Went in for a routine cavity filling and year later, ended up in urgent care with an abscessed tooth that needed a root canal. After the original cavity filling I returned to the Mulder Office three times, complaining of extreme pain, to the point of crying in the chair. I stopped eating on one side of my mouth for an entire year. All my food had to be room temperature so it wouldn't cause me pain.

They took X-rays and said nothing was wrong with me. The only referral they made was to a PT because I might be bitting down in my sleep. Then when my face swelled up and urgent care said I was a few hours away from the infection spreading to my sinuses and possibly brain, I called the Mulder Office next day and receptionist said, "oh yeah, you need a root canal." This was after repeated times of them telling me nothing was wrong.

I got the root canal and switched dentists. The new dentist found two cavities and a fractured tooth on my husband that had never been noticed at the Mulder Office. The cleanings are super fast and insufficient. The care I got from Dr. Sakowicz was negligent and unapologetic. I have no issues with Dr. Mulder himself, he seems very nice, but I would seek care where you will get personalized attention and less attitude from the front office staff.

Staff members at this practice are consistently rude, unhelpful and incompetent. I am yet to have ONE helpful interaction with these people. Dr. Mulder and the hygienists, on the other hand, are respectful and professional. I wish Dr. Mulder would hire other people for the front desk who would actually want to serve and help his customers.

All the communication and reminders are helpful, the dental hygienist are very experienced/good, and Dr. Mulder is thorough and friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone. My family has been going here for about 30 years.

Maria was awesome! She was a wealth of knowledge and cleaned my teeth very well, with little to no pain! Office staff is friendly and always willing to help! Great team, looking forward to my next visit!

Dr Mulder needs to dismiss his office staff. They are rude and none responsive. I am sorry we were patients of your practice for over 23 years. You disgust me.

I have never had an horrible experience with this place up until now. Terry who works at front desk and is charge of collections is rude, I never felt so uncomfortable and upset ever. I walked in and get first words to me was do you have an payment for me, My blood was boiling, she took my credit card and slid it on the floor. Her manager came and spoke to me, and just said she was sorry, I feel like she need to be held accountable even an apology would of been great.

Nobody deserve to be treated with such disrespect, It's heartbreaking because me and my family like this dental office and have been coming here for more than 12 years, And Dr. Mulder and his assistance are amazing. I just can't believe what I've witness today, but it's ok god don't like ugly.

Hygienist was very good and cleaned my teeth nicely. She was very thorough. I also saw Dr Mulder because he will work on my teeth in a few weeks. I'm very pleased with this office and have gone to this office for years.

The office made our transition to their care seamless. Our family of 5 each had different dental hygienists and thought they all treated us with care and respect. Dr Mulder spent time with us in conversation about our dental needs and next steps. Highly recommend this office.

I've had nothing but great experiences at Mulder Dental! All the hygienists are wonderful, Dr Mulder is a great dentist and has a great bedside manner. They've been very helpful and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

I appreciate the friendliness of the oral hygienists and Dr Mulder. They provide excellent care and tailor my experience to what is most comfortable to me. The office is clean and well organized.

Dr Mulder and his team are so wonderful! We bring both of our kiddos in at the same time and everyone is goes above and beyond to make sure we are all well taken care of! Each person is kind, compassionate and excited to make the best experience for my kids. complete with shows on a screen to distract them, fun animal options to help cleaning their teeth, and cheerful attitudes! Plus the coin for a prize in the end is a great incentive : We couldn't be more grateful for their knowledge and expertise in caring for all of our teeth!
