I found that the empathy and concern that were shown to me during the time of the extraction and recovery were out of the ordinary. Because of the structure of my mouth the initial plate did not fit well. After several times of adjusting the plate, Dr Alexander had made for me a new final plate. When this was first put into my mouth, I was astonished at how great it fit. I have had nothing but great compliments on how the new plate fits and looks. I am very grateful to the dentists of Alexander and Song.

Highly recommend! I cannot say enough good things about these dental health professionals. My regular dentist retired several years ago and I had not been in for any regular checkups in a long time. The Alexander and Song team members were thorough and professional in their recommended treatment plan, and, helped me understand how critical my oral health is to my overall health. Now, after several months of care, I could not be happier with the results, after each of my visits.

I have not been to the dentist since I was a child, but Dr. Song and her hygienist gave me the best care I could ask for. They walked me through step by step on my teeth and gum conditions and explained my options and what my next step would be. I appreciate that there were no rush whatsoever, and leaving the office feeling minty clean is a plus. Thanks!

I have always had extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. In doing my Google search for dentists that deal with anxious/fearful patients, I found Alexander and Song Dentistry and I could not be happier. From the 1st phone call (with Dr. Alexander) to set up my initial consultation, to scheduling my deep cleaning (I was beyond terrified) to the next day follow up, I feel that I was listened to and treated kindly and respectfully.

I have made a future appointment and feel that my initial experiences will allow me to continue going to their office. Thank you to everyone in the office that has given me the opportunity to better my dental and overall health.

Seriously the best! Dr. Alexander and Dr. Song not only provide top notch dental care, but also make it a point to get to know each and every patient not only personally but to understand what needs they can anticipate, such as TMJ issues in my case. They are a perfect balance of conservative treatment while also treating cavities early to prevent worsening.

They have also managed to totally put my little 3-year-old at ease, to the point where he looks forward to his next appointment! Always flexible with timing etc when I need to get in for a last minute cleaning myself! I just love these two and all of their staff! Could not recommend more!

Dr. Belinda Song advised me to consider getting four crowns due to significant wear and tear on my back left molars. After some deliberation, I decided to follow her advice. I just got my permanent crowns today and the entire process from beginning to end was nothing but positive! Dr. Song made sure that I was comfortable through the whole procedure and made me feel totally at ease.

She did a great job making sure I was happy with the final result and modified the crowns until they fit perfectly and were comfortable. I'm very thankful that I no longer have to worry about those teeth sustaining anymore lasting damage! 5 stars is the lowest rating I would give! :

I was seen by Dr. Alexander. She explained everything very well throughout the dental procedure and you can tell she loves what she does. She's also super personable. All of the staff I came across were friendly. I was able to schedule my appointment and be seen within the same week. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Song and assistant at Alexander & Song Dentistry made my visit a very pleasant and painless experience. De. Song removed my worn out bridge on one side and one worn out crown on the other side and then replaced with temporary bridge and crowns, ,a ll during one sitting. and never felt discomfort or stress. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I will return in a couple of weeks to have permanents put in. They have state of the art equipment. She was able to show me in high detail exactly what was performed on my teeth on the computer in 3 D. I would highly recommend Alexander and Song Dentistry to my family and friends.

Dr. Alexander and Dr. Song are amazing dentists! I recently visited their office for an Invisalign consult and was very impressed from the time I walked in! Their team as well as both dentists were so friendly and welcoming. Everything we did was explained thoroughly and as a result I felt at ease throughout my time there. They were very gentle when working on my teeth too! They def value their clients and quality customer service!

Dr. Alexander & Dr. Song have provided the best dental experience I have ever had! From the calm and professional atmosphere of their office to their gentle hand with X-rays as well as cleaning / exam it was "spa like" in its atmosphere and treatment. They are also very conservative and only do interventions when necessary and don't create problems to fix. They are beautiful and kind and so capable! Staff was personable and really cared to make the patient feel at ease and at home. I've gotten most of my dental work with Dr. Alexander and she is incredible! Not only is she so sweet and cares about my concerns, she is very gentle, efficient, and gets the job done perfectly. I always had dental anxiety but never experienced it with Dr. Alexander. If you're looking for your permanent dentist office, look no further!

I haven't been to the dentist in 2/3 years and Dr. Alexander and Dr. Song made my experience great. Dr. Song cleaned my teeth while Dr. Alexander cleaned my girlfriend's teeth. I didn't feel judged and Dr. Song was very chill and friendly to me while she cleaned my teeth. They are very professional while being friendly and respectful.

The atmosphere is homey and I like their selection of music while waiting for my appointment. Most of my time was with Dr. Song and she was very relatable with me. She is attentive and a great listener. All my past dentists were very rude, judgemental and very, very rough when taking care of my teeth. Dr. Song was very gentle towards my teeth, but very detail oriented and did a fantastic job.

I felt very well taken care of. Tbh, I was very nervous going to the dentist, but Dr. Alexander and Song were so great that I felt little to no anxiety while there. I highly, highly recommend this location. You won't regret it. I'm looking forward to staying at this location for many years!

Dr. Alexander is so sweet, kind and very caring. We followed thru with her diagnoses, treatment plans and are very happy with it. My husband had implants and veneers done. As for myself, I got fillings and a crown. She made sure we were comfortable thru-out the procedure and we were! It was a great experience. She has done a superb job on our teeth. Thank you Dr. Alexander for making our smiles more beautiful and for educating us in preventative care as well!

I began having a severe toothache just as the weekend was starting and the dentist's office was closed. It was so painful that pain meds weren't making a dent and I couldn't sleep - getting 2.5 hours last night. I called this morning leaving a pitiful message hoping and praying that they'd be able to help me so I wouldn't have to go see an emergency dentist that had no access to my health records. Dr.

Song called back around noon telling me that she could squeeze me in and that they could meet me in 30 minutes. Dr. Alexander quickly assessed my problem area after an xray and came up with a treatment plan in no time. The procedure took less than 30 minutes to extract the tooth and I'm no longer in intense pain. I am so grateful to these doctors for hearing the sense of urgency in my voice on the phone and taking excellent care of me. I can't tell you thank you enough! Highly recommend.

Going to love visiting this new practice with Dr. Alexander and Dr. Song. Dr. Alexander not only cares about your dental needs but cares about you as a person. She will take away the fears of visiting a dentist. You guys rock!
