Best experience I've ever had at any medical or dental office. They stayed till 830 at night to get me fixed up so I would not be in any more pain. Very affordable. It was actually about 25 to 30% less than what I thought it would be compared to my other experiences with other offices. I can't say enough good things about the doctor and his staff and it fit in this review. I'm sold I will never go anywhere else. Very grateful Jeff Marshall

I can't come in to words how the staff treat you and the doctor. You have to experience it yourself. I am so thankful for your team, from the front desk to back chair to phone call. I am just so grateful beyond words

I have been a patient of Dr. Forbes for years. He would certainly receive a 5 from me because HE is great. However his billing person's demeanor is horrible. She argues and cuts you off when you're talking. She speaks to you as if you have no sense. Not personable at all. Honestly, I don't want to call Dr. Forbes office for having anxiety of having to talk to her. She treated me as if I didn't want to pay or couldn't pay, even after I explained that I was not told the extent of the procedure. $1800 paid in full without an explanation.

Well I thought I was at the right place! But I made the mistake of paying $7150 in full before my last appointment for "adjustment" and "final" polish on bridge.called twice, talked to three people in office? Going on 11 business days and haven't heard back or confirmed a appointment.guess that's how dentist 35 years in business role?

My father recommended this place to me years ago and I have been coming ever since. Just recently had a cleaning with Nicole and when I say she's amazing, SHE'S AMAZING! She definitely made me feel comfortable and made great conversation. She was very knowledgeable and answered not my questions. The staff was friendly walking in and out and every room was clean. Dr. Forbes is always on time and patient with the staff. Great service.

I had a great experience at this office. Everyone from the front desk to the back office staff were professional and very on point. I was anxious, but the staff was super comforting and took extra time to make me feel at home and make sure I understood my treatment in detail. 5 stars all the way!

The receptionist and staff in front office. Are very unprofessional and rude. I couldn't even explain my concerns without constantly getting interrupted. Spoke to 2 women. 1st lady named Amy got frustrated and decided to give someone else the phone to address my dental concerns. The 2nd lady who got on phone, She was just as unprofessional and very rude.

She was very argumentive with me. Does not need to be in Healthcare field especially when dealing with dental work with patient with anxiety. As I know alot of patient have anxiety when it comes to dental work. Need to be fired. No compassion whatsoever

My first visit at Total Dental Care was Phenomenal! The staff was Super Friendly and Compassionate! It was very comforting to know that Dr. Forbes has been a dentist for over 20+ years and it shows! He put my worries to rest and made me you feel at ease, -very knowledgeable in his profession!

First time going here today and the experience was way more than I expected! I was very pleased of ALL of the staff. Very pleasant and inviting. I'm not a big people person but I felt more then Comfortable. Jonathan who cleaned my teeth was amazing. Mr. Z did my fill in, which I was terrified and he assured me I would not feel a thing and I didn't! Definitely making this my dental home. Highly recommended.
