There are so many wonderful reasons why we are so happy that we came to Nikaeen Orthodontics! My daughter's teeth needed major work. Dr. Nikaeen and all the ladies in the office were always more than amazing! Dr. Nikaeen is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. She created a treatment plan for my daughter that did NOT require any unnecessary extractions (which is what other orthodontists were suggesting). I'm so happy that I picked Dr. Nikaeen for my Invisalign treatment! She is an incredibly talented, l and understanding orthodontist and takes the time to explain the reasoning behind certain decisions -- and she's always been friendly yet firm! Thank you for wasting my time and gas this morning. Called to ask if they can help with a high tooth that's nocking at the back. She said no problem, to my surprise they had an appointment the very next day. No. They DO NOT DO ANY DENTAL WORK. Do not tell people you can do dental work and help with something that you can't.

Well, ,, I can write and write pages about my face pain but let me go the point. I was suffering from face pain for afew years and I have tried over 23 doctors and no one was able to see what's going on with me. Dr. Nikaeen got referred to me from a family on last min that I lost all my hopes. I went to her office one day and after 15min she said I know what it is and I can fix it but you must obey all the rules.

I was shocked. I'm like what is it? She said it's TMJ. That's right TMJ and I know how to cure it. 2yrs pass by and I can say it's almost gone. No more pain, no more cry, thank you dr. Nikaeen for what you did. You are the best and I highly recommend you to everyone.

We have used Nikaeen Orthodontics for our two oldest kids. We have always received great service and the entire staff is so friendly. Both their teeth look great and we are forever grateful.

The office is clean, flexible scheduling with Saturday appointments. Best of all is Dr. Nikaeen herself. She is smart, warm, and kind. She really knows her stuff. She takes her time to make sure my sons are comfortable with their appliances. I called her with a problem one weekend and she came into her office after her son's soccer game and adjusted my son's braces. The staff are very caring too! I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family!

After being treated by 3 different orthodontists for 6 years I was beginning to lose hope that my teeth will ever look straight. Thank goodness I found dr Nikaeen who was able to fix all the problems that my previous orthodontists have created. My very first orthodontists decided to remove one of the healthy teeth to "creat more space" and he did it only on one side. Removing that tooth resulted an a shift of my midline and a tilt of my teeth. Dr Nikaeen was not only able to fix the tilt with the use of TADs (temporary anchor device) but also open up the space to get an implant to replace the tooth that was removed by my first orthodontist. Im so happy that I found her and I would recommend her clinic to everyone!

Getting orthodontic care with Dr. Nikaeen and her staff was a great experience. All of my concerns were addressed and I felt extremely comfortable. The staff is professional and kind. Dr. Nikaeen took her time to explain my treatment plan and offered me several options. She is a true professional and I felt very comfortable with her. Seriously, get your orthodontic treatment with Dr. Nikaeen - you will have a wonderful experience!

Just finished my treatment. Exceptional service, the office is really just an amazing community filled with warm people. Hands down, Dr. Nikaeen is the best to go to for any kind of teeth straightening treatment!

I received Invisalign treatment almost 10 years ago from this office. The good: The facility is nice, and the staff are nice. The costs were reasonable given the area / location. The bad: - Treatment is impersonal. Once the retainers arrive you barely get to see the dentist anymore. The staff are nice but inexperienced, many were young pre dental school students.

It seemed like the Dr was too busy to truly care about each patient. - Dr will provide the treatment plan but does not provide an assessment on overall impact of the treatment on your dental health. Since the treatment. I have had gum recession and it is due to the bite and orthodontic treatment. No one had mentioned these risks at the time. I also had a permanent retainer installed, but again I was not advised to take extra care to clean the area as permanent retainers increase risks for cavities. - The final retainer after Invisalign treatment is completed: the cost is quoted separately and is a bit of surprise.

I believe mine cost $800 at the time but you have no choice to accept this after your treatment is completed. I am sad to share that if I could turn back time, I would not have completed my treatment at this office.

Dr Nikaeen and her staff are all so wonderful. I am so forever grateful to have my teeth done by them. I did the Invisalign treatment and loved it! Dr Nikaeen is so sweet and caring to her patients. I love Marlene! She was phenomenal and amazing at her job! I am so happy to have worked with them over the past two years and will be sad to leave them. I would definitely recommend everyone to come here because they know exactly what they are doing!

Dr nikaeen's office is always a pleasurable experience. The staff are all well trained and my interaction is always professional. You are greeted my Nic at the front desk who shows nothing but professionalism. The staff has become more like family and believe it or not I enjoy visiting the office everytime. The office is clean and Marlene and the rest of the staff is very gentle and doesn't hesitate to answer any questions. I love the office and location and will recommend Dr. Nikaeen 1000x over

I came to see Dr Nikaeen for an Invisalign and she was amazing, such a perfectionist and I am so happy with the end result. She made sure my teeth were perfect. The office is very clean, staff very friendly and Covid conscious which I appreciated. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Nikaeen is the best doctor in town! My two children did the treatment with her. My 9 year old child finished the treatment today! His teeth are straight and beautiful! Dr. Nikaeen service is excellent! She always smiles, getting the kids so beautiful! She is gentle and super professional. The secretary and staff are excellent, patient and caring. Got my Invisalign here and it's been a fantastic experience. Dr. Nikaeen is really sweet and was a total perfectionist with my teeth. Well after I was pretty much ready to be done, she still wanted to work on refining my bite and tooth-spacing, even though she wasn't getting paid any more to spend the extra time. She encouraged me to keep going and she didn't want to stop until it was right.

The staff here is also really great. Liz and Mirella at the front desk always took lots of time to get my questions addressed, and the hygienists--particularly Marlene and Alya--always made me feel welcome, recognized, and like I was their fave patient. Everyone is super cool, really friendly, works really hard, and made this multi-year experience of fixing my teeth as an adult totally easy and painless. Highly recommended!

I'm beyond excited at the outcome of my daughters braces. We started and from day 1, instantly fell in love. Thank you. Dr. Nikaeen for giving my daughter the prettiest smile. Definitely referring her to all my friends and family.

After moving from NYC to LA in the middle of my orthodontic treatment, finding a new orthodontist that was comfortable taking a transfer case was one of my first priorities. When I came across Dr. Nikaeen's work I immediately made the call. I came in for a consultation where she did X-rays, assessed my current progress and made recommendations for bracket adjustment to attain my perfect smile.

Throughout my treatment she was transparent on my progress which helped me to understand and be able to track my improvement. The staff, the equipment and Dr. Nikaeen are all top of the line and also very sweet! Loved my experience.

I suppose it is finally time to post a review for my Invisalign treatment/retainers I've received from here over the past 9 years. The Invisalign treatment lasted a little over 3 years. Results were very good despite being ridiculed for not wanting to use bands to close my bite. They also did a mediocre job in removing the glue from the attachment nubs from my teeth.

My dentist has been able to scape a lot of it off over the years since it kept getting stained. First three sets of Essix retainers were made from a putty mold. Each one lasted about two years. The upper would usually show wear first from having to be tugged off my teeth. At $500-$600 for a pair, you're definitely not getting much value there.

My most recent set was created from an image scan of each tooth. The result was a pair of Essix that fix extremely snug. The bottom retainer fits/removes without issue. The upper though has been a real pain. It fits so tight that its pushing one tooth into another and has cracked the filling. Additionally, I still need to use a retainer hook to remove the upper retainer and in doing so, it presses into the tooth where the pressure is causing the cracked filling.

Once you enter into the retainer phase, 100% of your treatment is handled by the assistants. If Dr. Nikaeen is there, she'll lean you back in the chair, have you open your mouth, say, "Good." and then leave. I realize a lot of this review is negative. If I can point out some positives, during the Invisalign phase, Dr. Nikaeen is very attentive to your treatment and does a much more thorough check-up.

The staff seems to have gotten better (I'm only there every couple of years for new retainers now). When I was first going, there would be new receptionists and assistants every time. I remember them even misplacing my last set of trays and having to extend my treatment while they were replaced. They seem much more thorough now though and better organized.

To sum this up, the Invisalign treatment here, while rather expensive, does include very attentive and thorough check-ups. The retainers seem overpriced and you're probably best shopping around once treatment is done. Unless you don't mind shelling out several hundred dollars every couple of years.

Dr. Nikaeen did an amazing job with my ortho. I wasn't the best patient with consistently wearing my retainers and she went above and beyond what was required to make sure my teeth were perfect. Thank you so much, Ben

Found Dr. Nikaeen early 2019. I was looking for retainers to fix for a a single tooth that was misaligned due to a permanent retainer breaking. With the exception of that tooth, my smile was perfect as I had recently gotten off of braces. I was quoted $1.8k for Invisalign, and told the treatment should take anywhere between 3-6 months. In comparison, I was quoted about $1.4k for generic in-house brand.

I opted in with Invisalign and signed a contract for Invisalign. About 6 months in, I wasn't seeing the results I was looking for. I found out that even though I had signed documents for Invisalign, Dr. Nikaeen did not provide me with the brand name, and rather gave me her in-house retainers without letting me know. In other words, she got to pocket the extra money I paid for Invisalign and give me her inefficient in-house solution.

Upon contacting Invisalign and confirming that they indeed were not the providers of my retainer, I complained to the doctor. The doctor's response? They didn't pay me back the difference between Invisalign and the Generic Brand. And said they couldn't help me other than apologize and continue my treatment (which I had already paid for, so that wasn't really helping me in any way).

The treatment which was quoted to take 3-6 months ended up taking 18 months. And I honestly can't say I am satisfied with the results. I was just tired of going there every month and hearing the doctor tell me my teeth looked perfect when they didn't. I would then point what needed to be done and she would tell me "oh yes, we can fix that!".

This is not how it works, you should be the one giving me the perfect smile, not me looking for flaws and pointing them out. Besides the doctor's unethical practice, be ready to wait about ~30 minutes every time before you're seen. Would NOT recommend.

I started this amazing journey with Dr. Nikaeen and her staff about 3 years ago. She saved my impacted tooth while some other orthodontists had no hope. She is a professional! She brought my smile back! I highly recommend her. Besides the professionalism, her office is always clean and she uses top notch material and equipment. This service deserves Kudos!

I have avoided taking care of my teeth for some time because I was told I couldn't have straight teeth without extensive jaw surgery. I saw what Dr. Nikaeen was doing with my niece and came in for a consultation. Fast forward 2 years and 2 months, NO SURGERY. Dr. Nikaeen was able to give me a smile I could be proud of. Now my teeth are not only straight, but also very full contrary to the structure I originally had.

Pure magic. Not only that, she has an amazing staff supporting her. Specifically Marlene - who helped me with everything. From re-doing hooks, to giving me tips for proper care, to answering every question. She also made the whole process seamless and comfortable, which was not what I was expecting from braces. I cannot thank Dr. Nikaeen enough and Marlene. Do not hesitate as long as I did and go see them now!
