I was very impressed with Dr. Peter Russo and his staff. The staff is friendly and helpful and made my visit very easy. I really loved meeting Tiffany, Mary and talking to Andrea on the phone. Dr. Russo is very knowledgeable and even more impressive was that he explains things so well and was very up front about his exam of my gums. I agree this office deserves more than 5 Stars. I was expecting this to be grueling and it was definitely a very thorough and pleasant experience. Don't hesitate to go to Dr. Russo. He is a gem!

I highly recommend any periodontal work done at Dr. Peter Russo's office. I had several procedures done here, including a gum surgery done by Dr. Russo. I'm very happy with the outcomes. Overall, I'm giving this office an A+ because everyone I encountered with here are courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Also, I never had to wait long in the office or getting the next appointment within a reasonable time.

Excellent service. Always on time and friendly. Dr. Russo's ability is excellent. His team is responsive and professional. Covid-19 precautions as per CDC. His work is always first class. I am a repeat surgery client.

Dr Russo and staff are amazing. I was referred to them by my dentist for an implant and I'm so impressed with how well the procedure went and how comfortable they made me feel! Dr Russo was very thorough and explained all the procedures to me before performing the treatment. Nev, Dr Russos assistant was very friendly and professional making my experience a five star! Thanks to all the staff for the warm and welcome feeling! I highly recommend Dr Russo for any of your dental work!

I had a teeth cleaning and examination at Dr. Russo's office and was very nervous at first, especially due to the current pandemic. When I arrived, I was let in by the manager who was extremely nice and cute. They made sure to have only 1 patient in the waiting room at a time because of the pandemic and that made me feel safe. They took my temperature, asked me a few screening questions and sat me in a room quickly.

I told her how nervous I was and she responded by reassuring me that her hygienists have been doing this for over 10 years so it will be pain free. This made me feel much less nervous. Once the cleaning began, the hygienist began by addressing my concern about the pain and told me she would use a topical anesthetic in addition to make sure I feel no pain.

I loved how they listened to my concerns and the cleaning was pain free as promised. I also had a dental examination by Dr. Russo himself. He was smart, gentle, and down to earth. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time. Overall this was the best dental experience I have ever had. I have now made him my primary dental provider and suggest you do the same.

What a nice-looking office Dr. Russo has. The office smelled great and was very clean. His team was very professional and nice. Tiffany and Mary were the first to greet me. Mary Grossman was very helpful in educating me on what I need to do to prep myself for my upcoming mouth surgery. Kellie was great she cleaned my teeth and tickled my mouth with the air suction thingy. I laughed out loud. She also gave some great teeth brushing tips. Nev was awesome and x-rayed my mouth! Dr. Russos made me feel at home and comfortable.

Dr. Russo and his staff are courteous and professional. I researched multiple periodontists in the area, and Dr. Russo was the most experienced. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with any gum or implant issues.

I have been a patient of Dr Russo's for years. I recently had an appointment that I tried to reschedule with 24 hours notice. I was informed that the cancellation policy is 48 hours and there is a$50 cancellation fee. I am on a fixed income and can't afford such outrageous fees. I am no longer a patient and will seek periodontal services elsewhere.

If I could give Dr. Russo and his office 0 stars I would. We were originally referred to Dr. Braga but Dr. Braga was not available so staff booked my daughter with Dr. Russo. It was the worst experience ever! Expressed my fears and disappointment to our referring dentist!

It's a shame Dr. Russo and Dr. Braga don't screen their office staff very well. Dr. Braga was fantastic. His Staff made it a miserable experience. Tiffany is awesome and understands customer service. Ruby was rude and seemed vindictive, trying to even the score for a previous appointment I missed during a bout with the flu. Despite being aware of the need for a prompt appointment, Ruby offered a Choice between dropping everything at work to accommodate the Dr. or waiting weeks for access.

No doubt Dr. Braga was unaware. The bottom line is, If I'm going to be made to wait an inordinate amount of time due to what seemed like a vindictive bitch move, I'll just spend my money elsewhere. Sorry, Dr. Braga. Update. Moments after I posted this review, Tiffany called and tried to light up my wife and gave her a dose of sh*t in defense of her co-worker.

Apparently Dr. Russo and Braga have 2 office staff that don't understand the fact that they work for a service provider. One that can be easily replaced with another. So Kiss the 1,100 dollars goodbye doc. Perhaps you can consider some remedial training for your rude staffers. I will just go to another SERVICE PROVIDER that understands that service is a botton to top concept. It starts at the bottom. It matters not how good a periodontist you may be.

Please stop calling week after week. I've returned your call and spoke to people a couple weeks ago. I am not prepared to come in for cleaning as I just had surgery and my mouth is still healing. Please take note, You are pestering me! I need you stop immediately as this is not professional.

Just left office after first visit. Two women in the front office and BOTH actually smiled and greeted me. Dental asst was a doll and I saw Dr Russo who was wonderful! My appt started right on time and everything was organized and pleasant. I highly recommend this facility! I hope when u see this many 5 star reviews and a few 1-2 stars u realize some people are never happy and get a charge out of lambasting someone. AND it is not the providers job to tell u what the insurance co will pay, nor can they. If u want to know what they'll pay just ask for a pre-tteatment review and voila. Watch what u write because it affects people's business and livelihood.

The entire staff from Dr. Russo's office have always treated me with kindness and respect. Dentist visits are stressfull. Cheerfull smiles are greatly appreciated.

From start to finish, Dr. Russo and his staff made sure my visits were pleasant and stress-free. I had to get my gums cleaned, after not doing so for many years. Tiffany was very helpful and kind in getting my appointments set up with my busy schedule. Dr. Russo was incredibly knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process and answered all of my questions. Carla did an amazing job with my gum cleaning, even though I was nervous. I highly recommend their services and now all of my family comes to Dr. Russo for their gum cleaning.

I came to Dr. Russo for a second opinion after being told from a previous dentist (first time patient) that I needed bone replacement and other work to the tune of $12,500! Dr. Russo reviewed my xrays and told me I did not need any of the work recommended by the previous dentist. He was honest, spent a lot of time with me to explain what I did actually need done which was minor compared to the other dentists recommendation. I highly recommend Dr. Russo and his staff who were as kind and professional as the doctor!

Dr. Braga performed a gum graft for me yesterday. The same evening as the procedure he called to check on my recovery. From when I arrived at the office for my initial consultation, until I left after my procedure on my second visit, everyone was wonderfully helpful and kind to me. Going into the procedure I was very nervous, but Dr. Braga and his assistant assured me when needed. They answered all of my questions before and after the procedure. Overall it has been a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend Dr. Braga to a friend.

Dr Russo did an excellent job on my implant! He explained every step & took his time making sure everything was healed b4 doing the next step. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat.

Just went for a re-check of my implant and of course it is perfect after one year! The staff is the main reason I would not go anywhere else. The front reception area people are so nice and helpful. I have had every dental assistant helping me and they are all outstanding! I highly recommend Dr. Russo and his entire staff!

Dr. Russo is amazing. Very careful and gentle. He's very thorough and professional. I'm so happy that I found him. The office staff is great too. Clean offices and new equipment.

Wow. i cant belive how easy and fast was to remove my tooth!

Horribly disappointed by this guy and his office. Referred to him by my previous dentist, who i have since left because of how awful my experience was. Firstly, the work he performed failed. i had a gum recession that russo worked on. The work that he performed lasted 6 months and then receded back to below where it was previously. He wrote it off as, "there's a possibility that this will happen" and didn't fix it.

The most careless attitude of someone who is driven by the bottom line and doesn't care about customer service or satisfaction. Secondly, I have excellent dental insurance, and i've never had to pay more than my deductible. but without ever mentioning costs, etc, I ended up paying over $4000 out of pocket expenses for sub-par dental work that didn't even do what it was supposed to. Truly my worst experience with a healthcare provider in my life. I felt taken advantage of on price, and the work didn't even correct the issue. Look elsewhere.

Over the years, and although I do care for my teeth and gums, I started experiencing pain and discomfort. My dentist suggested I visit Dr. Russo for an evaluation and when I did, I learned that I needed more extensive periodontal work. I followed through and now looking back on the procedures, I consider the money spent extremely worthwhile. Dr. Russo and his staff are professional, friendly and I now visit the office on a regular basis for periodontal followups. I recommended Dr, Russo to a friend and she too had wonderful results.
