I was referred to Dr Jones by my husband who has been visiting him for many years. As a person with dental visit anxiety, my husband assured me that I would have a great experience with Dr Jones, and he was correct. This is the first dentist office that I have not had anxiety symptoms. From the moment you walk into the office, the reception is warm with a family type atmosphere.
The front office staff, and the dental staff, is just wonderful. I compare my dental visits to being as comfortable as having the dental care take place in your living room :) Blankets if needed as well :) I have since had multiple visits, not only core health visits, but elective visits as well. Dr Jones and his staff are not only EXTREMELY knowledgeable, but also EXTREMELY passionate, and compassionate, about the dental care they provide.
They are more than happy to answer ALL of my dental questions. They make sure I am completely comfortable before, during, and after any procedures. They communicate clearly what is taking place and give great pre-care and post-care instructions. And the dental work itself has been nothing less than meticulous. My experience here has been nothing but positive. I highly recommend Dr Jones and his staff especially if you are an anxious person when it comes to receiving dental care.

I've been with Patrick Jones for over 10 years now and I wouldn't trade him for the world! I moved to Fort Worth a few years back but I still feel it's worth driving all the way to Irving to see my Dentist and his staff. They are the best! Aside of the awesome dental work I've received with them, they are also Very Kind, considerate and always working with me on what days are best for my appointments. They've always gotten back to me when I've had an emergency Situation with my teeth and overall I've never had a problem with them, that's why I choose to stay with them!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Well, as much as you can love a dentists office. I have an extreme fear of dentists due to a butcher I had as a small child. Then the military didn't help with that reputation. Anyway, after not going to the dentist for almost 20 years I had a bad tooth and spoke to a friend and they recommended Dr. Patrick Jones. He saved my life! OK, not really, but he did help restore my faith in the art of dentistry.
His procedures were pain free and helped relieve me of my anxiety. I had a root canal and have heard the horror stories, but Dr. Jones told me something that really made sense; root canal procedures don't really hurt, but people associate the dental pain they are experiencing with the procedure. He was right, I felt nothing but relief and no pain after the procedure. Additionally the whole office staff is wonderful. Misty is exceptionally helpful and always available for questions or getting in that last minute appointment. Don't hesitate to call this place, they are really great.

Dr. Jones is wonderful in every way. Not only is he a fabulous dentist with the latest equipment and procedures- he is kind, compassionate, gentle& unhurried. Dr. Jones staff follows suit & they are always willing to answer all questions & concerns in the most well informed & patient way. They are simply the best.

I've never written a review for a dentist before, but I want others to know this practice is outstanding. I know when they find something that needs to be corrected, they're telling me the truth and that I'm not be charged for unnecessary services or care. Their staff is professional yet I feel like I'm a member of their family each time I come in for care. If you've been taken advantage by other dentists, you won't get that with Dr. Jones staff. I live in Corinth and they are well worth the drive.
