I love this dentist! First of all receptionists are actually friendly! Then all of the staff makes me feel comfortable. The dentist is also great! What I love most of all is that they are generally able to treat the problem the same day! It's so nice not to have to go to multiple appointments for one issue! Thank You!

Best dentist ive been to they keep things painless and are fast & efficient. The atmosphere is very comfortable as well. i went in for a exam found out i needed a deep cleaning and they were able to schedule the cleaning the same day.

Search no more, Dr. Won should be your dentist! I've been to various dentist and it's genuinely hard to find a good one. I've been going to Dr. Won for 2 years even moved and came back to her office. She is honest, transparent and genuine. I went to a dentist in the Bay Area and they said I would need a crown for my chipped tooth ASAP, which I found out by Dr. won was not really a chipped tooth.

Not to mention the front staff (Katie) is amazing, she has squeezed me in for last minute checkups various times! And Brittany the hygienist was very gentle when cleaning! I basically wasn't coming out of the dentist with a ton of cuts and blood! Overall, I'd highly recommend Ivory Dental, an honest place.

Love Ivory Dental. I and my family have been coming here since 2009 and never had an issue or been less that 100% satisfied. My oldest son has moderate autism and I was concerned with the first visit, but my son quickly felt at ease and the staff went the extra mile to ensure he was comfortable, safe and ready for every step of the process. This extends well beyond cleanings and into filling cavities that my son gets from less than proper daily brushing.

My two daughters live the staff and how they make them feel important and my youngest son who is a toddler enjoys the attention he receives while they check his teeth. I have seen a lot dentist thought my life to include the military. I base the worse on those that remind me of the military (Western) and the best who treat like a valued customer-that is Ivory! I am very happy with the work I have received from whitening to a new front tooth cap and the quality of the work. This place rocks all the way around!

I've coming here since 2011 (twice a year) and it has been a wonderful experience every time. Very friendly, professional and clean. I went in for a cleaning today with my 4-month old daughter and Katie at the front desk was able to watch over her while I had my teeth cleaned; how awesome is that? Thanks again Cassie and Dr. Won.

I came here about a year ago due to good Yelp reviews. I used to be with Serenity Dental for at least 10 years. They were ok but I felt I could do better and I was right! The office is spotless and super clean. They have a much smaller waiting area but the lady working the front is super chill and doesn't act all busy and important. She chats and makes things unawkward.

The hygientist Cassie was awesome and we chatted like we knew each other for years! She told me what she was doing or going to do and kept me informed. She took x-rays and used a tool to scrape off buildup of tartar and then cleaned my teeth. The dentist Dr. Won checked my teeth after. If you have an issue with any of your teeth she does not try to upsell you or force you to fix the issue UNLESS it gets to the point where it needs fixing.

If say it doesn't hurt or isn't too bad, she just honestly tells you it can wait or can be done when it gets worse etc. Almost every other dental office I had prior would suggest work or deep cleanings that were questionable to say the least. When I moved to Natomas in 2004, before the days of Yelp, I chose Park Place Dental since it was the closest to home.

Bad mistake. Fatal flaw. Absolutely the worst. Rude staff and upsell city, they even send in a closer if they suggest you have work done! I had a deep cleaning AND a crown that my later dentist disputed the need for. Astronomical quotes too. Lame. Lol. See their low Yelp rating to comprehend their jackassery! Anyways, I have Delta dental through my wife's work and they offer very good coverage.

So Iam getting a filling that NEEDS to be done next month. Big difference than other dental offices. Iam more than satisfied with Ivory Dental and am so glad I switched! Top notch!

I always have a great experience at Ivory Dental. The staff is very friendly and always answers any questions. The dentist is great. She is very gentle and takes the time to make sure all if my concerns are addressed.

Had a bad experience from previous Dentist, keep me away from any dental procedures. Lost 5 tooth and Dental phobia, I tried several Dentist and still feel the fear and anxiety. I search for Dental care with good review, Ivory Dental care had some sincere and honest review. Painless deep cleaning, filling, crown replacement, and extraction on broken tooth. Quality work and patient needs are their number one priorities. I highly recommend Ivory Dental care to everybody.

I love going to Ivory Dental! The location is convenient, the office has state of the art equipment and Dr. Won and her staff are friendly, professional, caring. The Dr. and her staff always make sure that you are comfortable during the entire procedure. I highly recommend this dental office.

My first priority with a dentist is integrity. I had a wonderful dentist who retired five years ago. I didn't stick with his replacement simply because they weren't a preferred provider on my insurance. I didn't feel like paying higher co-pays for a dentist I wasn't established with. This left me trying two previous dentists before Dr. Won.

One said I needed three root canals/crowns, and another five root canals. They weren't even on the same teeth. Really. Both of those dentists also spent just a few minutes cleaning my teeth and paid scant attention to gum health. I'm 57 and still have some fillings from childhood, so do need some work beyond simple cleaning, but I'd like to stick to what I actually need, plus get solid precautionary advice about future dental needs. Dr. Won recommended much less work, and I could feel sensitivity in the areas where she recommends work.

She was very gentle, but still thorough. Of course after my deferred dental work, the first thing I needed was a deep cleaning. I very much liked and respected Cassie, the hygienist. She's very friendly, thorough, and professional. I didn't catch the front office person's name, but she was also great. She's friendly and polite.

My appointments have been on time. My co-pay has been clearly defined. I get text messages reminding me of appointments. Finding a really good dentist is hard. I absolutely recommend Dr. Won at Ivory Dental.

The doctors and staff at Ivory Dental Care are warm, caring and welcoming in addition to being very professional. If you need a dentist, they are the ones to choose.

Finally found a good dentist in the area. Only one friendly receptionist and a dentist so no big overhead. They were very up front with out of pocket cost so you can expect no surprises.

Great office with very friendly staff. I moved pretty far from natomas but still come here because of how much they take the pain away from being at a Dentist. 5 stars.

My family are always happy with the care by Dr Won and Yoon. Modern and restful feeling interior and seems like new dental facility. Even after I moved to Benicia, I still drive over 1 hr to care my two kids. I strongly recommend Ivory dental care!

I haven't been to a dentist in years and I'm not one that takes very good care of my teeth. When I lost a very old filling from my youth I found this location to be very close to my house and well rated. The other raters are amazingly correct in their 5 stars! The staff is extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming. Dr. Won takes very good care of her patients and makes sure that you feel no pain while she does her work.

They even remember your name when you walk in and you can watch Netflix while they work! Heck, the even remembered what show I watched the time I was there before. I highly recommend this location and actually look forward to cleanings and the rest of my fillings where as before I was scared.

Always quick, friendly, talented and trustworthy. Dr. Won and Dr. Yoon have a wonderfully light touch, especially with the anesthetic shots. I could barely even feel the first one and the others not at all. They are great about remembering their patients and making a personal connection, which really puts patients at ease. I take the whole family here and we all agree that this place is the best!

I took my two daughters here (4 and 5) for their first checkups, and the staff was wonderful! Very patient with my shy and scared daughter, let me hold her in my lap on the examination chair and were very reassuring! She got through her exam very well and was very happy by the end of the visit!

Ivory Dental is the best dentist office I've ever been to. I'm often very nervous and anxiety ridden when it comes time to see the dentist, but Ivory is totally different. The whole staff is like one happy family and they really take the time to make you comfortable, welcome and happy. Both doctors here are great, with all the procedures I've had I never had any pain or complaints.

Everything here is fast, easy and painless! Plus the office is gorgeous, totally state of the art and I love having a little movie play while I get work done. I love Ivory and I would highly recommend them!

Very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism at this dental office. I ALWAYS love a clean business (scuff marks on the walls and gum stuck to the floor.eww.) Not only that but they allowed me to pay for my filling on the next visit (I had a filling fall out because I went to the worst dental office to get it filled initially, SMILE CARE OF ELK GROVE *pukes in mouth a little*) they fit me in on a very busy day because I was in pain. Dentist was very polite and they have t.v.s at all seats while you wait=) They have some pretty cool upgraded gadgets (like new xray machines, and bite guards so when they are working in your mouth, you dont have to hold your mouth open forever.annoying!)
