Clean office. Professional & Friendly staff. Timely appointments. Appointment text reminders. I haven't had major work done here but for a few cavities and cleanings they were terrific. As with any medical services, check your insurance as they don't take all companies.

I always have a positive experience with Dr. Krantz! She and her staff are always very friendly, helpful, accommodating and informative. They take the time to schedule my appointments around my work schedule and when I arrive for my appointment the staff is always attentive to my needs from start to finish and leave no question unanswered. It's a place I feel very comfortable and I never thought I'd say that about a dentist office!

I don't usually post reviews. I have been going to Dr Ricki Krantz for more than 20 years! The staff has always been so friendly and professional! I was eating dinner around 6:00pm and when I bit into my food my crown (front tooth no less) popped out! In a panic, I called office hoping someone would be there to schedule an appointment first thing in the morning! Well luck have it, Wednesday is their late night! So off I went and Dr Ricki took care of my issue! Thanks Dr Ricki and all the staff! You are the best!

I highly recommend Dr. Sirota. He is the first out of three other dentists to take the time to explain every possible variable and aspect of treatment to me. He is kind, respectful, patient, personable, knowledgeable, honest, and ethical. His staff is friendly and welcoming as well and exudes some of the same qualities as the doctor.

My family and I have been going here for some 23 years, I believe. That speaks for itself! All the staff and Dr. Sirota make it a very pleasurable experience each time. I feel like they are all family! I recommend Dr. Sirota and Dr. Krantz to everyone. I have complex PTSD yet I come out of the office each time saying to myself, " why do I fear? What a nice experience. The staff was so nice and friendly. The dental assistant was so nice and caring. Dr Sirota was so friendly, honest, thorough and has a great personality. He took his time and explained everything. I don't like going to the dentist but they changed my mind.

This is a professional operation from the front desk to the back office. After my dentist of 30+ years retired I was really nervous about going to a new dentist but I couldn't have had a better experience. Susan is an exceptional hygenist and Dr. Sirota was wonderful.

I recommend. Dr. Sirota whole heartedly. He is considerate, of fear. His approach is conservative, professional, and thorough. Til becoming his patient, I was more fearful of going to the dentist, than getting on a plane to go to Nam years ago. His office uses the most current equipment and technology. He is the most " pain free" dentist I have met. His staff is top ranked by me, too.
