Carla has been with Dr. Palmer since 2000 and has been in the dental field for 35 plus years. She started out as a Red Cross Volunteer for the United States Air Force and worked in the Dental Clinic at Columbus AFB Mississippi for 2 years.
Dr. Palmer is honored to be providing the very best in excellent, comfortable dentistry to the great people of Dallas, Texas. Dr. Palmer is a graduate of Centenary College and LSU Dental School. After practicing dentistry in Louisiana for 20 years, he relocated in Dallas in 2000. With a personal commitment to continuing his education, Dr. Palmer has amassed over 2000 hours in continuing education enabling him to stay atop the rapid changes taking place in the ever changing field of dentistry.Dr. Palmer is proud of being an alumnus of the world renown L. D. Pankey Institute, a member of The Southwest Academy of Restorative Dentistry and a Charter Member of the ARK-LA-TEX Academy of Dentistry.
I am so happy and blessed in finding Dr. Palmer. He is trustworthy and fair and has compassion for the ones of us who are a little more edgy than most. I will send as many people to see him as I can. I wanted to take this opportunity to say "thank you." It's so nice to be able to smile and not worry that people are focusing in on my mouth.

Yet another great visit to the dentist! Who would've thought that it is actually a pleasure to go to your dentist. Dr. Palmer and his staff are wonderful. Very keen to helping where possible. I enjoyed the work Sara did. Very calm and enjoyable. Although their visits are a little more expensive, but I would pay to be the environment they promote.

Dr. Palmer is a rare dentist! He reminds me of the doctor's with which I grew up, who were part of your family. He is honest and reasonable, and genuinely cares about you and your health. He is extremely meticulous and knowledgeable with his work. His integrity is rare and so relieving in this industry! We are so thankful we found him, and he is well worth the 45minute drive!

Enjoy a Warm welcome in interesting times no matter how bad your teeth were. Injections are always gentle; follow up is friendly and professional. Dr. Palmer and All his staff take tender care. Sometimes I BYO blanket. They never raise an eyebrow about comfort issues. This office Is Peaceful. Y'all enjoy.

Dr Palmer and all of his staff are some of the nicest people (notice I said people, not just dentist or dental staff). They are incredibly calm, accommodating, and understanding. They take time to know you and what you're wanting out of your visits. They recognize my car when it pulls up outside the office, and even know my work schedule so is easier to schedule visits. Dr Palmer is very conservative and gentle in his practice/work. After YEARS of hating the dentist, I actually walk out of that office feeling good. 5 Stars for everyone in there!

Dr. Palmer and his whole staff are amazing. I have gone to them for 6 years now, and could not recommend them more highly. They have a great office, clean, high tech, but still intimate and small to where you feel known and cared for. Their work is great, and the people are even more amazing! Plus their prices are super reasonable. They feel like friends/family more than just a dentist. If you are at all considering going to them, do not hesitate! -Eric

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Palmer for over five years. Dr. Palmer is a great dentist, he is very professional, and we trust him with all our dental needs. He surrounds himself with a staff that are truly knowledgeable and professional. His dental hygienist takes extra care to make you feel comfortable during the procedures. His front office staff is outstanding and professional as well.
They work with you to make appointments and help with your insurance needs. Dr. Palmer makes sure you know upfront what is being done and the cost of each procedure. We would highly recommend Dr. Palmer to anyone looking for a dentist.

I've been a delighted patient of Dr. Palmer's for 15 years, and have enjoyed the genuine, personal and professional care that I consistently get from the all the staff. He applies advanced techniques that give him the edge over others in his profession. The beautiful color match that he did on the filling for one of my front teeth allowed me to smile again with confidence!

Honestly I wish there was more stars, It's impossible to rate Dr. Mark Palmer on this level. I first met Mark Palmer about 2009, I had gotten some recent Dental work out in NY prior to moving here to Dallas, TX. I remember waking up on a Monday morning and realizing my filling had come out, the pain was terrible and I had no where to turn. Carla was extremely professional and so very kind, I remember clearly her fitting me in his already busy schedule for an emergency visit. Honestly I was scared and a bit skeptical, but once I arrived I knew this was who I was going to call my Dentist!

His dental hygienist is likely the best around, she takes the time to get every inch of your mouth and guides you on best practices for both flossing but also brushing. Once you get to meet Dr. Palmer you'll see his heart for what he does, He cares deeply for his patients and his knowledge of dental is second to none.
He even goes as far as checking me every visit for mouth cancer, that's amazing if you asked me. If you don't have insurance they will work with you also, they care about your health and its evident the moment you walk in. I have and will continue to recommend this office to anyone I come across, trust me when I say this.you will truly feel like family from the moment you arrive. Thanks Dr. Palmer!

Dr. Palmer has been my dentist for 9 years and I would recommend him to anyone. The staff is very friendly and I enjoy visiting with all of them. I have been blessed to not have any major dental issues, but I would not think twice about having Dr. Palmer and his staff handle any situation that may happen in the future. Dr. Palmer has been my dentist for the last 4 - 5 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone who works at Dr. Palmer's office is fabulous. They are kind, knowledgable and understanding. For years I dreaded going to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned (thanks, Renee!) and visiting with Carla and Dr. Palmer!
I've even had to schedule last minute dental emergencies and they've quickly accommodated. If you don't have a dentist or need to find a new dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Palmer!

Okay, so I will start off by saying that as a rule, I absolutely HATE going to the dentist. I have always had some irrational (or maybe rationale?) fear of dentists since I was a child. But I actually don't mind going to see Dr. Palmer. This is the first and only time I have ever said that about a dentist so it is truly the highest compliment I could possibly give to Dr. Palmer and his team. Dr. Palmer is top-notch when it comes to customer care and technology.
He and his staff are always very personable and they truly know and care about the patients, even those like me who hate going to the dentist!
