I've been a patient at Ball Dentistry since 2009. I've loved everyone there. Love the dental service and in the last two years, even began facial aesthetics too. Dr Andrea is amazing. I've seen all of the dentists through the years and they're all so kind and efficient. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Ball Dentistry basically my entire life and have always had fantastic experiences. The check-in/check-out staff are always kind and prompt. I usually have Dr. Smith and I know I'm in good hands (& teeth!). I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to come here.

I would highly recommend this dental practice! I am a 66 y/o woman and have always had problems with my teeth. When my numerous root canals finally failed, Dr. Craig Ball recommended Dr Michael Edwards to perform an "all on 4" implant surgery on my upper & snap in denture on my lower. Both those procedures went well. Dr Ball provided the "all on 4" denture & the "snap in" denture.

I am very pleased with their appearance & function. Dr. Ball listened to what I wanted and used a picture from my younger years to replicate my original teeth. He even provided a dental lab specialist to come in for consults two times. His assistants Dani, Thomas & then Haley, we're very professional & reassuring throughout the process. I noticed that wrinkles around my mouth became more prominent after these procedures, so I consulted with Dr Andrea Ball.

She recommended the Opus Plasma procedure for my face. It has improved my skin a great deal. I use the Skin Medica Products which have helped maintain my improvements. Dr. Andrea did some Botox injections for me, which improved the area around my lips even more. I am planning on a lip filler next & that should complete my process. I think it is great that Dr Andrea provides these services at a dental office to not only improve the appearance of your teeth, but also your face. Again, I highly recommend this dental practice!

I was referred to Ball Dentistry by a coworker as I am new to Indiana from New Jersey and I am so glad I took their advice! From the second I arrived to the second I left everyone was so helpful, friendly, and the cleanliness of the office was impeccable. The staff was amazing, Amy and Chad blew me away with not only their skills and knowledge but also how sweet and kind they were.

They noticed things right away that my previous dentist of 5 years never once mentioned. They took their time to really explain everything that needed to be done and answered all of my questions so I could fully understand, and I had quite a few silly ones and they just made me feel so comfortable, you can tell they love what they do and take great pride!

I will never be going to any other dentist and I now will be referring people to Ball Dentistry! They even provided a treatment plan estimate within minutes which no other dentist has ever done, saves me so much time not having to call my insurance company on my own. I give them 10 stars! They have my full trust and best interest!

I have been going to Ball Dentistry for several years now. I don't get major services done, just routine cleaning and visits, but they are always so nice and friendly and efficient. Every hygienist I've had is easy to talk to and does gentle work. And the front office staff is always pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and modern looking. The dentists are all friendly and efficient as well. Overall, great place! Never pushy for any additional services if you don't want them. They just offer the options and let you decide if you want to choose anything.

When I first started going to Ball Dentistry I unfortunately had not gone to a dentist in a long time so was very ashamed and almost embarrassed to admit that but knew it was time and needed to find a place here in Indy as I had just moved to the city. From the beginning the staff was so friendly and welcoming and never made me feel bad about the long gap I had as well every time I go they make me feel so comfortable.

Not to mention they got my teeth in tip-top shape and looking great! I got the pleasure of having Amy as my hygienist from the start and have now been going there for over a year and she has been great and makes the experience enjoyable so very appreciative of her. Would 10/10 recommend Ball Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a new place, a change, or haven't been to a dentist in a while as they will take great care of you like they have with me!

I've been with Dr. Ball's practice my entire adult life (over 40 years). During that time I've had many different services performed, including cleanings, cavities filled, whitenings, crowns, and an extraction and tooth implant. I will never, ever, go anywhere else for dental care in Indianapolis/Carmel because they are excellent at what they do and I trust every single one of their staff and health professionals. I've been in the entertainment business and on stage quite a bit, which means I not only want a healthy mouth but also desire things to look good cosmetically, too.

I feel the staff gives me the same advice they would give a member of their own family. I guess I really feel like they are part of my family, and every time I walk in they make me feel special and cared for. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I never feel like they did something that wasn't necessary and beneficial to my overall health and appearance.

Over the years they've moved several times and added many new pieces of medical equipment to make the whole process easier. I'm a big baby when it comes to pain and they are careful to keep me comfortable throughout whatever procedures they need to do. If my experience helps influence you to try them out you won't regret it. Tell them "Bernie sent me" and they'll treat you right.

Great team, Dr Craig Ball is awesome. I am terrified of dentists but he is great. Gladys is one of my favorites she gave me my smile back. Sonja is fabulous as a dental hygienist. They take all kinds of insurance. Awesome office team. I will not go anywhere else. Recommend highly

I know a lot of people don't like going to the dentist, but I think it's a matter of finding the right place. This is the right place! The staff are friendly, fun and always looking out for my best interest. Huge thanks to Dr. Canal, Amy, and Thomas who always take great care of me and make it a great visit! Highly recommend this office!

I've been here about 4 times in the last 2 years, seen a few different people, each time has been great. It doesn't matter who I see, I have come to realize that everyone there seems to hold the same great standard. I currently see Dr. Canal and I am very happy. I also am very "on-top of" billing codes and such due to 2 different previous offices trying to bill improperly and I work for the insurance so I've seen it all. I've never come across an issue! That's a big thing for me, to be able to trust that they're in my best interest with money and patient care!

This was my first visit and might I say this is the place to be. Thomas was amazing and really made the experience the best that it could be. Dr. Andrea Ball is an excellent dentist and was super clear and helpful. The overall atmosphere of the office is open and inviting as well as the music in the background was a nice touch. If you are stuck between here and another place. I recommend you pick Ball Dentistry!

This Dentist office is hands down amazing in all they do. I had lost faith in dentist over the years for the lack of compassion, judgement, availability, and just plain terrifying experiences. That left me with some hard choices. My first visit was 2yrs ago for an extraction. 6mos after that another extraction. Due to pain, broken tooth, bone loss.

Fast forward to june 2021. I called and made an appt to see what my options were as my teeth were declining rapidly. Doctor Canal gave it to me straight, all while being kind, optimistic and not pushy. He explained that at that point it would be in my best interest to have them all pulled as the boneloss was significant which in turn was causing the teeth to be loose.

It was a hard pill to swallow even tho I truly knew that is what needed to be done. Dr Canal set a detailed plan of action, he left NOTHING out. I was super impressed. I still was uneasy of the thought of my teeth coming out. I decided I needed to move forward. My best friend came with me to some appts for moral support. They were just as nice to her as they were me! Dr Canal told me from day one that I would have a beautiful smile again.

He seriously came thru 110%! People dont even know they are fake. Dr Canal and his team are amazing. They dealt with my ugly crying days, my grumpy days, sad days, all the way to the good days. They all always reassured me that it was worth it. Helped keep my mind on the prize instead of sulking in the moment, it wasnt always easy but with him and his team, they helped me get thru it.

Today I had the hard line put in and my smile is amazing just like he promised. I honestly cant say enough good things about this practice, they changed my life in so many ways and some they have no clue about. I also need to give kuddos to the ladies upfront, they are nice, accommodating and remember you before you even say who you are! Thank you all for all you have done for me. Forever grateful!

I have been coming to Ball Dentistry for nearly 3 years now. The entire staff is fantastic and friendly. Amy is such a bright spirit and always so kind and thoughtful. Whenever I come in to get my teeth cleaned they always look a thousand times cleaner and better than when I had come in. She makes the whole experience so easy and painless. Haylee has been taking care of my overall skincare.

Since going with her and doing the diamond glow facials with derma plane my skin has never looked or felt better. I had horrible acne issues before starting this skin care routine with her. She is so detail oriented when it comes to this and so nice! I always look forward to my monthly appointments! Dr Canal has been my dentist since September of 2019 and he is always so nice and is really funny.

He is always very informative about every checkup and always makes sure any question I have is answered he's a huge asset to this team! Dr Andrea is perfect in every way! She has done both my botox and lip filler and was so nice and made sure that everything was so easy and natural looking. I am so happy with how aesthetically things have turned out thanks to her! I cannot say enough great things about everyone in the office but these four needed a spotlight from how great they have treated me and the work is unmatched!

Customer service is exceptional! We had an emergency and got in right away. Thomas was cheerful and helpful and the doctor was professional but friendly and efficient. Everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Ball Dentistry!

I just called them back a second time to reschedule my appointment for the 23rd that they called to reschedule and got hanged up the first and second time. The first time the phone was answered but nobody was talking then the call got hanged up on. The second time(today) some one answered and I was talking they hanged up on me. When I go into the office and always appears to be chaotic and tend wait on the doctors for a while.

I had not visited a dentist for many years due to a traumatizing experience with one out of state and so I was hesitant to see another until it became a necessity. Thankfully after looking at various options my wife found the listing for Ball Dentistry. Their northern location was near to our home and the reviews were encouraging. From the moment I arrived the staff generated a warm and welcoming environment.

Their friendly banter spoke of a place that they enjoyed working at which helped to put me at ease. I was quickly seen by Jessica D. who spoke with me about my visit and took my x-rays while taking care to not aggravate my pain without me having to point out the problem areas, she was able to do so on sight showing her experience and professionalism.

Before I knew it she was done and I was greeted by Dr. Chad A. Canal DDS. Dr. Canal was everything you could ask for in a physician, He performed the physical examination and was informative and forthcoming with what he'd observed and presented me with treatment options that made me feel confident as to how we would proceed. His demeanor throughout the entire visit was comforting and assuring. I look forward to my next visit and the progress that I will be making under their care.

If you have ever had anxiety about going to the dentist but know that you need to, I highly recommend trying Ball Dentistry North. They're very easy to work with, transparent about cost, and will not shame you for having oral health problems. like some places do. These folks can help you. Give them a call.

Wow! I was definitely wowed over my excellent service I was given during my cleaning appointment. From the time I walked in, to finishing my appointment, I was provided with exceptional customer service and care. I felt like family during my whole experience.

If you are looking for a fun and caring dental office, Ball Dentistry is it! Everyone, from the front office to the hygienist and assistants are helpful and knowledgeable. The office is comforting and very well maintained. Dr. Andrea is amazing at Botox and all the aesthetics that she has introduced to the practice! Now my one stop shop! You won't be disappointed!

I have been going to Ball Dentistry for many years and would highly recommend them. The staff is truly incredible and very friendly. They have remembered key details about what I'm doing in life that it makes me enjoy coming to the dentist just to catch up again. I love the new building, updated waiting room furniture, and new equipment, but the staff is really what makes this place so great.

This was the worst experience I've had at a dentist office. While on the phone making the appointment I stated and made sure I was on Dr. A Ball's schedule, as she knows my situation and handled me treatment with great kindness and discretion. This appointment was set for this specific day because she was supposed to be in the office. If that changed, I should have been informed so I could book a different day.

I came in for a cleaning but was told "you can't have that you need to see a specialist". That wouldn't have been a problem if a medium ground could have been reached. Dr. Smith has the worst bedside manner I have ever witnessed. When working with the public, it may be helpful to try and see why they didn't follow up from the last time ie, maybe I lost my job and didn't have insurance coverage, not assuming I'm lazy and don't care about my teeth. Dr. Smith spent under three minutes looking in my mouth but definitely sat next to me and talked down to me the entire time.

I mentioned to her she could try a bit of empathy, but was told "none of my patients in the past 20 years would say I'm not empathetic". Well this one will, you made me feel like I was an idiot, undeserving of your time and needed to leave. I don't want to say it may be because I don't look like the normal clientele of that office, but I can't rule it out. Dr. Smith, please get some sensitivity training. Very sad because I really like Dr. Andrea and was really looking forward to working with her.

Everything about my experience was perfect. The staff was very nice and professional. They were very pleasant to work with from start to finish. After having such bad experiences with dental offices, this was exactly what I needed. Even with Covid-19 I felt very safe with the health measurements being taken.

Today was my 4th visit and each time I've been seen on time without any delays. The entire staff is very friendly and everyone seems to enjoy their work. As a patient, I appreciate the fact that they are concerned about my comfort while having work performed which in turn makes me feel more at ease. For anyone concerned about social distancing due to COVID-19, their layout is great. Although there were other patients receiving treatment at the same time as my visit today, I never encountered anyone other than the staff. Highly recommend!

I had three cavities filled by Dr. Andrea and her assistant. Best fillings I have ever had! The next morning I would never had known I had dental work done, teeth are nice and smooth and no pain what so ever. Very pleased.

I have always had good experiences with Dr.'s Ball. I did have an unfortunate experience with temporary staff member who was filling in for a maternity leave, but once Dr. Ball was aware of it, he addressed it professionally and fairly. I bring my entire family to Ball dentistry and we have been happy with their care of our children's teeth.

Nice and friendly staff, fairly easy to find and you don't have to get into the keystone traffic jam to get here! They send reminders before and after you schedule a new appointment. Everyone was really nice and extremely informative. The woman doing my teeth cleaning even helped with better brushing my wisdom teeth and just gave very thoughtful and nice tips.

I was a new patient and it was the best experience I could ask for. The only thing is the area where you go to get your work done is kind of.open concept? I had been use to having my own private room away from People so this was a change but their staff made up the difference.

Been coming here for several years, and I have had brain surgery. I am sensitive. Moving in odd head positions and the dentist overall is extremely excruciating, but they are so careful with me, that helps

Be warned! They will double bill you. I was given an estimate for work, agreed to the price. After work was completed I was given and invoice and paid it in full. Months later they mailed me a bill wanting more money. They refuse to discuss it with me. Just keep stating the original price quote was only an estimate. So they claim to be able to bill you more at any time for invoices that you have already paid. Crazy! Do not go here if you want to be treated fairly.

I've seen Dr. Ball and his team now 3-4 times, once to get a crown on a broken tooth. They did a great job on the crown and I had no pain whatsoever during the procedure. All of the hygienists and front desk/billing staff are so pleasant. Dr. Ball himself is a great dentist and such a friendly man. No rushing in and rushing out during your appointment.

Best Dentist in town. Works at educating you on your needs takes any fear away. Skills make it perfect. Good staff all around

I have been a patient at Ball Dentistry for about two years. I actually see Lalaine Smith DDS and she is wonderful. My past experiences with other dentists have not been good (unnecessary fillings, crowns, even periodontal work). Needless to say I have a lot of anxiety even just for a regular cleaning. Ball Dentistry makes me feel relaxed and at ease during every visit.

The dental hygienist takes her time and does her job right. I leave my appointments with clean teeth and smile on my face! If you are looking for a dentist on the Northeast side, I would highly recommend Ball Dentistry!
