I absolutely love these people. Even though they've moved and are in the process of changing practitioners, they gave my children the best care. They were compassionate, understanding and INCREDIBLY patient.

I had a wonderful experience at Plaza Dental Group. I check reviews myself and so it is a pleasure to leave a great review. Highly recommend for their kindness, professionalism, and relaxed atmosphere. Debbie is fantastic as was the whole team that helped today. Thanks!

First, I will say that Dr Lisenby is a great dentist! And Sarah is a great hygienist! The problem is, when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, the office (where Plaza Dental used to be) informed me that the dental office I was looking for had moved to a new location. Plaza Dental had failed to inform me they had moved their dental office to a new location.

I am an established patient who schedules twice a year cleanings, and they had my email address and phone number. So this lack of communication made me 10 minutes late for my scheduled appointment. Second, When I arrived at the new location they informed me that my dentist, Dr Lisenby, (who was the only reason I loved Plaza Dental in the first place), was now practicing in Moberly! I will be shopping for a new dental office with better communication skills. and business practices that are less sketchy.

Dr. Francis is an awesome orthodontist and a super nice guy! I was worried that it would be weird having braces as an adult but he helped me achieve all of my smile goals within a relatively short period of time and for a great price. The receptionists are also very sweet, helpful, and responsive.

I am a new patient and Debbie was wonderful in establishing my dental care in Columbia. She made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, and was very helpful. Dental Hygienist Reagan did a great job with a thorough cleaning and my new dentist Dr. Deppe is very caring and professional. I'm grateful I chose Plaza Dental Group for my dental health care. 5 Stars!

Dr Francis and crew (shout out to Candice!) provided a great orthodontist experience for my family. Their time and cost estimate was informative and accurate. They were understanding and accommodating to schedule changes. I highly recommend them if you're looking for an orthodontist in the central Missouri area.

Everyone is always friendly here. I have been to many dentists in my lifetime and Dr Rash & his dental assistants are at the top. Always respectful, caring and makes sure you are always comfortable. Anyone that doesn't like to go to the dentist or has a fear of going to the dentist, Dr Rash is the one. Very knowledgeable and provides excellent care every single visit. -Daxon

I've had a less-than-stellar experience with Plaza Dental Group. From the wait time to check in to the lack of explanations of the procedures being done, I'm not impressed. Most recently, I had 2 fillings completed & I continued to experience sensitivity days after my visit. I called to make an emergency appointment, which was then cancelled the morning of due to the dentist & their team being out for sickness.

I was concerned that they did not disclose if it was related to COVID. They also did not have capacity for another dentist to see me until the following week (even outside of my insurance network). Fun fact: they only have one dentist that is in-network with MetLife. I ended up going to another dental practice same-day & having my problem remediated. The fact that they could not have someone examine me sooner was greatly disappointing.

I have been to several Dental Clinics, and none of them have been as good to me as this Dental Clinic. I mean yea sure they are nice, as all places are, but I feel like my Dentist here is on my side, and he wants to take care of me so that I have a stronger oral health. Not to mention I already feel better about myself. My dentist takes extra time to make sure he gets it taken care of correctly and answers any of my questions.

The previous clinic I went to did some work on my teeth, the pricing was higher AND I still have problems with a crown they put on my back tooth about 2 years ago. At Plaza Dental I had a crown put on my other back tooth, and no issues at all. Later I had a back top tooth get so bad that as I was eating corn nuts it broke apart. I was afraid they would just pull it out and I would have a missing tooth, but he did all he could to make sure that it didn't come to that; Instead he removed all the decay did a build up, and suggested later we place a crown on it when I can get around to afford the correct treatment.

Also my kids go to the pediatrics side of this clinic literally right next door, and I was nervous about how my 5 and 8 year old girls would do with getting their mouths numb have cavities filled, and some crowns placed, but I was instantly relieved with how well they do with children. They take it slow and make sure the kids are comfortable before any work is done. Great work Plaza Dental! I appreciate you, and I highly recommend this Clinic!

I have had the best experience there! First with Dr. Chenot who is no longer there and with the new dentist Dr. Houston Rash. Him and Sue make a great team! My hygienist Sarah is the best! Recently got braces and Dr. Francis and his staff are great as well. Friendly staff and always professional. They always explain the billing to me and haven't had any issues. If you need a new dentist I highly suggest Dr. Rash. He should be nominated for One of the Best Dentist in Como for 2020! :
