Receptionist is rude definitely needs to work on bettering costumer service. We have 4 kids that go there all have the same father but 2 separate moms and so we have requested 2 separate files for the kids to prevent any type of hipaa violation and it's been the biggest headache. We get the run around no clear answer as to if it's actually possible or not we have been trying to get this done for months now and still didn't know if it was done or not I called today to follow up and the receptionist told me the manager has a lot on her plate and doesn't have time to do this minor thing but then proceed to say it's a very time consuming thing to do. I will be removing my kids from this dentistry.

The staff was super sweet and kind! They made my 19 month old feel very comfortable. I couldn't be happier!

They never disappoint. My son had a terrible experience with anotjer dentist that's caused lasting issues and anxiety. But the staff here ALWAYS makes him comfortable. And they never come down on me for making certain decisions with his treatment. Highly recommend.

Assistant who did my daughters cleaning had the admin lady charged my insurance for a treatment that was NOT done.

The staff is great except for the rude receptionist that doesn't listen well. I don't care for the heavy reliance on gassing the kids either. my previous dentist never needed nitris because he was a good dentist. The hygienists make this place worth it though.

Do not use them. Their billing is not only inaccurate but is borderline fraudulent, if not outright fraudulent. We continuously have issues with charges associated with regular teeth cleanings - this never happens anywhere else. They either can't get their coding correct or add charges / codes that eventually the client has to pay because insurance doesn't cover the charge.

We have received a number of billings for which they can't provide support or a reason that makes sense and then the lady says she'll call back and never does only to get another bill and have to start from scratch trying to resolve. There also have been times when we pay at the facility only to find out that we were overcharged and they keep the money to offset errand charges to insurance that they know insurance won't cover and are services that were never provided anyhow. People like to complain about a lot of industries but the health and insurance industries are out of control and need serious regulation ASAP.

I've been taking my kids here for about 3 years. I've always really liked it, but today I feel like they went above and beyond to make my oldest comfortable when he was really nervous about getting a spacer removed. He wound up leaving saying that he had a different idea of what the removal involved. Dr. Julie took the time to talk to him and also demonstrate on a model what they'd be doing. It took awhile, but they never made us feel like a burden. I'm very grateful for everyone's patience!

Just know that you have to pay in front for the service (not teeth cleaning). Than, you have to chaise them around to get your money back. After changing them around you can't get your money back because your insurance didn't pay. Well, they don't care about why they didn't pay. May be they never submitted it. Who knows. I agree with previous reviewer, something goes wrong in the end, ended up working on same tooth, multiple times. The docs are nice, nurses hit or miss! Not pleased with their performance.

I love this dentist for my son. He's gone here for almost 4 years now and they are always so great. He doesn't look at the dentist as scary as many children do. He gets to pick a movie, get his teeth looked at, and then get a prize of his choosing out of a bubblegum machine. The staff is all great and I am very happy to have found them.

The staff is always friendly, we never have any issues with appointments or insurance. They are straightforward and honest. Our previous dentist wanted to pull my son's front teeth because the new ones coming in looked big and he was worried there wasn't going to be enough room. I thought this was extremely excessive. We did NOT get them pulled and he has perfectly straight teeth.

My son also has autism, and previous dental work has been very traumatic. The dentists at Saddle Rock never make me feel like the work they are doing is excessive or unnecessary and always make my son feel at ease. He also had some pretty extensive work done, and they were able to give him better sedatives (without having to be put under at the hospital), and they got all the work done quickly and were very explanatory throughout the process.

The dentists and technicians, again, are also very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting area and the work areas are equipped with TVs and the kids get to pick their own movies, and they also receive goodies at the end of their cleanings. We highly recommend this office!

I love taking my three kids to this dentist. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The dentists and hygienists are fabulous with the kids. They can schedule cleanings for all three kids at the same time, saving me time. On a recent visit my 12 year old son was nervous about getting a filling. The dentist told him, in non-scary terms, everything he was going to do before he did it.

The dentist was very encouraging, telling my son that he was doing well. When my son asked for me, I was allowed to join them in the treatment room and hold my son's hand. After the filling my son did not experience any pain. Great Dentists! Great staff!

We had to find a dentist in the midst of a move. This was one of the few in the area that worked with our (stinky) dental insurance. For the past 3 years, my children who are ages 10 and 12 now, have gone here regularly. We have experienced regular cleanings, finishing of a root canal, and having teeth pulled for braces. I have one highly anxious child and today Dr. Foster was wonderful.

I love her bedside manner and being able to care for a child that chose not to watch a movie or have gas to distract them from the impending procedure. Dr. Paddy has been pretty good too.with the exception of being able to calm my youngest during a difficult tooth extraction. The staff is friendly and inviting. Billing questions have been handled promptly.

I absolutely love the office set up too. Being able to have your kids in the same room makes it wonderful when you want to be able to comfort both kids. I recommend this place to others.
