I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Pouyan and his team. I was referred to Dr. Pouyan as I was having a dental issue that previous doctors did now know how to address. He did. He models what all doctors should be.patient, thorough, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable. He genuinely cares. His staff are incredibly helpful and professional. They always greet you with a smile, and they run the front office like a well-oiled machine - reminders, courtesy calls, etc. I am a mom of 3 who has lived in West Los Angeles my entire life. I will never go anywhere else for dental care.

The only good thing about this place is Dr. Pouyan's conversations. There is no parking, they don't validate and you have to find street parking. The dental technicians are rude and lacking experience. I walked through the door and the technician looked me up and down. The cleaning was painful, she had very bad bedside manners, x-rays and pictures needed to be taken multiple times.

The front desk is not any better. I had to cancel an appointment and she demanded why? I don't think I need to explain myself for rescheduling. Now I get a bill in February from November with the invoice modified with whiteout. Even though I always asked before I left if I owed anything and was told I was good to go. I didn't realize how bad this place was until, a tooth was bothering me and I had to go to an endodontist, for him to tell me the tooth was fractured and needed to be extracted.

The x-rays from Livewell was not adequate enough to show this. Then the front desk tells me they have a dentist who comes in and does implants but does not take any insurance. I'm supposed to pay 6-7K out of pocket? She then told me to get it extracted and implanted all in the same day. I called another dentist and he told me that it is not possible to extract and implant in the same day.

He also accepted my insurance and I ended up paying less than 2K. When they quote you for treatment, I would advise you to call around and speak to other dentists before you go ahead with the procedure. I trusted Dr. Pouyan and assumed they were helping me all while they were just helping themselves to my pocketbook. Also, they said my insurance doesn't cover night guards and made me pay out of pocked for it. I checked with my insurance and it does cover night guards. Shame on you for incorrectly billing customers.

Annoying to get charged months after the work is completed because they didnt bill the insurance correctly. Overall the office is fine and the check in process is efficient, and the dental work is good.

Dr. Khanideh and her staff are incredibly helpful and personable, it makes a trip to the dentist so pleasant and easy. I've been coming here for years!

A bit of a cash-grab mentality. They will try to upsell you and tell you that you need thousands of dollars worth of work, when you actually might not. Got a second opinion and was able to avoid spending nearly $5,000, which is what LiveWell quoted me AFTER Premier PPO insurance.

I highly recommend LiveWell Dentistry. After several months of visits, the experience has been extremely wonderful. The Doctors and staff are incredible, patient, kind and courteous. The office is spotless and clean. The environment is very friendly and professional, and they truly care for you. I would highly recommend them for anyone who is looking to find dentist. I'm so happy I found a Dentist I can trust and know I'm receiving exceptional care.

Today was my first visit at Live well dentistry and I had a great experience. I came in for a cleaning. The office is very clean and the staff are all very kind. It was very easy to get into the building and the parking garage is very convenient. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Another wonderful visit with Dr. Khanideh. The staff is as always kind and professional and eventhough im not a huge fan of going to the dentist, Dr. Khanideh is really good at what she does and I leave this place happy.

I didn't know it was possible to like a dentist so much! After a traumatic dental experience, a friend with severe dental anxiety recommended their office to me. They were kind, gentle, and not in the least condescending, like MANY dentist's offices are. Dr. Khanideh found two cavities, but I'm not at all concerned/worried because I felt really safe here.

I am SO happy I found this place! My teeth have never looked better. Dr. Khanideh is the best dentist I have ever had. I went in this week and I felt extremely safe. The constant sanitation and the extraordinary measures this office has placed is outstanding. She takes the time to explain everything to me. She truly cares about her patients and has made such a difference in my life.

I ask so many questions and she answers all of them and puts me at ease. I feel so lucky to have found this office! I am so happy every time I come. I recommend this office to anyone who wants an amazing dentist taking care of their teeth!

Amazing! No other words. The staff and Dr. Khandieh have taken such good care of me. I generally dislike going to the dentist because of all my past expierences at different offices over the years, but her and the team make me feel so comfortable and well cared for. This might be the best dentist I've ever went to. I came here after receiving a new client special flier in the mail. I was able to make a last minute appointment when I had a day off work. The staff was very friendly and I received the most thorough cleaning of my life. This is not the kind of place that tries to swindle you and dramatizes your problems, I was told I have a slight cavity, but with good brushing I will likely not need a filling. You don't always get that with dentists, so I appreciate having an honest one!

I work in a medical building with several dentists to choose from. I chose Dr. Khanideh after hearing a report from my coworker that she helped her after hours fill a prescription that her insurance wouldn't cover. Someone that looks after their patients to this degree - she literally went to the pharmacy to ensure things were taken care of - is so so rare, I had to give them a try. Dr. Khanideh and her entire office have exceeded my expectations.

They remind me of when I am due for my next appt and go out if their way to find times that work with my busy work schedule. Shay has master hands and ensures I am comfy during my cleanings. She is also super educated and gives the best tips in caring for your smile. Debbie and Leila are always accommodating and are just some of the genuinely nicest people I have encountered in LA. Dr. K discusses all potential options and involves you in the decision making. I am so happy I have them to look after my teeth and gums. Thank you ladies! You all truly shine and deserve to be recognized!
