I just got my braces on recently here and the staff is so lovely! Definitely makes you more comfortable getting adult braces! Taylor the records tech is so sweet and Dr. Lee is the best- she makes you feel comfortable and is very detail oriented.

I highly recommend this orthodontist. All the workers are very friendly here. Customer service is great and they understand the needs of the patients. I want to say that Dr Lee is amazing at what she does. Her care and professionalism is outstanding. Even though I'm older and my teeth were very crooked she was able to straighten my bottom teeth in 4 months to transition to a retainer.

My upper teeth are straightening well and is in progress. I am very satisfied with their services. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable, professional, friendly ortho in this area.

The staff at VP Smiles is excellent, they are so friendly and thorough. I have two boys seeing them, one has finished his phase 1 braces and the other is almost ready for braces. This practice offers free consultations, until they are ready for treatment. They definitely wait until enough permanent teeth have come in. We go back every 6 months until they give the green light for treatment.

So thankful I found Dr. Lee to fix a bite issue I've struggled with for years. My dentist recommended that I see an orthodontist to correct my bite due to my wisdom teeth. I contacted Villa Park Smiles for a consult based on a recommendation from a friend. During my consult, the staff was professional and guided me through the various imaging that was required of an initial consult.

I had braces over 15 years ago so I was surprised to see all of the new technology this office had! After imaging, Dr. Lee reviewed my images and provided me with all of the options I had with regards to my bite issue. I was hesitant at first because I didn't want to go through having braces again especially as an adult, but Dr. Lee came up with a plan to use Spark instead so that at least its not as visible as braces. Dr. Lee was so patient with all of my concerns of getting my teeth straightened as an adult, and I appreciate her taking the time to help me explore all of my options. After just a week of treatment, I've already noticed a difference in my bite, I can't wait to see how my teeth will be after the full treatment.

I can't say enough about Dr Lee and Villa Park smiles! Unlike my previous dental experiences, it just felt different from the start when I went to Dr Lee. She's really gentle and honest. Also she's very detail oriented. By the end of treatment, the results far surpassed my expectations. I came to see Dr. Lee after my dentist recommended Invisalign. Dr. Lee was super professional, explained every step of the process to me and made it a very easy experience. I just recently got my braces off at Villa Park Smiles! My experience was overall very efficient and the staff there were always super friendly and professional. Especially when I was getting my braces removed, the staff and Dr Lee knew I had a lot of sensitivity issues and pain so they made sure to be extra careful and gentle. I also was very hesitant about doing braces as I had done it when I was younger but Dr Lee was very clear and set expectations realistically. Thank you VP Smiles!

My orthodontist really messed up my alignment 17 years ago and I came to see if it was possible to fix it. Dr. Lee was amazing from the very start. Really fun and friendly and made me feel comfortable at every stage. She walked me through how she was going to fix my smile and her thoroughness and clear communication made me feel really confident in my decision to move forward.

I'm not the type to usually leave a review on Yelp but after my amazing experience at Villa Park Smiles, I felt like I needed to tell the world how amazing this place was! The staff here are extremely polite and professional. They really make you feel comfortable and cared for. At first, I was very skeptical about getting invisiline but Dr. Lee was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to me in a way where I could understand and shared with me what the experience would be like from beginning to end.

After my consultation with Dr. Lee, I was actually super excited to start the process. I am only 14 weeks in and already my teeth look so different! I highly recommend this place.

VP Smiles has a great staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they always make sure that our son and his dental care is well-taken care of. All of the orthodontists are wonderful here. Although there's sometimes a bit of a wait, they always try to get him in as quickly as they can. They also have a clean office and seem to follow all the safety protocols during this Covid craziness. For our orthodontic care, we will trust YP Smiles for great service, a very helpful staff, and great-looking smiles!

The staff are always friendly and kind to my son. I appreciate the staff in the front they take their time to explain the billing process and always try to get us a appointment anytime. The crew over at VP smiles has been nothing short of amazing! My wife began treatment there for Invisalign about 3 months and the entire process has been extremely seamless. I had questions about insurance they got back to me in a timely fashion and walked me through everything which made me feel at ease. In addition when my wife goes there for an appointment, they don't make her wait around like they do at other places! Plus the facilities are really really nice. Dr. MacGinnis and Dr. Baum have been wonderful and I highly recommend them to anyone (kid or adult!)

For the last several years I have watched my teeth move and shift resulting in crowded and crooked teeth. My teeth had cracked and chipped. At 65, I was hesitant to walk back into an orthodontist's office 50 years after wearing braces. From the moment I entered Dr. MacGinnis's office, I sensed a team that loved their work. Dr. Mac explained how teeth collapse inward and shift as we age.

He advised I would be a good candidate for Invisalign aligners not only for the look of straightened teeth, but to prevent further chipping. My appointments have been easy and comfortable. Dr. Mac's Team is accommodating and knowledgeable. Three months into treatment, I am ahead of schedule and am looking forward to a perfect smile a year from now. Thanks Dr. Mac!

My daughter started with Dr. Mark Weisenberg for about a year before he sold the business to Dr. Baum and Dr. MacGinnis. Both doctors treated my daughter as if she was their long time patience. They were so kind and continue to exam and maintain her braces. Though she has past her two years estimation already they did not charge us any extra at all!

The staff were very courteous and professional. Another thing we love about VP Smile is that once we arrived for my daughter's appointment she goes in right away without having to wait 15 or 30 minutes until the orthodontist can see her. So glad that Dr. Weisenberg sold the business to Dr. Baum and Dr. MacGinnis!
