Ultimate Smiles is now under the leadership of Dr. Jasmeen Grewal, D.D.S who is very personable/friendly. Dr. Grewal has done crown work for me and did an excellent job. She cares about the patient's comfort, time and satisfaction. The staff at Ultimate Smiles are knowledgeable and professional; I highly recommend this office/practice.

Dr. Zhao and her staff are just amazing! I scheduled my dad for a over denture implant consultation and I'm so glad I did. My dad was very pleased with Dr. Zhao, she explained everything in detail and listened carefully to answer any questions my dad had. Everyone is super friendly every time we walk in the office we see friendly smiling faces. Thank you everyone!

I hadn't seen a dentist in over two years. My regular dentist retired and I was searching for a new one. I read reviews about dentists in Tracy and came upon Shirley Zhao's office. The reviews were great and I made an appointment. The staff were friendly and helpful with assessing my dental needs. They did a deep cleaning and prepped me for a crown. The experience was amazing. I have found my new dentist.

I followed Dr Jasmeen Grewal from South Lyon to her new practice in Southfield. The ultimate smiles staff from front desk to hygienists are awesome. They are always helpful in providing easy cleaning tips and accommodating to quick hockey injuries.

Jasmeen Grewal, DDS, at Ultimate Smiles is amazing, very personable and made me very relaxed. I can no longer say I hate going to the dentist, the entire staff is warm, friendly and professional as well as accommodating.

Dr Jasmeen and her staff are all very professional and so kind. They make you feel at ease. Dr Jasmeen is an outstanding dentist and takes special care of her patients. Beautiful office with a calming atmosphere. I highly recommend Ultimate Smiles! It was a great experience!

I chose Dr. Zhao's office for a dental cleaning based on the great reviews on Yelp. I am giving this office two stars, and although staff is friendly, my first time experience here was not good. The dental assistant that completed my cleaning was very friendly but this is the most discomfort I've experienced after a cleaning and I brush and floss my teeth several times a day so I know it's not me. I'm on day four after my cleaning, and eating is still painful.

I don't know what she did to my gums, but I know this is not normal to experience this much discomfort after a routine procedure. I even developed a painful bump where I had an extraction years ago, which I don't understand why the assistant would even touch that area if it's just gum tissue. Prior to this appointment, I have been proactive with my cleanings every 6 months with a different dentist, and never experienced any discomfort.

After my cleaning I was expecting to see Dr. Zhao, however, another dentist assisted me which was fine, but again, I picked this place solely on the reviews from Yelp for Dr. Zhao, and she didn't examine me. For much higher co pays than other places, I would of expected higher quality treatment. Unfortunately I will not be coming back here.

Called in while visiting family because of severe tooth ache and they were able to get me in the same day! Turns out I needed a root canal, ouch! Thank you for getting me in so quickly. Everyone was so incredibly nice and empathetic to the pain I was experiencing. If I lived in Tracy, I would make this my go to dentist!

From the chip front tooth to a prefect smile. No crown just a filing

It has been several years since my last dental exam. I had the same dentist for over 20 years, he quit practicing, and I have had a hard time finding a dentist that I was comfortable with. I was nervous, very nervous about getting in to see a dentist. Especially a new dentist during Covid, as I hear horror stories about how long it takes to get in.

I was referred through a friend that told me to check out Ultimate Smiles. From the moment I made the appointment, the staff at Ultimate Smiles was so friendly. They explained how my insurance coverage would work, etc. They got me in for an appointment in a very timely manner. The day of the appointment. I was a nervous wreck. I met Dr. Jasmeen. She clearly explained to me how the appointment would go and what they would be doing.

She explained to me that it was a No Judgement zone. Next, I was introduced to the hygienist that would be doing the cleaning. Jessica was so caring and gentle. She kept asking me if I was OK. She has a very good sense of humor and made the procedure go by quickly keeping conversation when we could. Dr. Jasmeen came in to go over the x-ray's with me.

She explained what was going on in words I could understand. She needed to give me a referral to an oral surgeon. She was calming and just made me feel like I could ask anything. She truly made a visit that I was expecting to be miserable. She made it comfortable. The office was very helpful with the referral and giving me all of the information, I needed.

Very pleased with my first visit. From the moment I walked in, EVERYONE was so professional, knowledgeable, and explained things very clearly. The office was clean, the equipment was up to date, and the view that I had from the room I was in was perfect. I already have my next appointment scheduled! Thanks Dr. Jasmeen and your friendly team for making me feel comfortable and helping bring my smile back!

Dr. Grewal is super personable which made the appointment even easier. Professional and friendly staff. All of my concerns and questions were addressed and I never felt rushed during my service. Overall great experience.

I Love Dr Patel he has to be the nicest and most personable Dentist I have ever been too. The ladies in the office are awesome from the front desk to the back. He doesn't shout at you like the last Dentist I went too. I will tell anyone about them. Always read the reviews always. Donna

I had searched around into finding a dentist that would be friendly, great with their work and wouldn't try to deceive me from my money. After multiple dentist, this place definitely was it. The receptionist Wanda, is so personable. She's amazing! Not to mention all the dentist assistants are beyond friendly and always have your needs first. Lastly, the dentist, in particular Dr. Armstrong is outstanding!

He does amazing work, explains everything thoroughly and never makes you feel obligated to do things. HIGHLY recommend this office! My family is now going here and love it so that should say it all :

I usually hate going to the Dentist's office, but they're very quick and efficient so it makes it easier to go. They're all very sweet and they don't rip you off like other dentist offices.

I had to find a new dentist due to insurance change, and I was so happy to have found Dr. Zhao. I really enjoy my appointments, the entire staff is wonderful and the new office looks fantastic!

This office literally lied to me to render my dental service for my family and I. They called our dental insurance company and said we had coverage and she broke down line for line our co-pays of roughly $660. After we received our dental work she then stated we actually were not covered with our insurance and we owed $1800 more. Never once did I receive a phone call or letter stating this information, but of course she claimed I did.

Now the 'office manager' stated she will send us to collections of we don't pay the additional $1800. Obviously I would have never received my dental services if we were not covered and now they want to stick me with the bill even though they made the mistake. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFCIE BECAUSE THEY WILL SCAM YOU FOR YOUR MONEY. I will be contacting the BBB as well.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Armstrong. Arrived on time and was seen right away. My husband, kids and myself was there for a checkup and cleaning. I also had a sensitive tooth that needed to be addressed. Dr. Armstrong was very professional and showed a lot of care when addressing my concerns. The staff was extremely nice and helpful as well. My husband and I was really pleased with the service. Highly recommended!

My wife and I are still with Dr. Zhao. Dental services are excellent. Dr. Zhao is thorough and diligent in monitoring the status of patients. While the good doctor not an extrovert, we do, indeed, exchange pleasantries and discuss the weather on occasion.

I've been going to Dr. Zhao for about 5 years. She's very detail oriented and she's one of those dentists that actually pay attention to the quality of work she is doing.
