Been going here for over 10 years or more and himself plus star have always provided superb services. I wouldn't even think about going elsewhere.

Dr Alexander and staff have always been so wonderful to me and my family. Renae at the front desk is always so helpful, informative and kind. She always helps me when I call or email, she truly brightens my day. Dr. Alexander has done crowns, bridges, bonding, retainers and night guards for me and my family. He is very patient with us and takes his time to get it right, every time. I so appreciate him and his staff for always looking out for us in the best possible way. We have been seeing them for years and I am always so grateful.

Its been 13 years plus(since it opened), me and my husband still seeing Dr Alexander Scott and his Team. We have done so many procedures with him and his staffs and we always trust him. Renee is the best person to deal with, she got a best customer service.

I've been going to Dr. Alexander for a few years now and I can't say enough about him and his staff. They are always very welcoming, remember the little details about your life and provide great service too. Dr. Alexander also seems to manage his clinic and time very well as I almost always walk right in and go right back where with other clinics I sometimes find myself waiting for 30 minutes to get called back. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Dr. Scott Alexander DDS for several years. I no longer work close to his office but still go twice a year because he and his team are awesome! My husband also drives out of his way to go here. I've referred several people to this office and everyone has said nothing but good things. I am always greeted with a smile, never have to wait to go back to the room, the hygienist are thorough and friendly, and the place is clean and relaxing. Dr. Alexander is professional, detailed, and personable. Billing is always accurate, appointment reminders are sent in advance, and if you have any questions they will respond over the phone or email.

Been a patient here for years. Switched from a dentist who was constantly upcharging and trying to sell me unnecessary toothpastes, etc. I am very happy with the services I have received and feel like Dr. Alexander is honest. I moved to Dallas proper but still drive to Las Colinas for my dental care.

I normally do not write reviews but could not pass this one. I hated going to dentist which has changed since I started going to Dr. Scott Alexander. He is an AWESOME Dentist and Staff is Amazing too! My daughter's Orthodontist recommended me to him for pulling couple of crowded teeth before they started on her braces. I was very hesitant at first so I made appointment with Dr. Alexander for consultation.

He took his time in explaining the procedure in detail, alternatives to extracting teeth and pros and cons for each. I felt I was able to make well informed decision without ANY undue pressure. I have had very good experience every time I called or went there and actually look forward to dentist visits now.

I have waited more than Decade to find a Dentist to replace the one I loved who retired. From the time you walk in to the experience Dr. Alexander is awesome. Very efficient but yet you don't feel rushed. Awesome awesome awesome

I have been a patient with Dr. Alexander since 2008. Best dental practice I have known. In my previous life, I felt like Dentists were performing work that may not have been needed. This is not the case with Dr. Alexander and his team. Good Story to share. A couple of years ago, I had shoulder surgery and was in a sling. There was an ice storm in Dallas. Dr. Alexander and his wife delivered to my house my teeth cleaning kit. We were on a time clock - meeting insurance requirements. They did not want me taking the risk of a slip and slide on the ice. Who does that?

Dr. Alexander is a fraud, he will tell you that you need thousands of dollars work done. He tells you that you need crowns and bridges. He makes it like your teeth are so bad I didn't believe him so I got a second opinion. My new Dentist said I didn't need any of the expensive work he is talking about. My dentist then asked me if he was a new dentist.

I said yes he is fresh out of school and started his own practice. He said that explains it. He is trying to get the most he can to for his student loans. That made since to me because his fiancee that works at the desk said the reason she has not married him is because of all his student loans. Please be aware if you going to see Dr. Alexander he will try to do expensive procedures that you do not need.

I have a crown in my mouth now that my current dentist said was unessassary. The last time I saw him was trying to say I needed another crown. That is when I got the second opinion and all the dentist said that is Bologna I don't need a crown my teeth are perfect. All I needed was a filling. He tries to make you think you teeth are in such bad shape.

His favorite thing is telling you that you need a root canal and a crown. And will tell you have like 12 cavities and it's all lies. I will never go to him again. He is only out to take you to the cleaners for all he can get. I'm sure he has many people scammed by now his student loans should be paid off. After reading my review please please don't go to Dr. Alexander go to a older doctor who is more experienced and established in his practice.

What Dr. Alexander is doing is fraud to insurance companies and making people pay out of pocket for dental work they don't need. My recommendation is to get a second opinion if he says you need expensive work. His office is by Fedex and I tell anyone that will listen about his fraud.
