We found Dr Trettenero's office shortly after moving to this area 4 years ago - we initially went to another practice and had several terrible experiences so were somewhat skeptical going in but have to say this is the best dental practice we have been to. The entire staff is so professional and knowledgeable. They care about you and your overall and dental health, are very respectful of your time, straightforward and not pushing unnecessary procedures. We can't recommend them enough!

If you're looking for someone who will look after your teeth, is truly conservative, and very talented with all procedures then Dr. Trettenero is for you! You can tell keeping his patients comfortable is very high on his list. I've always been super scared to get any shots but he has the painless injection method down pat to where you honestly don't feel a thing.
Top notch service from all the staff, efficient, and friendly environment all around! I couldn't thank you enough Dr. Trett for always doing such an awesome job, being so gentle and caring towards me!

I went for my first visit with Dr. Trettenero in Jan 2020. I was impressed then and encouraged my husband to go the next time. We had back to back appointments today. I had a major deep clean and my husband had his initial appointment with a thorough cleaning as well. If I could give this guy 10 stars, I would! He offers the latest of technology and explains everything. He is very concerned with individuals' dental health. The others we interacted with in the office were very nice, helpful and professional. Very highly recommend!

I had my first appointment with Dr Trettenero today. I have had the same dentist for 40 years up in PA. Since he retired, I set out to find a dentist here in FL. I chose Dr Trettenero mainly because of the excellent reviews and he prescribes IOGEL which helps maintain healthy gums. Well. I was very pleased. All the staff were very nice and pleasant and you couldn't ask for a nicer dentist.
He was encouraging and gentle and appears to have the latest technology. I am definitely going back to him. It will be well worth the 2 hr drive to Ft Myers. I was nervous about this first visit but I won't have any reservations about returning for my next appointment.

Dr Trettenero is excellent. His examination is the most thorough exam I've had. He and his assistant interact to ensure nothing is missed. I was quite impressed. He developed a dental plan that included the two crowns and three fillings, done in two appointments. I am a very anxious 70 year old patient and a gagger, but felt at total ease with Dr Trett. This was pain free dentistry including the pain free injections. I experienced no gagging. He has now become my permanent dentist. Thumbs up!

Doctor Trettenero is the most gentle dentist I have ever had. I literally did not feel the numbing shots he gave me. His knowledge of state of the art procedures is excellent. And his staff is the best. I never waited more than a few minutes for my appointments, and knew exactly what he was doing during my procedures. This is top notch dental care.

Had Evita for my cleaning and it was by far the most pleasurable cleaning I've ever had! The office is so comfortable, as well as the option to watch tv during the cleaning. Really enjoy the upscale environment and friendly staff. Dr. Trettenero is so professional and has a great disposition. You feel he and his staff really cares!
