Absolutely the worst place I've ever done business with. I love the DDS that shares the space with the orthodontist and took their referral to have a new retainer made when my lingual bar popped off. Retainer didn't fit well, causing it to break in multiple places within only 6 months. Office manager refuses to give refund and the only resolution is to allow this office back in my mouth to make yet retainer. Not satisfied with my first visit, why would I want them back in mouth. All in all, out $250 and will have to pay cost at a new office. Absolutely terrible!

Would highly recommend this as a place to go to get excellent service and results. Everyone was very friendly from the office manager that greeted me with a smile and a hello, to the staff and the docs that were very professional and treated me with respect. I am a 56 year old that is going through getting braces again and was not treated like it was a problem.
I saw kids, teenagers and adults while at my appointment and everyone was treated in the same manner it was so easy and comfortable that I will refer anyone that I know to go here for braces and Invisalign. Fantastic experience!

Dr. Hamersky and his team have always been friendly, knowledgable, accomodating, and helpful. He really takes the time to explain the details and to make sure you have a full understanding of treatment. Recently, my dog ate my retainer and I figured that after 9 years had passed since receiving braces, I would have to start all over as a new patient to replace them. Thankfully this was far from the case. Dr. Hamersky and his team treated me like no time had passed, making it a quick and simple process to be seen by the doctor and to get the retainers. I would recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Hamersky doesn't know how to follow through with the Invisalign process. After 2 years my teeth were still not permanently aligned and still shifting, even though I followed all the instructions. I was given in-house made top and bottom retainer which didn't work well. I had a molar pulled on the bottom teeth so Hamersky just cut the back part of the retainer off and had me try it that way.
It was uncomfortable. I was told it would cost me another $100 for another. I opted to keep trying the one that was cut, but it hurt. The top retainer I tried using for many months and I had and it broke. I wore each section hoping it would work. It didn't because my bottom teeth were moving and pushing the top. Hamersky claims I didn't follow through with the post-orthodontic treatment and it was my fault.
I claim I DID indeed follow all the treatment that was covered in my $4000 charge. He was going to charge me for further treatment, which I couldn't afford. I now have a large gap between my front teeth both top and bottom. He isn't NOT a good orthodontist. I would NOT recommend. He won't even stand behind what he did and make it right, nor will he refund since I have to go to another orthodontist to have my teeth straightened. I am very VERY upset.

Dr. Hamersky and his team are mouthsavers! I wasted years with a different provider in treatment that wasn't working - but they got me straightened out and eating corn on the cob in record time! Dr. H., Heidi, Summer and the rest of the team always went out of their way to make sure I was on track with the treatment and had appointments that worked with my schedule. I actually miss going to the orthodontist! (Not the braces, just the people). I recommend them every chance I get.

Got my braces about a month ago and let me tell you I already see so much improvement in my smile, love it! Summer and Heidi are very nice and helpful they explained everything in detail. Dr. Hamersky knows what he is doing very professional! I would defenetly recommend Dr. Hamersky to be your orthodontics.

Run for the hills! Don't even consider this place for your dental treatment. I sent my son for his free annual cleaning after I called the office four days before the appointment time. I asked if they accept the insurance I have. The man who made the appointment assured me that they accept my insurance. At the time of appointment, they were provided with the insurance card and all information they needed.
After two days of the service, Douglas County Orthodontics office called us to inform us that the cleaning visit cost is $59 although my insurance offers the annual cleaning for free. I asked to talk to the office manager. The manager female who talked to me said they don't accept my insurance. I explained to the manager that they accepted the insurance before the appointment and presented with insurance card at the appointment time.
The manager was very rude and was not helpful to solve their office's problem. She said the bill will be sent to collection if I don't pay it and rudely SHUT the phone while I was talking to her. This office did not hold responsibility of their own mistakes and mismanagement and acted disrespectful to their customers. I would not trust this office for any dental care service.
I received the bill from the same address and suite #100. The business owner below claims Dougls County Orthodontics don't have general dental and cleaning however they operate from the same address and same suite #100 with Lone Tree Modern Dental and Orthodontics. It seems different advertising of the same business!
