Dr. Nick and the Ortho team are top class! Everyone from the front office to the amazing well- trained assistants in the clinic take good care of you. They are experts and are happy to answer questions. Even when scheduling, the office is accommodating despite being super busy. Recommend % There is no better office to trust with your smile. There is guidance, support, and instruction every step of the way which makes getting braces and wearing retainers to maintain your smile feel almost effortless.
My high school age brother also got his radiant, straight smile from this office just last year when he got his braces off. We're very pleased with our collective experience. You truly feel the community spirit at this office. Here you are not just a patient, but part of the Hinsdale Ortho family. Every visit was extremely thorough with the doctor explaining each and every incremental progress and step.
A lot of doctors will bore you with unhelpful medical jargon. Not Dr. Nick. The doctor breaks down everything in digestible, relatable pieces of information so you can truly understand where you are with your treatment and what steps you have left. It's all straightforward. I truly felt well taken care of. I have lived my whole life in Hinsdale and was a patient starting at age 7 at this office before it became Hinsdale Ortho. It was amazing then and is amazing now. This office has an excellent reputation throughout the community and the Chicagoland area.

I'm in the beginning stages of my treatment, but I am already SO happy with my experience at Hinsdale Ortho! I am beyond thankful that I was introduced to Dr. Riccio and the rest of the staff by my cosmetic dentist (Dr. Michael Morgan). I have a pretty complicated case, and from the start Dr. Riccio was confident that he could help me solve the issues that I have with my teeth.
He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain that he could help me achieve my goals. He is kind, intelligent, and clearly incredible at what he does. I left my consultation feeling so excited to begin my treatment. Hinsdale Ortho is all around excellent. Every single person that works there is so kind and welcoming. I look forward to my appointments because I love his staff so much! I can't wait to follow up with before and after pictures once my treatment is done. I'm incredibly thankful for Dr. Riccio and his WONDERFUL staff!

Got braces here 10 or so years ago when I was in my late 20's, and despite having lower and upper permanent retainers, my bottom teeth are terrible again (with the permanent retainer still there). I've worn my top night retainer religiously and rarely have skipped a night, so I kept up my end of the deal. Teeth shift, but permanent retainers can be terrible for several reasons, so I've had to deal with the effects of those on top of them being useless, and now my bottom teeth are basically back to zero (which is bad because zero was terrible).
My top teeth aren't as good as they were anymore-but they're much better than the bottom-probably because of the night retainer I was given for those, and probably should've been given for the bottom too given my orthodontic history. I don't even know who owns and works at this place anymore but the name Klepacki is still there as it was then, so here's my review.

Three cheers and five stars for Dr. Nick and the whole Hinsdale Ortho team! IYKYK. You'll notice Monica's encouraging voice on the phone and welcoming greeting whenever you enter the office. You'll appreciate the sparkling clean office designed to lift your spirits. You'll be pleased to have your appointments proceed on time. You'll be surrounded by happy, smiling faces detectable even when masked.
It's a place where everybody knows your name. If you see Kelly, you're in for a treat with your treatment. You can't help but relax as you put yourself in her expert hands as she carefully takes you through educating you about the process, applying your attachments, and patiently answering all your questions before turning you over for your check-in with Dr. Nick. Maybe, if you're old school like me, when you think of Orthodontics you think of teenagers with metal braces.
I was one of the lucky dental patients who grew up with no cavities and no need for braces. Neither of my children had braces. However, sometime in my senior years, I noticed my teeth had shifted and I realized I might need braces or maybe one of the new types of orthodontics. I also noticed the amazing before and after photos of ALL AGES of Hinsdale Ortho patients and I wondered what orthodontic treatment could do for me.
I'm so glad I made that first phone call and set up my initial consultation. Before I knew it, I was watching a computer simulation of my very own before and after photos. Then, today was a big day. I got my Spark Aligners. I want to thank Hinsdale Ortho for treating me like royalty even though I haven't had quite as many birthdays or Corgis as Queen Elizabeth. This nearly 70-year-old Corgi momma looks forward to the next decades with an optimized smile.

As a 34 year old who just finished Invisalign treatments, I can't say enough good things about this practice! I was so hesitant to even start but after some conversations with my dentist I knew I had to do it. I debated a few mail order services but I'm so glad I didn't go through with those! I could NEVER have gotten this smile if I went that route!
I am absolutely blown away with how my teeth look and how much more confident my smile feels. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they did. It's not just the quality of care, but that every time you walk in the door it's like seeing old friends. Everyone is so kind and friendly that you really look forward to going in. Plus, when you finish treatment as an adult- they give you wine! Best "graduation" gift ever! If I could give 20 stars I would. Thank you Hinsdale Ortho for giving me a reason to smile!

My 11 year old and 8 year old couldn't be happier about switching to this practice. We have been so pleased with everyone from the front desk staff, to the treatment coordinator Brooke, to Dr. Nick. My kids appreciated that Dr. Nick took the time to address them directly and answer their questions. He helped the kids feel like they are an important part in the process. My daughter's review: "I'm so glad we switched to this place. They are so nice, WAAAY better than the last place!" Thanks Dr. Nick and staff!
