Third molars, or wisdom teeth, are an additional set of teeth that grow under the surface of the gums and, in many cases, are undetectable without the proper X-ray evaluation offered at our offices. It is not uncommon for teens and adults to be unaware that they exist in their mouth until they begin to present significant problems.
Sometimes, the fear of losing a tooth and living with an incomplete smile and decreased function can prevent patients from taking care of a dental problem quickly. Some patients will suffer from seemingly unbearable tooth pain because they do not know what the best solution is for providing immediate relief.

I was very nervous. They made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything in easy to understand way. Virtually pain free which was an unexpected benefit. An excellent reference to a more local dentist. Mine was an emergency from out of state and had immediate appointment and care like I was a local as well as follow up calls to see how I was doing.

I'm in my later 20's and needed my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Boyce and Lauren were very nice and made me feel good about my situation, he explained to me all my options, and explained all my medications. As the procedure went on he was very careful of my concerning rootcanal and crown I had done in years prior, and he was very careful around a close nerve.
The sedation was a new experience for me but they made me feel very comfortable. They gave me a free T Shirt and icecream too, and ended with a nice farwell. I'm proud to reccomend Dr. Boyce, his team (Lauren), and this company. Thanks guys.

I am TERRIFIED of dental work, and always have major anxiety. The staff at Billings Oral Surgery is phenomenal from the time you walk in the door. Everyone was friendly and smiling and put me completely at ease. Dr. Boyce did a fantastic job. I had no issues healing and have been told by many that my timeline was very fast. I had zero pain just keeping up with the ibuprofen, and never even needed the stronger meds. Highly recommend this facility!

My son had his wisdom teeth pulled. Everyone was so nice & everything was so organized and ran smoothly. He received great care through the whole process, with the procedure & after care well explained. He felt nauseous afterwards and they took great care of him- never rushing him & making sure he was good to go before we left. We're very pleased with our experience.

Dr. Boyce was amazing. I was very nervous when I first came in and he was so calm. I had never had any sort of major work done to my teeth and needed my wisdom teeth removed. The nurse and him struggled with inserting my iv for my anesthesia. My veins kept rolling but finally they got it! That was probably the worst part. My insurance only covers so much a year so I was going to go back in January to get my top 2 wisdom teeth out.
Because of the whole iv situation, Dr. Boyce didn't want to put me through that again, and took my top wisdom teeth out at no charge! That's service to me! My healing experience was great. I had minimal swelling and hardly any bruising. Hands down amazing place! If I had to get more work done, I will be coming back!

I was incredibly nervous before going in to get my wisdom teeth removed but Dr. Tracy and his nurse were both wonderful about everything, and also very accommodating when it came to my p.o.t.s. The I.V. was dang near painless and I was under before I could have any more time to freak out. 2 weeks later and I'm completely healed up, with 0 problems to speak of! They did an awesome job and I definitely reccomend going if you need your wisdom teeth removed.

Thank you to Billings Oral Surgery for making my daughters surgery so easy and pain free! The staff was wonderful from the moment we walked in. During surgery she was given the softest blanket to snuggle with and to make her comfortable during recovery. Overall we had a great experience from beginning to end.
