I was charged a $100 deposit to be returned when I arrived for a consultation. I found out this dentist is not in network, and cancelled the appointment today. However, they kept my $100 and told me if you need services you can make an appointment and the $100 will go towards treatment. I have read how awesome this facility and doctor are and have been.

To hold hostage money for a consultation is absurd, and I am glad I didn't start going to this office. They didn't care that they were not in my network; keeping $100 deposit I was required to pay to make an appointment is tacky especially when they keep my money and I will not be using them BECAUSE the office is not in my network.

Dr Meltzer and his staff are very friendly and caring! I brought my son to Dr Meltzer years ago! I trust his expertise and knowledge. When I needed gum grafting, I went straight to Dr Meltzer. I did not look around for any other care.

I always have a great experience at this office. Everyone is very professional and the facility is very clean. I have been going to Dr Meltzer since 1984. Donna the dental hygienist is excellent. I feel like family when I go there!

I was expecting my total implant teeth to be removed and cleaned.i was disappointed that the hygienist just scraped underneath them, aggravating my gums in the process. I wasn't advised the teeth wouldn't be removed. My mouth just didn't feel as fresh afterwards

I feel very comfortable and confident whenever I go there for I know I'll be getting the best treatment anyone could ask for. I highly recommend Dr. Meltzer. He's always willing to examine you and confer with you about your dental treatment needs.

I can't say that I love going to the dentist; however, I appreciate the care given to me by the entire staff in Dr. Meltzer's office. Everyone is kind, considerate and helpful. I presented another challenge this time but the problem was resolved by sending me to Dr. Orensten. Thanks again.

I am so happy I picked Dr. Meltzer to put in my new implants. I am amazed at his skills! I love my new smile. He and his entire staff are wonderful, caring compassionate people. I highly recommend them to anybody thinking about getting implants. You are greeted with a big, sincere hello when you come in to the office. You never feel rushed during your appointments. Posted for my wife Ruth Willis. I recently was evaluated by Dr. Meltzer and I am happy to say that it was a very enlightening and professional experience. I learned more about my condition, that I was concerned about for 3 years. He assured me that I can live with it and not fear that I will need surgery again. I feel confident that I will be in good hands. His staff was also very professional and caring.

Hygienest Debbie is awesome. Have been going to her for more than 30 years. My on complaint is that I made an appointment for both an AB check and cleaning. Debbie performed her job to perfection. Unfortunately Dr. Meltzer was in surgery and could not perform the AB check and I will now have to go back to have that done. I made this appointment 4 months ago asking to have both done at the same time as I travel an hour to get there and and hour to get home. I was given the appointment for both, but now have to return. I have always been very pleased with Dr. Meltzer and staff, so this was really upsetting to me.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Meltzer explains diagnosis and treatment thoroughly. Office is clean and up to date. Also, whenever I call the office, the phone is answered.you don't get a recording! I highly recommend this office!

This place is incredible. Every single person that works there is so kind and welcoming to you. I have never experienced such a nice group of people. Dr. Meltzer is truly one of a kind and does amazing work, and he is so personable and funny I always enjoy seeing him. They took incredible care of me when I had an accident and lost my front teeth. They made me feel as though I was the only one they were working on. He's amazing! I thank God for this office!

I have been a patient for many years and it has always been a great experience as the staff as well as Dr. Meltzer are terrific and very helpful. I, unfortunately, have a had a lot of work done, but Dr. Meltzer is the best and I trust him completely.

Great treatment, Resprect & Caring and Best results. My post was in and finished. But I was fast asleep and they had to wake me up so I could leave. There was no anesthesia and no pain. Un *$%^*ing believalvel! He is the best

I went to see Dr. Melzer for a consult regarding some gum recession and had a wonderful experience. From the minute I walked in the door I felt comfortable and welcomed. The staff was great, and Dr. Meltzer was delightful. He was friendly, caring and informative and I never felt like he was trying to push any procedures on me to line his pockets. I'm very happy to have found a periodontist that I like and trust.
