This office is second to none. From pre-treatment to post care, the level of professionalism is very high. Dr Truong is very thorough and a perfectionist to say the least. The office staff, to include Colette, is the friendliest and most caring I've seen in this town. I'm so happy to have found a true family dentist I can trust!

Great first experience at Dr. Lobato's office. The staff and Drs were supper friendly and got me back on track to having healthy teeth and gums. I would recommend. They also have great chapstick to give out at the end

Robin and staff are top notch professionals and have made my visits simple and easy. Like many people I was fearful of getting work done because of neglect on my part. I got a crown replaced and a deep cleaning on teeth and gums. Highly recommend this dentist. On a side note Robin has a great sense of humor and puts up with my quirky banter.!

I have been with Dr Labato since 3 years now when we moved to Las Vegas. Always a pleasure to visit his clinic. All his associates are so friendly and professional. They exercised a great level of precautions during the pandemic which made me feel very comfortable. They follow high standards and offer the best service for which I always praise them for.

I have always been successful & pleased with the service with Dr. Lobato & staff from my first visit. My experiences have been sometimes financially challenging for me, but for my dental health & to trust Dr. Lobato has been well worth it. His office location is convenient & Staff is always friendly & professional.

This has to be the best doctor in the country! I have been in pain for over a year with a sorry doctor who said he couldn't fix my problem after he performed the work. Dr. Lobato not only got my teeth back to a healthy condition but he just completed the do-over and I feel amazing. I believe the problem was also causing my routine headaches. His professionalism and obvious love for people is exuberated within his entire office environment.

Of course I was fearful that I would experience the same pain, however, I feel great! If you are looking for a dentist who is honest, yet caring. Dr. Lobato is the dentist for the job. Highly recommended! If you don't try him.then it's your lost. By not trying him, you could increase the possibility of you receiving an excuse for a dentist, as I did.

I will probably be with him until he retires but will still continue with his office because I know he cares enough to have a replacement who would provide the same customer service that he teaches and preaches! Amen!

This guy will nickel and dime you to death. They always want you to pay for things that aren't covered by insurance like photos and extra X-rays. If you like your money avoid this guy. The money grabbing never stops. Now they want an extra $150 or so after paying my final bill when I received service. I've spent a couple thousand with this guy. It never stops. You should have said no to all the add on stuff. I'll be very careful with other dentists.

I have always been very anxious about going to the dentist. I can't remember a time I wasn't, even as a kid. I hadn't seen a dentist for about 4 years, before moving to Las Vegas. I have since seen Dr. Sean Trung twice and have another visit scheduled. I can say I have had an amazing experience in this office. The Doctor and staff alike are all very kind and welcoming.

They always make sure to get the job done while respecting my comfort level. I haven't met a dentist or staff like this. I always feel so comfortable coming here because I know I'll get good care and my needs will be heard. I've am having extensive work being done and last time I was in the office I received a call after my visit just to make sure I was feeling ok. I don't know any other dentist who do this! Thank you Dr. Sean and all the staff who are so caring and welcoming!

I went into Dr. Lobato's office and had the best experience. Not only was Dr. Lobato very professional, caring, and knowledgeable but he and his staff also took great care of me. He and his staff explained every step to me so I wouldn't feel lost and I felt comfortable with everything they were doing. I would strongly recommend Dr. Lobato to anyone who needs a dentist.

Myself and my entire family used to be patients of Dr. Lobato. I was a patient of his my entire life up until 2012 when I was about 22 years old. I dreaded going into his office because it seemed like every single time they were going to tell me I needed to have some cavity filled and it never made sense or felt right. I'm sure that I did have an occasional one that needed to be done when I was younger, but again, most of the time it never felt right or made sense.

The final straw for me was in 2011-2012, they performed a root canal on one of my bottom molars which was absolutely baffling to me. I don't even know that it had a cavity. Fast forward.he left such a bad taste in my mouth that I refused to go to a dentist since that procedure. I have since developed a pretty big cavity on the molar exact opposite of the tooth that they performed the root canal on, so I finally mustered up the courage to go to another dentist.

This is over 7 years without seeing a dentist. After examining my teeth, the new dentist showed me the image of the big cavity and it is big. It's getting close to the nerve it's so big and definitely the biggest cavity I've ever had and I know that for a fact. Yet this dentist will be able to fix the cavity with a filling and does not need to perform a root canal.

I cannot tell you how infuriated I was when he told me this because I now know that the root canal Dr. Lobato performed on me was absolutely unnecessary and completely unwarranted. As I'm sure we're countless "cavities" that they filled throughout my childhood. While there may be patients out there that have had a good experience, I would STRONGLY suggest to go to another dentist.

In my opinion, he is a FRAUD! I'm sure he will try to get this removed and write some bogus response to this because it's a negative review. But I'm hoping that someone will read this and move on to another ethical dentist. There's a reason myself and my entire (very large) family no longer use these "services". And do not try to contact me or anyone in my family because I WILL NOT remove this post.

I have entrusted my dental care to Dr. Lobato for over 20 years. From simple teeth cleaning to complex crown work, the results have always been great. He and his staff have always treated me like family and are always mindful of never making me wait more than a couple of minutes upon arrival. I recently opted to have my teeth bleached and was skeptical of what he and his staff to do after unsuccessful efforts which I tried on my own, but was astounded at the results! From flat yellow to sparkling white! I can't give a more positive review and recommendation.

Dr. Lobato has been my dentist for 5 years, I have had extensive work done, due to a prior injury earlier in life. I have had several other dentists throughout my life, NONE of which compare to the professional and expertise work that Dr Lobato and his staff consistently do. The concern for the patient is top priority~alleviating any anxieties one may have while going through ANY dental procedure. I would recommend Dr Lobato and his staff to anyone anytime! Smiling with confidence feels GREAT

Going to the dentist is something I have a fear of. It makes me anxious. But Dr. Lobato and his staff are amazing. Throughout the entire process, they encouraged me, checking in to make sure that I was doing okay. Everyone is so nice and attentive, very professional. The office is clean and welcoming. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be recommending his services in the future to anyone who asks. Thanks for giving me back my smile.

I been assisting to this dentists for the past 3 years Dr. Lobato and the staff are awesome every time. When i have appointments the wait is 2-3 minutes max, the receptionist greats you by your name and let's you know that you will be next and the wait is not long, the waiting room is nice, clean and really private, they take pride of what they do here! I would highly recommend it to all my friends and family, Thank You Dr. Lobato and the friendly staff! Keep up the great work and those beautiful smiles!

Seriously awesome dentist! I was completely blown away by how knowledgeable he was and the efforts he took to educate me! Seriously, how many times have you been prodded by a dentist not knowing what they were actually doing? Dr. Lobato explained everything he was doing to me every step of the way. I really appreciate him taking that extra effort! Great support staff as well, so nice!

Dr. Lobato's office was a heaven send for me. I had a terrible tooth ache and they were able to see me the same day. Dr. Lobato made me feel so comfortable and approached my teeth with such tender care. I am happy to say that I'm no longer afraid of the dentist! His staff is really incredible and they were extremely sensitive to my financial needs. I can't say enough great things about this office!

I feel like they misled me and misrepresented charges, so now I can't trust them and would not recommend their services. Went for my first cleaning/exam over 6 months ago. Everything went great, seemed very thorough. They did recommend sealant but as an adult I didn't feel that was necessary. They also did some sort of evaluation that measured tooth density I think - honestly can't remember, it was something I'd never had done, and it was a little over my head.

I think they said one of the teeth had less density than the others and could cause problems down the road, so we needed to watch it. 6 months later (July) I go back for my second cleaning. At this appointment they ask if I'm going to have the cavity repaired that they mentioned at my first cleaning. I had no recollection of them mentioning a cavity, just the recommended sealant. I've NEVER had a cavity (at 24 years old) and I take good care of my teeth, if they had mentioned a cavity it would have stuck out to me!

Regardless I scheduled a cavity appointment, and was given an estimate for $115 for the sealants and filling. I was also given the impression they had cleared it with my insurance and that my complete payment would be $115. About 2 weeks later I have the cavity at this appointment. Since at this point I'm still unsure that I have a cavity (as I've never had one and hadn't had any symptoms of one), I ask them to show me.

All she brings up is the "density" thing from last time as her "proof." I naively went along with it. This week I received a bill from them for $230, because my insurance didn't cover the sealants. I call my insurance, they tell me they never cover sealant on any one over $15 so that the dentist misrepresented that. I call and speak to Cynthia, she agrees - that insurance doesn't cover sealant on an adult.

I remind her that they had given me the impression that insurance would cover, and now I'm being charged an additional $230. She offered that I could make payments. I asked if that was the best she could do, and she brought it down to $180. Not very impressed. I won't be returning. And I will always call by insurance myself prior to procedures.

Awesome Dentist, awesome staff, and awesome location. I took my wife here to get a check up and despite having some financial difficulties, the staff here and dentist are excellent. My wife and I signed a bunch of paperwork and while waiting the Receptionist was very polite and friendly, the entire staff in fact was great to be very truthful. Regardless of where we may go or if we can stay with this Dr, which I truly hope we can, all I can say is you have to experience everything yourself to see that the truth is they care and take there time with each person. Well worth the money, time, and patience.
