I went in for a consultation and it was AMAZING 10/10! 10000/10! Everyone is super friendly and inviting. Julie is such a sweetheart! She explained everything and answered every single one of my questions with zero complaints! Dr. Norris is awesome! Straight to the point addressing all of your concerns and more.

Dr. Norris and his assistant Kristen placed my orthodontic brackets recently. They were efficient and professional. I feel very confident that I am in the right place to achieve the smile I desire. I highly recommend this practice. The team is well trained and very professional.

We absolutely love Dr. Ray! He has been so helpful in the process. My daughter needed extensive work done which was terrifying. Dr. Ray walked us through the process throughly which made us feel at ease. We are only 3 months in and already we can see a huge difference. Not to mention how sweet, gentle and caring he is. I would definitely recommend Stone Oak!

We started our ortho care with Dr. Tito back in 2019. I'm so glad I accidentally doing this office, it was the best decision we made for our sons dental care. The technology Dr. Tito & his team used has been unmatched. Customer service is Grade A, friendly & professional. I highly recommend Dr. Tito for all your orthodontics needs.

My daughter is 9 and currently in braces. Everyone in the office is super nice and professional. Dr Caesar is an excellent, kind doctor. I have been pleased with everything so far for my daughter until today. Braces are a big deal for my daughter and we don't want to have to wear them any longer than necessary. However we unfortunately needed to reschedule her second big tightening due to my error.

Although the lady who helped us was very nice she was only able to rebook us in 2 months. That is going to be a real hardship for us. It's too bad they were unwilling to work with me, even though they didn't have to. I'm disappointed. We have had 3 broken wires that they got us in for. Dr Caesar even met us during Christmas break to fix a broken wire.

I have never written a review before, but feel I needed to let the office know this seems harsh to have a 9 year old wait another 2 months when she is already scheduled to wear her braces for 18 months. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

I love how friendly and knowledgeable the staff is. And the doctors are so cool and great with the kids also. My daughter had her first set of braces put on today and the whole process was easy and they even sent her home with a wonderful care package.

Had a wonder experience with Stone Oak Orthodontics! The staff and Doctors are all extremely kind and go above and beyond for their clients to make sure they are satisfied with their progress. My appointments always started on time and the office was kept exceptionally clean.

Dr. Norris and his entire staff were very friendly, professional and very thorough. Since it was my first time there, I was given a tour of the facility. The office is very clean and comfortable. They even have massage chairs to enjoy while waiting - although there was not much of a wait at all. I will begin my treatment next month and expect I will experience the same great service that I experienced today!

The great service from this exceptional team hasn't changed in 18 years. I first walked into this office in 2004 and came back for a repair in 2022. Dr. Norris and his staff are still just as professional, friendly, and fun as they were when I first met them. I recommend them to anyone who asks about orthodontics.

My experience was Awesome! Dr. Norris never ceases to amaze me! He knows exactly what needs to be done in alignment of teeth when I express my concerns. I can't thank the team at Stone Oak Orthodontics enough! As an adult, orthodontic procedures can seem intimidating, so I had always delayed treatment simply due to feeling confused and overwhelmed. Dr. Caesar completely changed all of that for me! Not only did he go above and beyond in answering every question I had (and I had A LOT), but he spoke to me in a way that was educational, empathetic, and honest.

For the first time ever, I felt a sense of comfort and confidence as I began my treatment. Admittedly, I have a pretty low pain tolerance so you can imagine how surprised I was when I was told we were done.while still holding my breath in anticipation for the "hard part" to begin. As my smile improved, so did my quality of life. I could literally breathe easy for the first time within weeks of Dr. Caesar placing my MARPE.

I've never felt compelled to leave reviews but from the staff that went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule when making appointments, to the personal check-ins throughout the process; I am truly thankful to everyone at Stone Oak Orthodontics for making the procedure I was initially so anxious about feel like a life-changing experience!

If you're an adult needing orthodontics I wouldn't recommend it. They are always booked months out so getting an appointment when you need is super hard and usually you have to suffer through whatever the issue is until they can squeeze you in. Dr. Caesar is really nice as is most the staff but my experience overall was pretty traumatic. They tried an expander that apparently don't usually work on adults (they never told me that until it was far too late).

It was the most painful device ever and didn't work on me. I now have permanent scars in my mouth from what happened. To their credit they gave me a discount from my treatment, but the scars are forever and the issue wasn't fixed because i couldn't afford the surgery. I was in tears when they broke this news and they were only annoyed that I couldn't do the surgery, no empathy for my situation.

They then told me I had to leave this miserable useless device in my mouth another month until they could squeeze me in. Torture. After my treatment ended, my bonded retainer broke a week after being placed, and when I called about it they couldn't get me in for two months. I don't usually write reviews, and didn't want to write one until I was finished, but I wish I had read a review like this beforehand. Invisalign wasn't bad at all, and I am much happier with my smile, so it wasn't all negative, but I still really wish I had gone somewhere else smaller and less expensive.

I got my braces in March 2019. I went to three different places for a consultation and decided to go here for my braces. This place is so friendly and I always looked forward to my appointments. The doctors are amazing and always made sure to answer any questions I had. Today my braces were removed, and I could not be happier with the result! Thank you Dr. Caesar and Dr. Norris for giving me my confidence back and a smile that I love!

Your office staff was absolutely wonderful. Extremely courteous and helpful. I also was able to see how great the staff worked with one another. They were very understanding and patient with my autistic son. Thank you to Dr. Tito, Mylene and staff for your kindness. We really appreciated everything.

We transferred from Kentucky and had a great first visit with Stone Oak Orthodontics. The office staff was amazing and Dr. Caesar started treatment right away and was great with our daughter. She loved the office and everyone was so nice. We are very happy with the treatment plan and look forward to completing her care with this practice.
