I had lost trust in my previous dental office (South River Dental) that I've been going to for over 7 years because they had become too pushy with cosmetic stuff I did not need, my teeth are pretty healthy. Also felt like Hubby was also getting overcharged. Read some yelp reviews and I decided to try Wackford dental and wish I knew bout this place sooner.

Staff are really friendly and they have amenities that make you feel comfortable and just makes sense. New patient checkin computer is neat and quick, I didn't wait long to be called, and it's really cool that they have a monitor hooked up to YouTube so you can watch your favorite show while they work on you. I turned on BBC to watch the animals because it puts me at ease. Francis did a great job cleaning, thorough but gentle and they actually use warm water unlike my last place.

Really nice guy and easy to talk to. Left with a goodie bag (toothbrush, floss, paste) and a sleek flask. Hope this wasn't just first time butterflies and hope this will blossom into a long term relationship built on trust.

Great painless experience, yesterday i went for a wisdom tooth extraction and Dr. Nagy manage to pull it out in less than a minute even though it was a hard one and i got my shipped front tooth fixed by hubert ef2 and he did a great job too. Thank you wackford dental

Came in for a wisdom teeth removal and it was done so quickly and professionally. I am usually very nervous when it comes to dental work (and will avoid it unless absolutely necessary) but everyone there was very kind and reassured me that it would be alright. I thought my wisdom tooth would be tricky to remove but the dentist took it out very fast, I was in and out under an hour (from checking in to paying and leaving) and didn't feel any pain. Very grateful to everyone at Wackford Dental for making my experience a smooth and efficient one! Will recommend to anyone in the Elk Grove area.

I was extremely nervous about seeing a new dentist. Left there feeling really gd. The staff are awesome n loved them n Dr. NAGY. I know I m in very gd hands n not worried anymore.

Dr. Mina & Assistant David were absolutely amazing! Actually the entire staff were great! From the moment I found this office online & spoke to Sylvia to schedule an Emergency appointment she made me feel welcomed & comfortable! The minute I walked into this office the receptionist made me feel comfortable & was very nice! Maria took me back & she was great as well!

My favorites were David & Dr. Mina! It was my first time at this office & I felt like I was a long time patient at Wackford Dental! David you made me so comfortable I forgot about the pain I came in for! You're a perfect example of what a Dental assistant should be! I love that I was given options for my treatment! The atmosphere of the office is absolutely inviting!

I left my appointment feeling much better & I knew I found my new Dentist & Dental office! I also like the fact that they reminded me to schedule my cleaning & gave me follow up instructions for the treatment I had today! Thank you Wackford Dental for giving amazing customer service! From beginning to end this was such a positive experience. The ease of scheduling my appointment, check in and the wonderful care provided by the staff and D.D.S. Omg this was such a breath of fresh air. Nice to know some people still believe in good service and great patient care. I will recommend this dental office to everyone.

Best dental experience I've had in a while! The hygienist were friendly, gentle and explained everything. The dentist was humorous and efficient, which is nice considering nobody likes going to the dentist. Lol. I was AMAZED by the technology they had being able to accommodate my need for a crown and getting me all set for a PERMANENT crown. YES a permanent crown all done in ONE VISIT! I LITERALLY WATCHED MY CROWN BEING MADE! This by far is the friendliness team I have met and definitely going back. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I've been coming here for a couple years and I have had great service every single time. I've had small (cleaning) and large procedures (implant) and I have VERY happy this far! One time one of my fillings felt a bit weird and doctor made sure I came in to get if fixed next day. Office is always lively and everyone is very kind! Love Dr. Nagy! Recommended!

Just moved to the area and was so happy to find a new dentist. Instantly impressed with the staff, processes and office. Dental hygienist Nicole and Mohammad were so kind and thorough. Dr. Nagy is very charismatic and even identified and fixed an issue I had been dealing with for years on my first visit. Fortunate to have picked a good one!

I have only been here twice and both time I'm impressed by their friendliness and cleanliness. I'm not one that's "afraid" to go to the dentist but I can imagine if you are, this would be the place to go. It's always very peaceful and again everyone from the receptionist to the dentist are welcoming, kind, and funny. They have tvs at the chairs and literally change their gloves if they touch something that hasn't been sterilized. Lastly I would have to say I appreciate their appointment reminders. They text and email so it's impossible to forget or miss an appointment.

I freaking love this office! The dentist, the hygienist, office staff are awesome! From regular cleanings, and other services this office is amazing. In November I got a filling, March part of it came off, July I broke part of the tooth(biting a grilled cheese sandwich) lol, the worst pain I ever felt besides child birth lol. When I tell you I was able to get an appointment the next day, that tooth was fixed, no pain the next day, plus a fee I could afford since I have state insurance.

I can't thank this office enough. I recently had to go to a different dentist for a filling, the service and the work didn't measure up to Wackford dental, awful. I rather pay out of pocket for outstanding worko. I refuse to go to any other dental office. Wackford dental you are the best. Thank you.

I came to this dental office because I live close by but I stayed because of their excellent services. From front desk to the doctors, everyone here is friendly and helpful.

I arrived as scheduled for a 9am appt for surface cleaning. Shortly after registering, Nurse #1 took me to a examination room. I waited about 20 minutes. Then the Dentist came & examined me. I told him surface cleaning only. 20 minutes later, Nurse #2 came to set-up for cleaning & left. 20 minutes later Nurse #3 came & asked what was I there for & left. 20 minutes later, Nurse #4 came to escort me to the front.

I told her I didnt get my teeth cleaned & she explained they ran out of time. (11:45am) I didn't get my teeth cleaned & was presented w/a treatment plan for $9k of work to be done. I had to insist on the return of my copay because they didnt do what I came there for. A wasted morning at Wackford. I went here for surface cleaning which I never received & don't recommend this dental practice.

I was recommended to visit this office after I switched to a PPO plan. I've had three visits so far; first was the initial exam, second and third visits were the treatments. The receptionists, RDA and DAs, dentists, etc. are very pleasant. The thing that stood out to me the most was that everyone was very personable and easy to speak with. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and warm - kind of like conversing with a friend.

Other dental offices here in Elk Grove didn't seem very welcoming. it always felt like they were condescending. Everything was quick and efficient - scheduling, taking scans/photos, procedures, etc The office is also very clean! I have nothing bad to say about this place.

My family and I have been patients for many years. The Wackford team has never failed to provide us exceptional quality dental care and we highly recommend seeing them for all your dental care needs. Thank you Wackford family for always taking care of us.

I have never been moved to write a review about any business until now! On Saturday November 28th I had excruciating pain from a broken tooth. It was unbearable, and I was so worried that I started looking for emergency dentist I Googled emergency dentist and wackford dental came up. I gave them a call and to my surprise they were actually open on a Saturday!

I explained to them my situation and they offered an appointment to me in less than an hour from me calling them I was able to get in have work done to take care of the pain and be on my way all within 2 hours from the time I called. What was more impressive is that there weren't any emergency dental fees charge and they took away any fear and anxiety that I normally have when I go to the dentist.

They literally put my mind at ease the moment I walked in the door. The entire staff from the front office, the dental assistant, and to the dentist himself were awesome. I can truly say that I think I've found a dentist for life now because of this experience they also followed up with me today just to see how he's doing and if I had any questions and scheduled a post-op follow up just to make sure that everything is healing properly thank you again to the staff for being so amazing especially when I was in such horrible pain! I couldn't thank you enough and I'll be telling all my family and friends about you

The best dentist practice I've ever been to. Doesn't tell me there's a 7394774 cavities or we need to do 20 treatment plans. Does what I need, recommends other options, listens, and honestly gives good feedback on improving my smile. Not pushy. The dental hygienists are so gentle. The whole staff is nice, upbeat, friendly, and best yet. honest.

Any dentist office I've been to prior they don't chat with you or ask about your life. You really get a sense that Wackfotd dental cares. Anyone looking for somewhere new and tired of terrible dentist's or getting taken advantage of? Come check Wackford Dental!

WARNING about this dentist. About a month ago I went into the dentist and told them my gum was on one side was hurting. They said I need a complete deep cleaning all over my mouth. I never did thank god because I come to find out for weeks I been suffering from ulcers on my gum caused by my Lupus my autoimmune disease. How dangerous it would of been if I had the dep cleaning. If they were a good dentist they would of known and saw the ulcer. It makes me angry just to make try to make a profit off of me and not even caring what really going on.

Had a good teeth cleaning this morning! Thanks to my hygienist Francis. Dr. Osman was great too! Woohoo no cavities! Thanks to the staff at Wackford always putting a smile on my face!

I found Wackford through my wife and daughter, who have been coming here for a few years. My dentist was a good hour drive away and I needed something closer to home. I tried out Wackford and I have been happy with every visit. From the dental hygienist, to the assistants, and the front desk, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I'm still getting used to all the technology they use.

In fact, I came in today on an emergency for what turned out to be a broken crown. They fit me in right away on a busy schedule. They showed me pictures of the broken crown, process they would go through to replace it, and reviewed the pricing before starting. Both Dr Nagy and Dr Salem are great. Highly recommended with friendly, helpful staff to assist.

Best. Dentist. Ever. I sincerely despise going to the dentist and avoid it at all cost. I needed an extremely long bridge replaced and it was all kinds of trouble. I broke the first two bridges, the second while they were putting it in! Dr. Salem worked with their lab to come up with a solution (without my knowledge) and it has worked great. He definitely went above and beyond what I believe most dentists would have. Dr. Nagy, Dr. Salem, and the entire staff are SUPER cool. Friendly, helpful, and very talented technicians.

I have friends that have spoken poorly about the office and read some negative reviews, but I have to believe these are one-offs, because this place is great! Give it try if you are considering a new dentist.

I've had lots of problems with finding a dental office that I like, but the search is finally over! Wackford Dental is well-organized, very clean, professional, accommodating and a friendly office! I called during the week and was able to make an appointment for just a few days later. Super shocking since most offices are slammed during the end of the year.

I came in for what I thought was a regular cleaning but after examination, I was told I needed a deep hygienic cleaning and they were able to take care of me right then & there. My favorite thing about Wackford was their judgment free advise. I hadn't seen a dentist in over 2 years and I knew I needed lots of work. I was expected to be scorned, but Nicole, my hygienist, was reassuring and made me feel comfortable. They're also opened pretty late during the weekdays and available on saturdays too! I plan to continue my dental visits here and bring my boyfriend in too!

Terrible place, all they care about is money. They push you for treatments you don't need or the wrong treatment plan. Seriously get another opinion by another dentist/ orthodontist that cares about patients and not just MAKING MONEY OFF PATIENTS

It was the best decision I made switching dentists a couple of years ago to this office. I just completed an 18-month Invisalign journey with Dr. Nagy and his staff, and I am completely satisfied. My teeth look amazing and the service I received each and every time was exemplary. And believe me, I was there a lot! The staff are friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nagy is very personable and professional, and kind as well. Scheduling appointments is always easy and the office is clean and comfortable to be in.

The surrounding area feels much safer than some other offices I've visited throughout Sacramento, so that's definitely a plus as well. Thank you Dr. Nagy and the team at Wackford Dental for such an awesome experience.

Doctor took me on an emergency call. My dentist was unable to accommodate. I was having extreme pain. It ended up being my wisdom tooth. He was so kind and so was the staff. He patted me on my head when I was starting to cry and told me it was going to be ok. Very kind! And their staff is so professional! Couldn't recommend them more! They will be my new Dentist office.

I tried this place. I have delta dental and faithfully take care of my teeth. Went here bc of the reviews and I have some curious observations and a bad outcome. I noticed that when I went, the front desk was small female and the dental hygienist and dentist and first person to review me were all male. Why? Idk but it's the first I've seen like this.

I felt like they did not listen to me when: 1- I asked to not have the water cleaner to clean my teeth. He did it anyways. They did NOT get all sides of my teeth. I could tell. Not all teeth. Also, they told em I HAD to do xrays which they said they can see abnormalities that they can't see by looking visually. They told me I had to or they won't do the exam.

I went through all of this and I had them do something to my tooth. Right after I left, my tooth was very sensitive. It happened there. I called three and told them but they asked me to come back so the dentist could look. No way! Seriously?! YOU MADE ME DO THE XRAYS. You charged and did the exam. But you found no problem with THAT tooth? Now, u say come back and let's look again?

No thanks. I don't trust you. I won't be back. Also, we don't all want to watch sports on tv. Overall, I did not fee comfortable at this place nor did I feel like they cared. I would not go back. Especially after I had a bad issue right after my appointment that they did not find. The ladies at the front desk were nice. 2 stars.
