting to come back. I also loved how thorough Dr. Swart was in explaining everything. When I go to the doctor I love to understand what's going on and nerd out! Also with COVID going on, I felt completely safe being there. Each cubicle is totally secluded. Totally recommend, wonderful experience.

I have been going to Serene Smiles Dentistry for extensive dental work. I neglected my teeth due to my fear of dentists and no insurance. I finally decided I needed to do something as I was having numerous infections and my teeth were just extremely bad. Dr. Swart was not judgmental at all and gave me various options to choose from. I decided on crowns and a partial where some teeth needed to be removed. I am very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Swart and her team are awesome. Highly recommend her if you need a dentist or just want to change from your current dentist.

Dr. Swart is our regular dentist for cleanings and check ups and Dr. Swart and the staff are always great! Recently I have been bringing my daughter to Dr. Swart's and her staff to have veneers and a bridge done to fix a genetic condition in which my daughter is missing adult teeth and her teeth are smaller than normal adult teeth. I could not be happier with the service and outcome of the procedures! Dr Swart and her staff were caring and sympathetic when it came to her pain management during the procedures and her fear of the dentist/needles.

Her teeth look amazing! You can't even tell that they are veneers/a bridge. Her teeth look so natural. Dr. Swart to the time to make sure they were perfect! I would highly recommend Serene Smiles Dentistry and Dr. Swart. They are wonderful!

I have been going to Serene Smiles Dentistry for knots 10 years. Dr Rachel is fantastic. She just came in on a Sunday to see me when I had an emergency. She's very good at what she does and puts customer service at a premium.

I'm a grad student without dental insurance, so I panicked when I chipped a tooth. I called several dentists in the area. The last place I called was Serene Smiles. The name suits the practice. They helped me find a package that worked for me. They walked me through that package repeatedly before and throughout the appointment, and they were kind every time they discussed it with me. When I went, I met the most fantastic professional and considerate group of people. Definitely recommend! This is the first review I've written. They are that good.

Best Dentist in the Triangle. I am not kidding and was not paid to do this review. I have referred at least 5 people to this place. It's the best dentist I have ever experienced in my life. I never would have considered removing my wisdom teeth until I came here to Serene. The staff is so nice and it's nice to see consistent workers here.

Dr. Shah is hands down one of the best dentists I have ever had (and since we move a lot we have had several). His office is centrally located, his staff efficient and friendly. They are patient focused and work well with all ages. He even went out of his way for emergencies. Ps: I love that they have television and headphones to use when sitting on that chair getting a cleaning. Love the attention to detail. My son loves the goody bags he gets at the end of the appointment.

Dr. Shah and his team made us feel welcome as new patients. They were patient, thorough, and extremely kind in helping us determine a dental plan that would work for our family. I would recommend this office to any of my family and friends.

I have always been terrified of the dentist, but Dr. Shah completely understands why that is, and he always goes out of his way to make sure that I am as comfortable as possible and that there is as little discomfort/pain as possible during any of my procedures. He even builds in time into my procedures to stop for a few minutes and let me relax if I start to panic.

His staff is always friendly and nice too! The only thing I would suggest changing is his newer hygienist, Donna. She took over for my favorite hygienist, Lynn, when she moved away. In my honest opinion, Donna seems to talk a little too much, which extends the amount of time it takes to complete a routine cleaning. She is VERY nice and tries to make you comfortable, but her talking was beginning to make me a little anxious. And, I didn't leave the office with my teeth feeling as clean as they normally do - she buffed them with the gritty toothpaste only halfway through her scraping any tartar off, so the second round of scraping and deep cleaning of my teeth negated the clean feeling and taste that I had from the toothpaste she used. All in all, I love Dr. Shah's practice and his staff!
