The new management is doing a great job and really turning the place around after the few months it was closed down! Everyone was caring and friendly. They made me feel comfortable, even though I usually get nervous going to the dentist. The free keurig in the waiting room was very welcoming and much needed. I felt like I was valued and treated with respect. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. I made an appointment with them at 8am one day and nobody was there even though they are supposed to open at 8am. Some guy outside told me they were open at 830 that day. My mom also went there 2 times for different appointments and nobody was there either. This place has no professionalism and will not remind you of an appointment or make it a necessity to make sure you come in.
Since then I've been to a different dentist and they are better about reminding you to come and also cheaper and actually are open when they say they are. DO NOT GO HERE THERE ARE WAY BETTER DENTISTS!

I will never return to this dental practice. Dr. Berry is great. The staff & how this corporation operates is horrible. No professionalism. After they bought the practice from Dr. Melnick they failed to send patients notification & kept utilizing Dr. Melnick & Miles name on corresponce. My daughter has called several times since her tooth was not fixed correctly to return & have the issue corrected.
To no avail she never received a return call. They also failed to notify me that they are non participating with my insurance carrier. Least but not last no one notified me that my appointment was cancelled, I called the day prior to confirm my appointment & was informed that a letter was sent to me canceling my appointment & the office is closed for a few weeks.a phone call should have been made.mail service. really. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS GROUP. PATIENTS ARE THE SOURCE OF YOUR REVENUE!

Dr. Berry was such a joy to work with. He immediately relieved me of all my dental anxieties by telling me stories about his life experiences and educating me about the history of lighthouses. He carefully and thoroughly explained the procedure he'd have to do in order to repair my tooth. I hope he reads this review.

I had a teeth cleaning with Dr. Berry. He had a wonderful disposition, he was very knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. Since Dr. Melnick sold his practice, this is the third Doctor that I have seen @ this location. Dr. Berry has been the best by far. I was contemplating on leaving this location and looking for a new dentist, but since meeting Dr. Berry, I am happy to stay @ this location. Thank you God for answering my prayer!

Always a great experience with a BLACK medics staff! My dental hygienist is always pleasant and thorough. She even let my daughter (who wasn't a patient) grab a goodie from their "toy treasure chest" on our way out. The dentist was also pleasant. The wait in the lobby is never longer than 15-20 minutes.

Oh my god the nurse I had was hilarious. I have no clue what her name is but she was the best. If you or your child is autistic this place does an amazing job accommodating. I'm an autistic adult, I'm also disabled and they are amazing. Yes I am a real person my name is cambria. I highly recommend coming here for your dental needs

My appointment was at 8 AM. I was told to come at 7:45 AM for paperwork. I got there 15mn before, the door was open but no one to be seen. I found the paperwork on the counter so I started filling it up. At 8:03 there was still no one at the reception. At 8:13 I was called at the reception and processed which was till good. The receptionist was clearly not wanting to be there.
The Hygienist was very knowledgeable and professional. The doctor was also nice and professional. The Hygienist asked me after cleaning if I needed something for my sensitivity. I said yes not knowing there was a extra charge for that. At check out, the rude receptionist told me to pay that extra charge which was $20. I didn't argue because they were no point to do so with someone that clearly don't know what they doing there.
She then gave me my treatment plan without explanation. I read it in front of her and realized that the insurance wasn't covering any of the treatment. I then asked her and she said that she didn't pay attention to that! At that point I was mad. I told her that I had the same insurance for some time now but they always cover fillings. I never had a crown so I would know that but I'm pretty sure for the rest.
She looked at me funny and said that she doesn't know. I then told her to cancel my futur appointments. I'm sure my insurance cover fillings because I had 2 done. I will have a copay but they definitely cover some. At this point I won't be surprised if they send me a bill because clearly the informations she got on my insurance was all wrong. The office is well equipped and clean, the Hygienist and doctor are nice but I won't be returning because I can't deal with bad billing or wrong informations.
