We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best care possible.
Kozica Dental accepts most major dental insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Altus Dental, MetLife Dental, Aetna, and Cigna. You provide us with your dental insurance card and notify us of any changes in your insurance. We'll verify your coverage. If there is a balance on your account after your insurance is processed, we'll send you a statement for the balance on your account.

I really appreciate that Dr Kozica has made every effort to make his office safe for his patients during this Covid 19 crisis. He seems to always be "out front" in the use of the latest dental technology in serving his patients and making the procedures near painless. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Love this dentist office - so much that I travel 1hr each way for their services. I chose Kozica Dental primarily to help me SAFELY remove my amalgam fillings. I didn't entrust this process to just any dentist, but someone that was properly trained and certified in doing so. My teeth look much better, I'm starting to feel better as well (amalgam fillings are horrible for the body due to their high mercury content).
I trust Dr. Kozica's judgement when it comes to my dental health. I'm grateful for him and all the staff with putting me on track towards good overall health. Thank you.

Extremely helpful and kind staff! They really pay attention to their patients. It's nice to walk into the dentist office and not feel like you're gonna "get yelled at" because you haven't been flossing as well as you should be and you haven't gotten a cleaning in a year and a half. They understand life happens. They are kind and informative, and instead of making you feel bad they educate you and tell you what you can do to improve. It's never negative. I have found my dentist for life!

My family and I are all patients at Kozica Dental and we highly recommend this office! The staff is great and Dr Kozica is an excellent dentist. Our four year old had her first dental appointment there yesterday. The hygienist took the time to familiarize our daughter with all of the equipment, giving them all child friendly names, so our daughter was comfortable during the entire appointment. In fact, she can't wait to return there again in the fall!

Dr. Kozica and his team are fantastic! They live up to all their positive reviews. Dr. K is kind, non-judgemental, and takes time to look at a full set of X-rays as a new patient so you know you are starting with the best information of how best to care for your teeth. Pleasant conversation made the appointment fly by and his hygienists are wonderful as well. I hope he continues to stick around as I look forward to keeping him as a dentist long-term!
