This is a condition in which you grind and clench your teeth. Chronic bruxism can cause the supporting structures to weaken, which eventually can lead to tooth loss. If your teeth are severely decayed, they may be beyond saving with fillings or crowns, which can lead to the need for extractions. Severe tooth damage.
Facial trauma can happen as a result of several issues, including a car accident, a sports injury, or even a fall. Severely decayed teeth. I made a 1.5-hour long journey to Lehigh for an infected wisdom tooth, and it was worth the trek. Everyone there was incredibly transparent and efficient. They not only managed to squeeze me in the next day for surgery, but they redirected me to their second office that's about 25 minutes closer. I'd like to thank the entire staff, especially Dr. Wolf, for easing my anxieties and providing amazing service!

Dr. Johri is wonderful! Excellent bedside manner, professional, knowledgeable and good at communication. Technically a great surgeon. I felt comfortable enough with him, I had him extract my son's wisdom teeth. He did very well in alleviating his anxiety and made him comfortable with the plan. Would highly recommend Dr. Johri and Lehigh OMS!

Dr Bender and his team were great with my 11 year old who needed teeth extracted prior to starting Invisalign. They explained everything in a way that made her feel at ease. The procedure went very well with minimal to no pain. The team even placed a follow up call to check on her and answer questions. Highly recommend!

I had the most awful experience at this oral surgery location. I was provided the incorrect information by a staff member and no one could justify the situation and make right. I was told about fasting/needing a ride for my visit and was all scheduled for my extraction. I took a full day off work, fasted for over 14 hours, made sure I had a reliable ride, only to get there and be told it was a consultation not my actual extraction.
No consult was completed, I switched to another practice. Then a few weeks later I receive a bill for $116 for a professional consult that my insurance denied. I called to question the bill and was told it was a valid charge because I "saw" the doctor. This office is truly unbelievable. If they were so "professional" maybe they would've given me the correct information from the beginning. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

I'm a very easy going person and it takes a lot for me to complain but I had nothing but issues with my wisdom tooth removal. I had a bad reaction to the medication and called the emergency number and was given zero help, I was told to throw up until it's out of my system rather than getting something to help with my nausea. Then when I called to let them know I was sick from the antibiotic and was told to no longer take it the women at the front desk told me I "should be fine, since the removal wasn't bad and I'm not scheduled for a post op appointment" and then hung up the phone on me, which I've never experienced at a doctors office.
No 10 mins later I received another call from another staff member, apologizing that I was never set up for a post op when I was suppose to have one. By this time the week was full so I had no choice but to take off work (which I do not get paid for) and go in at the end of the week. By this time with no antibiotics I had an infection. The doctor was unaware I even got sick and was not informed by either person I talked to that I was off all antibiotics.
I had to go back AGAIN during my work hours because that's all they had available. All that was eventually resolved but I was having pain in my back right molar since surgery and my tooth was very sharp and when I looked I noticed a large part of my molar missing. I went to my regular dentist for them to let me know my molar was broken during surgery and they never once let me know he broke it.
So now I had a cavity starting and needed my tooth filled and filed back into a regular tooth since my bite was off also. I went back to his office 3-4 times and he never mentioned he broke my molar. Also when I was in the waiting room, two of the times I went I could hear the nurses making fun of customers from the waiting room. Very unprofessional and flat out rude.
This whole experience was an absolute nightmare and I would never recommend a surgery through this practice. The doctor seemed fine and it seemed like just his staff were incompetent but now that I've gone through this molar saga I'm feeling indifferent.

I can't say enough about this practice, from the welcoming front desk staff to the professionalism of the assistants. I have a lot of fear of dental procedures and Dr. Johri was wonderful he took the time to explain my options and helped me make an informed decision on what I should do. I decided to have him remove a tooth and prepare me for a dental implant. The whole process was easy and I had no residual pain. Highly recommend this practice!
