Better than any place that claims to deal with dentist anxiety. Staff has always been welcoming. Dr Jorge is very thoughtful and explains everything in great detail, which helps so much with anxiety. He even recommended a book for personal research that I am now reading. Finally a dentist that cares!

Im a dentist-phobe and was nervous about going to a new place. The office was nice and the staff was very friendly. The hygienist did an amazing job and the equipment was really modern, made the whole process much better than I anticipated. I dont have anxiety about going back regularly! Actually excited to have a new dentist!

Fleur de Lis Dental provided a very safe and welcoming environment during the COVID time. Every precaution was taken to ensure the patients and staffs safety. The dental hygienist was exceptional and provided a very thorough cleaning. However, this is my second visit to Fleur de Lis Dental and a dentist has never looked into my mouth. Maybe it is not necessary but this is the first dental practice that I have experienced this. Thankfully I do not have any issues. Overall I have enjoyed my experience with Fleur de Lis Dental.

My husband has been going through an infection in his tooth since last Tuesday. He has called Thursday 9:45pm with the answering service about his concerns. Called again Friday morning (9:27am to be exact with regular staff answering the phone not the answering service) and said they would call him back to.give him a reply to his concerns. My. husband called again and talked with the answering service and they put an urgent message with their answering service.
No response. For paying customers, with or without insurance this is not acceptable. This person has paid $200 just for x-rays and medication prescribed who has no insurance. He just wants an answer to why he feels differently from meds and why he has a 2' long hard gum line infection and gets NO CALL BACKS. He has been bed bound since Thursday. He has eaten very little, can't talk and has called your company constantly with no call back. WHY?

I've been a customer of Fleur de Lis Dental since 2012. My first visit was unpleasant not due to their service but due to a boating injury I suffered which required major dental repairs. They did a fantastic job and I've been going for regular checkups ever since. Professional staff will assist you if you have any questions.

You couldn't find a more friendly comfortable environment if you searched the state. The Doctors to the amazing staff are so wonderful that I actually don't dread going to the Dentist. I don't like Drs but these Drs here feel like a friend that you can relax and depend on! That's a rare occurrence but not at Fleur De Lis!

For the first 20 years of my life, I went religiously to a different provider. I thought I was receiving excellent care. However, one visit to Fleur De Lis Dental 6 years ago really opened my eyes. From my very first consultation, I could tell that Dr. Aguilar and his staff were completely invested in my long-term oral health and aesthetic satisfaction.
I always schedule appointments at my convenience, usually before I walk out the door from my previous appointment. My hygienist is always ready for me on time and with full access to any recent notes or complaints and my chart. Dr. Aguilar is efficient and available for questions/concerns. They have repeatedly made special arrangements for me when I've needed procedures.
They hold me accountable, but treat me with respect as the most important participant in my dental care. In the event that I need specialists care, they've directed me to groups with whom they've built long-term relationships based on proven skill and best cost-based benefit to the patient. Since I've become a patient, I've recommended that my husband, friends, and family give Fleur De Lis Dental a try. They did not regret it, and neither will you.
