I can't say enough about my Awesome Experience at Chloe Dental in Katy. The Dentists and Staff were Professional and Very kind and Accommodating. She made me a whole new Smile All In One Day!.I Am So Pleased And Happy I Came Here!

Thank god I dodged a bullet. No wonder why this job is always hiring on indeed. Before you apply look at the reviews on indeed geesh not one good one at all. Seems like the lady doctor needs to see a therapist! And a group interview speak volumes.

This is one of the best dentist ever. Lot of experience and a quick service without any pain. My wife came here with pain do to a wisdom tooth and they extracted it fast and painless. recommend!

The services that were done by Chloe Dental have been a work of art. I have been treated with the highest level of care and respect at both locations over the years and will not trust anyone else. Give them a visit.

Chloe did my lumineers for me in 2008. Not only did I receive so many compliments on them for years they lasted a full 13 until I decided it was time to switch to veneers for my two front teeth. She had me in and out in one day - the process was painless and easy. She even creates the veneers on site so she takes the care to make sure you are getting the best possible service and product. Very kind dentist and staff. Highly recommend this practice!

I was told I would receive a call with pricing on how much my dental treatment would be prior to my appointment (I have new dental insurance). I never received a call except to confirm my appointment and when I asked if I'd have to pay a co-pay, I was told insurance was verified which made me thing that it was covered. I've barely been able to eat and in a lot of pain for the last week and half so I was super excited /relieved to have this multiple tooth issue taken care of. Unfortunately, they completely wasted my time and told me over an hour into my appointment that I'd have to pay thousands of dollars per tooth even with my insurance. Knowing ahead, I could have been prepared for this but now after contacting other dentists I've realized it's all a scam. Also, the wall in front of me in room 1 has a hole with dust all around it where I guess a tv mount used to be, the light was completely cracked above me that she would have used to look inside my mouth (so UNSAFE and UNSANITARY), the chair barely worked (assistant tried to have it sit up but it wouldn't and made me sit super uncomfortably to get some X-rays), and the equipment looked like it had been there for over 20 years.

Everything happens for a reason, so I will take it as a learning experience and share it with everyone so they don't but themselves in the same scenario where they put their lives at risk and throw their hard-earned money away because Chloe Dental is taking advantage of them while they're desperate and in pain. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHLOE DENTAL and have taken my business elsewhere. (On 11/10/2021 I drafted this review while I was in a lot of pain after being put into an extremely uncomfortable position and am finally sharing. I've recently been billed $515 for the X-rays/images that reminded me to share this absolutely horrible experience at Chloe dental. )

They told me I need to go to an Oral Surgeon to get my procedure but I found Chloe Dental and I had it done with Laser and without any injections. The surgery was fast and smooth. Thanks Dr. Chloe!

I like these dentists, Dr Chloe and Dr Ho. They are really passionate on dental care. You have to get use to Dr Chloe bec she is straight forward but she cares about dental care. dr Ho is more relaxed but still same passion for dental care. I end up switching my dental care here since my kids go here and I am pretty happy.

I've been coming to Dr Chloe's for several years now. I'm very pleased with the quality of care and service I get in every visit. Dr Chloe is very knowledgeable and efficient. Her staff is also most caring and professional.

These people are all so awesome! I had terrible dental experiences as a child and teen. Ive avoided dental work like the plague. Some how I landed here, now have the healthiest mouth ive ever had, and am no longer afraid of dental work. Thank you Dr. Chloe and staff! -jana

I have been coming here since I was a kid. This is the only dentistry that I will let near my mouth. The professionals, the efficiency, and the good customer service. Who wouldn't want to come here!

There are SO many dental offices to choose from in Cypress, Tx and Houston, Tx. I do not recommend Chloe Dental whatsoever. I had an interview scheduled for 10am this morning. Upon arrival there were approximately 7 other girls waiting and I had zero notification that it would be a group interview, then if you are selected you would enter a 1v1 interview with Chloe. Chloe whom is the owner of the dental office is in charge of hiring.

She made me feel very uncomfortable and un welcome. Chloe had a stern face the majority of the time and only smiled twice during my 1v1. She had a unkind way of saying things and seemed to mock my work history which then would progress into an attitude with an unkind look on her face as well. I did not feel excited nor happy to be there because of her.

When she offered me the position I respectfully declined and wished her a great day then proceeded to exit her office. If I felt such feelings as an interviewee. I can imagine how she treats her clients as well. Do your research for a better dental office with GOOD customer service because Chloe Dental will not offer you that.

I've been coming here since I was 10. I'm now 21. Everyone is super nice and helpful. I was finally able to get a veneer on one of my teeth that has always bothered me and I am beyond happy with the results! Dr. Chloe did an amazing job :

Dr. Chloe was very informative, she helped my mother ease a severe facial pain she's been having for years. I highly recommend her.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and care that Dr. Chloe and Dr. Ho gave me and all their patients. They always ask how you are doing and want you to be comfortable during whatever procedure you are having done. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Dr. Chloe and her staff a 10. I totally recommend Chloe Dental.

Where do I start with Chloe Dental. Had a 10:00 Am appointment, they bring me to the back I sat in the Dental chair for an hour an 5 Mins before I am attend to and the worst thing the Husband clean my teeth and he was very rough and an Ass Hole of a person. Had a gap between my teeth they did a Root Canal and 1200 dollars later did not adjust the Crown to cover the gap.

Wish 0 stars was an option. This woman is clearly about money. While in pain in her chair showed 0 compassion, only wanted to how I was going to pay. Clearly out to rob people of their money. I will never step foot in this office! Update: I I did eventually (four days later) go to a dentist about 2 to 3 miles away and they charge only $81 for a service that she wanted $300: the extraction of two teeth!

Tell me Miss Nguyen why did you have a $220 mark up explain that to me?! You have the knowledge, Experience, and education to relieve me of my pain! You saw that I was in severe pain, agony and you being a doctor allowed me to walk out of your practice and did nothing not one thing to relieve me of my pain that is not a doctor: it's clearly greed!

They did good quality work and that's the most important thing. There are a few things I didn't like about the office however. First is the office is a bit outdated. The equipment looks old and the office could use some updating. Second is they required upfront payment. I never have been to a office that asked for payment first before anything being done.

I shouldn't suspect why they would do this. Third, the assistants seemed like they need more training. I could hear the doctors get frustrated with them and often would ask them 2-3 times for something. Last, looking at the bill submitted to insurance, they appeared to charge for any and everything. They charged $500 for "unspecified items" that my insurance rejected.

This and other things, left me on the hook for $600 in charges per my claim. ($1800 total billed to insurance.) So billing was a bit sloppy and not clear. I should point out they wanted to drill out old fillings because one had fallen out - which was why I was there. I declined that and they instead just cleaned them up. Overall not sure id go back to this place and with the insurance claim, I'm left waiting to see if I'm going to be fighting with them over the bill.

Made an appointment for a consultation regarding braces, the male ortho was nice but once I told him about prices in other locations his attitude changed and told me that if I was going to get my braces with them to give them a call, got up and left. He wasn't even kind enough to write down the prices (down payment& monthly payments) when I asked the receptionist if he was going to do so, she went and asked him.

She came back and said "did he tell you the prices?" and I said "yes" and she followed that up with "oh he said it would just say the same thing" as if I'm going to remember the exact prices. He should be kinder with his clients. I do not recommend to go to this place if it's with him.

I. HATE. THE. DENTIST. well that's what I used to say. Even as an adult I dreaded going! That was until I found Chloe Dental! The employees are very friendly and talk you through everything! I don't believe their prices are outrageous, I have never questioned anything that I got charged for. I have had an implant a few years ago and that has been phenomenal never given me any problems. Dr Chloe always stops in to say hi even if I am in the chair with a bite wing in my mouth haha! Definitely recommend this dentist (I did not receive a free cleaning for this good review) :D

Great environment, the staff is friendly and professional. They have been doing an awesome job helping me with my braces.

The absolute worst dental office I've ever been to. No respect for appointment times. 1 hour wait first thing in the morning. Hygienist has absolutely no experience and zero etiquette. The worst cleaning job ever! And I see dentists REGULARLY! I do not recommend this place at all. I will not be back.

NEVER AGAIN. My husband and I went to this dentist for a couple years just because it was so close to us, but we finally had enough and started going elsewhere. From Day 1, they told my husband he couldn't ever have regular cleanings - only DEEP CLEANINGS. Needless to say, those are more expensive. When they found out we were getting married, they kept mentioning teeth whitening (funny how that never came up before).

The last straw was when I had a cavity and the dentist wouldn't give me enough novocaine even though I asked several times. I even had tears running down my face and all she would say was, "I'm almost done." A dentist should not be in practice if she can clearly see that her patient is in pain and refuses to do something about it. Our new dentist told my husband that a deep cleaning wasn't necessary and he has had regular cleanings since then.

It was great work that they did with me but the only problem is that they don't tell you the full price when it comes to your teeth they tell you the most minimum price they can even if you ask them so I didn't like that. they made me pay about $380 more that was planned and still wanted more don't get me wrong they did a good job but make sure you get the full amount your gonna pay.

My first time visit at this location was very interesting. Waiting period is long. The billing depth rep was very pushy and some what cavalier. I will not recommended this office. I tried giving my local businesses my business, but I guess I chose the wrong one. No way I am trying give this office a bad review without fully experienceing the total service.

The x - ray tech was great, she was professional at all times. The front desk clerk was pleasant also. The Head dentist told me I had no cavities, but had spots on my teeth. Sandra the office manger was also very cavalier. DEEP CLEANING! If you do not get that they may deny you service. Companies like this one gives the dentist profession a bad name.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! I hate to give a bad review, but my experience was HORRIBLE! I gave 2 stars because they were able to SQUEEZE me in and the receptionist was really nice. My appointment was for 4:30, I arrived around 4:20. I was not seen by the dentist until about 5. BUT I didn't mind because it was a last minute appointment.

Once in the back another 10-15 minutes go by with nothing. Finally a DA comes in to do x-rays, she was not friendly at all!. She makes me put this "thing" (I have no clue what its called) in my mouth for the x-rays. When she put it in my mouth I told her I can't close my mouth this hurts. I have a rare condition where the roof of my mouth protrudes more than the normal person so the "thing" was too big for my mouth.

She insisted that I try and that it wouldn't take that long. It was excruciating because the sharp edges were cutting into my gums. I obliged. So FINALLY that torture is over! I wait another 15 minutes or so to see the doctor. He comes in, very hastily may I add, reviews my scans. He asked if I had any questions, I had NO CLUE what to ask. I know the normal.

So I said no. He takes a quick look at my mouth then tells me I need fillings and a deep cleaning. Then he gets up and LEAVES. So I lay there and the receptionist came back with paperwork. At this point I'm BEYOND puzzled, I thought I came to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned! The dentist had already left and didn't plan on coming back to clean my teeth!

I understand its been a while since I've been to the dentist but I thought they cleaned your teeth when you went! A complete waste of my time. The dentist was NOT friendly. He didn't tell me anything about my teeth or helpful tips. He didn't even tell me to FLOSS! -_- All in all I wouldn't recommend this place. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!
