It's always a great experience when visiting, with the staff creating a friendly atmosphere. My son dental hygienist is very nice and patience with him, having autism. I can tell he feels comfortable with her with each visit. I would recommend this dentistry if anyone is looking for a friendly staff.

First time at this office and all 5 of our family members had a great experience. The appointments were prompt and quick but not rushed. Dr Andolino and all the staff were friendly, attentive, and responsive. I especially liked my hygienist, Karen Thank you for a pleasant visit! See you in January

It was my first time visiting this place ( which I chose thanks to the reviews ). I must admit I already can tell I am gonna love it there. The hygienist was super nice, patient and understanding, the doctor was ABSOLUTELY awesome; Such a welcoming and caring demeanor, and overall just seems like SUPER nice guy! The girls at the front desk are all very nice as well. So happy I found this dental office. I look forward to getting that smile that I have wanted/needed for SO long.

Dr B is the sweetest most kind and caring dentist in the world and I am so grateful to her for helping me with my fear of the dentist. I fell off over the pandemic and finally made my way back and there was no judgment and she was so compassionate and understanding! I can't thank her enough I'm very lucky to have found her. If you have a fear of the dentist she is amazing

I had a great experience at this dentist. They make me feel comfortable when I go in for my clean. I have a fear of the dentist and they do their best to make me feel at ease

There were a number of woman who worked on my teeth and provided great care. I am very grateful for all the attention that was given to me. I am sorry it took so long but I did not know how to access this web site. The names of the dental hygienists were Donna, Liz and another woman and Doctor Burnett. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 2 years due to the pandemic and moving to the area. I found Broad Street Dental through my insurance company and gave them a call. They were able to get me an appointment in the same week due to their cancellations. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. I'm someone who is nervouls at the dentist, but the staff's friendly demeanor and willingness to answer my questions and talk about my exam findings put my mind at ease. I am extrememly happy with my visit and they have earned a patient for years to come.

I'm terrified of the dentist, but after going to this clinic I don't know what it's like to be afraid of the dentist anymore. They treated me with great care. Everyone from reception to assistants and dentist is very friendly and polite. The price is fair. Best place to take care of oral health ever! I would give more stars if I had.

Thank you Broad Street Dental! You are an AMAZING team! Dr. Andolino and Donna were so professional and skilled but friendly and comforting to my son. What could have been a horrible experience, making him scared of the dentist, was turned around with such ease and grace. You make it look so easy but we know (from past experiences with other doctors) that you are a rare gem! Thank you for your care, and patience, along with friendly smiles. We are so grateful!

Everyone is so friendly, helpful and down to earth. They truly care and want to get to know their patients. I've never felt like I've been rushed out of the office or through a cleaning appointment and I usually schedule evening appointments. I've been going to Broad Street Dental for years and would recommend them to everyone!

Horrible service! I am in essential worker and at this time I'm stuck in a disaster ringing relief, I only had one day to be seen for the next three months and they refused to even consider squeezing me in, I do not recommend this place for any essential worker. However I was able to reach out to their competitor and I was able to see three doctors and get lots of work done

Place is like Aspen dental - bad experience with a scheduled - arguing with me over the conversation we had about a crown installation appointment. I get left out to dry bc she screwed up and now I have to suffer in pain bc if her lack of attention. New dentist I've never seen or met in the 25 years I was there got frustrated bc she couldn't numb me for a successful crown that they recommended - had to get rescheduled - scheduler schedules me with a card for May 16th - tells me the head doctor will call me about alternate sedative options - never got a call - I call back - they tell me appointment was never scheduled on the books and I have to wait another 6 weeks until they can get me in for the crown they recommended.

Meanwhile - they started work on the tooth and now the tooth is cracked - so I have to deal with unsolicited pain until I can get an appointment with a new practice. Rediculousness! Never again
