Beautiful facility for relaxing; with lots of restful art, cleanliness, and airy. Dentist offices tend to make me stressed anyway. It helps when the atmosphere is geared for relaxation. The staff is extremely friendly and listens to all of your concerns. Dr. McKnight is very thorough in his examination, listens to your concerns, and, in my opinion, is exceptionally qualified for any of my dental needs.

Dr. McKnight and his entire staff are the best of the best. He was my dentist for several years before, and I've returned to him again because he's simply the best. I moved my husband and daughter to him as well. Others may be a little cheaper, but I'll pay the tiny bit extra for the superior work I get from him, his hygenists, and his desk staff. No more hunting around for the closest dentist. It's McKnight or nobody for us.

Dr. McKnight was recommended to me by a close friend. I was not disappointed. I felt at ease from the minute I walked in the door and was greeted by Donna, the receptionist. Dr. McKnight explained in detail the initial dental consultation I am looking forward to getting my dental issues resolved. Update 12/02/21 After about two years (give or take) of Dr. McKnight and his staff getting my teeth in excellent condition, I can say that my dental work has been completed.

In the two years Dr. McKnight has completed the original course of my dental work and I could not be more pleased with the results. I'm a nervous-about-dentist person. My blood pressure spikes, and I feel uneasy. It's subconscious, not something I can control. At least historically. But Byron is the best dentist I've ever had, and I can honestly say I no longer dread the dentist office. The staff is really warm and friendly and they make you feel like old pals. The office is 45 minutes away from my home, but it's highly worth the trip for me. Been going here about three years now, and can assure you I'm a lifer! Cannot recommend highly enough. Amazing dentist! If you are fearful, anxious, or hesitant about the dentist Dr. McKnight is the PERFECT dentist for you. I get seriously anxious about the dentist due to horrible past experiences. My first visit he was so patient and understanding. His goal was and has been to keep me comfortable. The staff is also wonderful and very kind.

If you live in Dallas and wonder if you should drive out to Mesquite for a dentist, you should. If you care about attention to detail and service beyond expectations, you most definitely should. Dr. McKnight is endlessly patient and meticulous in his care. Brooke is my favorite hygienist ever. She is a perfectionist, and every one of your teeth will feel as smooth and new as the beautiful crowns Dr. McKnight will build for you if you need them. Yeah, it costs more. And, yeah, it's out of way. But it's so so so so worth it.

I absolutely love Dr. McKnight and his team. They provide top tier dental care and everyone remembers you by name! My family and I always feel valued and cared for! I won't go anywhere else.

Staff & dentist seemed nice at first but it's definitely not the case for the staff. I scheduled my first visit which I thought would include teeth cleaning as well. I get to my appointment & am notified that it was just a first visit consult. I kept my appointment due to their cancelation fee. Once the appointment is finished I go to the front to pay & Donna notifies me that it'll be over $100.

I asked her to run it through my insurance & I would pay what the insurance doesn't. My insurance is very good & covers most appointments at 100% so I normally have little to no out of pocket cost. Especially for a visit that doesn't include any dental work. She started to get rude with me which was quite embarrassing as there were patients in the lobby overhearing this.

I asked to speak to a person who does billing & was told to speak to Misty. I went to speak to Misty & was notified that Donna didn't use the $75 off coupon that I provided for being a first time patient. As I was waiting for my payment to process Misty goes on to tell me personal financial information about the friend that referred me. How this friend & their spouse pay for their services, insurance they have, and how they have no problem getting their dental work done.

This is completely against HIPPA regulations to discuss another patients information like this without their consent. So needless to say that after this completely unprofessional & upsetting experience myself & my spouse will no longer be returning.

I have been going to McKnight since 1984 and have full confidence in his work. He always keeps up with the latest techniques and knowledgeable of the best way to treat his patients.

I put off going to the dentist for a REALLY long time so I was expecting my first appointment following years of neglect to be horrible. Thankfully it wasn't as bad as I thought. Donna at the front desk is so warm and friendly and the initial consultation was the most thorough one I've ever had. Dr. McKnight goes over everything. I went back today for my cleaning, which was also great. I'm so glad I found this practice.

The entire office aced the "first time impression", to say the least! Donna is absolutely wonderful! She is so friendly and warm, she makes you feel at "home". Dr. McKnight was amazing! He is very thorough in his explanations of his examinations and procedures. Answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. This was the first time I actually enjoyed a visit to the Dentist!

Amazing work and so friendly! Repaired my daughter's teeth after she fell and broke them. And he doesn't usually see kids! Also goes to Guatemala every year to provide dental care. And does dentist with a heart day every February 14th for no charge.

Dr. McKnight was our family dentist years ago and we loved him. He was the one and only dentist that I've ever been to. If I need one I'll try to go back to him.

Went in for a minor emergency and was greeted by a wonderful staff and great doctor. I was hesitant going to a new dentist, but lucked out by getting service that seemed knowledgeable and calculated. It didn't feel like anything extra was being done, just what needed to be fixed. Definitely will be coming back

Dr. Byron McKnight and his staff are simply amazing in every way. They are warm, caring, attentive, fastidious, and exceptional. The office is pleasantly inviting and the staff greets you with open arms. Dr. McKnight is extremely skilled and innovative. After dealing with many years of snoring and doing a sleep study and using a C Pap machine to no avail, he suggested he fit me for a Tap appliance.

Within weeks my appliance arrived and for years it has absolutely changed my life. I rarely snore, I get a good night's sleep and my wife is the happiest of all not having to deal with the constant uproar of snoring. Whenever I have needed a follow up appointment, I have been given caring attention promptly. I cannot give enough praise to the practice of Dr. Byron McNight!
