I never thought I'd like my orthodontist so much, I mean what kind of weirdo even likes their dentist? Well this weirdo's search for invisalign years after an awful experience with an orthodontist in Rockville, lead her to Dr. Kwong's office. I was doing the typical rounds making appointments looking for the best dentist in town and my search lead me here.
To begin with their office manager, who also doubles as a receptionist, was a gazillion quadrillion billion million times friendlier than any other place I've called ever, dentist or no dentist! In fact, all the ladies here are friendly, like the perfect Stepford wives, almost unnerving, make you feel bad about yourself nice. They don't ever seem to have bad days, or at least they wont show it.
I get cheerful reminder calls before my appointments, even a sweet Christmas gift, and personal calls by Dr. Kwong to see how things are going! I honestly can't imagine having a better experience, the group of ladies here make coming to the dentist enjoyable. I think Dr. Kwong's could even be the new female version of a barbershop. No more haircuts with a side of chitchat; now you can get a new retainer with a more intellectual side of chitchat.
