Allen Dental Center - Steve Williams

I appreciate the integrity of this dentist. I have had bad experiences at other places where they would pressure me into having treatments that were not required which in turn created much worse issues. I like Allen Dental Center because they believe your original teeth are the best option if at all possible, and they won't recommend useless crowns just because you have old fillings that are still perfectly intact. They will give you options, but they are very supportive and understanding of your situation.

I was referred to this dental office by a friend because i was unsure where to go. Wow, what a great experience! My husband is coming here now too and the staff is so friendly and went above and beyond for my needs. Dr. Max is very nice and great at what he does! Thank you!

This place is amazing. I hate dental offices and going to the dentist. Everyone there makes you feel so welcome and are so friendly that even someone that holds shame with their teeth can feel comfortable. This office is incredible. Everyone is smiling, attentive and just genuinely kind and you feel the difference in the atmosphere. But as for the actual service and cleanings: They took good care of my six and four year old and explained everything to me about what we are going to watch. They do conservative treatment, which I am happy about, and thoroughly explain.

My kids had a great experience! They paired our appointments so I was seen at the same time as the kids and it was very convenient. Can't say enough good things! I definitely trust the doctor and the hygienists!

Easily the best dental experience in my life. The atmosphere of the office was homey with the decor and music playing. The staff is incredibly friendly yet professional. The office was prompt and consistently contacted me before my appointment as a friendly reminder. The Doctors are courteous yet direct. 100% will recommend this office to any and all my friends.

Best dental office ever! I'm not fond of going to the dentist but this office and the staff goes above and beyond to make your experience beyond amazing! My kids LOVED it there. Truly appreciate everyone there and all they do!

Allen Dental was recommended by a neighbor. We are new to the area and already had an unpleasant experience at another dentist. Cheri at the front desk Sara and Dr Max really made me feel comfortable and put my fears to rest. All were very helpful and understanding. Dr Max was very thorough and compassionate. He had bad news for me but he was confident that he could fix my teeth.

I was happy to hear that there lab was in-house in case there were any future problems. I still have more treatments to schedule but I intend to bring the rest of my family over to Allen Dental.

Always efficient, on time, and gracious. Friendliest staff and always making everyone comfortable. It was most certainly time to redo my cosmetic veneers again and will always go to Dr. Steve Williams. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains the process thoroughly. I am so happy with the results and would recommend any one on his staff to do general or cosmetic work.

When I began using this dentist in the 1990's, they did cleaning and X-rays in one visit. Now they want to schedule and Bill for 2 visits, first xrays and dentist visit then a second appointment and second billing, for a cleaning. Very disappointing and impossible for busy schedules.

I have been seeing Dr. Steve Williams for over a year and half and I consider myself lucky that a friend recommended him to me. I found Dr. Williams to be enormously gifted, skillful, competent, passionate, and immensely honest. I felt very comfortable each time I visited him and all procedures he practiced on me were pain free. Also, his assistants and all staff members of the center are very cordial and professional. I'm a very nervous patient and I just had initial check up here. Both Hygenist (Nat) and Dr (Bryant) were fantastic: understanding, patient and kind. I came here from UK and things are different here but they took the time to explain what they were doing, discuss treatment options fully and were reassuring to me when I was clearly apprehensive.

My quote is also far more reasonable than expected and all the reception stuff took care to explain insurance to me. Additionally each treatment room is separate giving you privacy.

Based on a friend's recommendation, my husband and I went to Allen Dental Center for about 5 years. The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly; however, I eventually transferred to another dentist because the prices were just so expensive! I had no problems with basic dental work and cleaning that was done, but I had some crown work done there and had several problems with the temporary crowns either coming off or breaking.

I also had a crown from a $5500 implant come off about a year and a half after being put on. And an employee tried to charge me to fix the crown upon check out. Luckily, I eventually didn't have to pay. So I think this place is definitely adequate if money isn't an issue, but it is for me, so I had to switch to a more affordable local dentist.

I had the very fortunate happenstance of seeing Dr. Williams and his staff as I was getting a second opinion on a diagnosis for crown placements and replacements. The staff are all remarkable at their jobs, ensuring comfort and care throughout my exam and panels. Dr. Williams was very thorough, explained why the other dentist would recommend such work to be completed but also offered far more conservative options which I felt more comfortable with moving forward with.

They are kind, very compassionate, and most importantly, honest with their patients. I went in as a new patient, and now my family are becoming existing patients. I will recommend their facilities, staff, and experience to anyone that wants a great dentist. Thank you to all at the Allen Dental Center, you are truly appreciated.

I hated going to the dentist and actually avoided it for a few years. The staff here was excellent. They addressed all my concerns and were very patient in giving me the care I needed. I'll never miss another cleaning again, and I won't look at an upcoming appointment with apprehension and concern next time, because I know they listen to their patients, and try very hard to accommodate their requests.

My husband & I have been patients at Allen Dental Center for nearly 10 years. Drs. Jeff & Steve and the staff are sincerely interested in their patients and their care, and it shows! If a problem arises, they work to get you in ASAP and make sure you are better. I have recommended them to many people & wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic group of dentists! Drs Jeff, Steve and Brad are all excellent. The staff are just as great - hygienist, office staff - everyone. I've been going to them for several years and would highly recommend them. I've had some fairly extensive dental work over the years and can speak from experience that this practice is kind, thorough, and performs excellent work. And to top it off, you can tell they really care.

I've been going to the Allen Dental Center for several years and I would not even consider going anywhere else. The entire staff is considerate, caring and efficient. Wait times are minimal and the facility is always clean and welcoming. I sometimes suffer from panic attacks and they are always quick to allow me to take a break if I need one, or for longer procedures they are able to prescribe medications that help me with anxiety. The dentists spend plenty of time explaining any procedures that are necessary and make sure I am comfortable and relaxed before they start.

The Allen Dental Center with the wonderful dentists, The Williams, are actually a "joy" to see. Their atmosphere and friendliness make siting in the chair less scary and even enjoyable. They offer movies or music while having your procedures done and they have quite a library of movies to choose from. I trust them completely with my dental care. I have had cavities dealt with and everything, including the needles went great. I highly recommend anyone fearful of dentists to come meet these wonderful people!

Allen Dental makes me want to go to the dentist. The staff is amazing. They are so friendly, so knowledgeable, and very straight forward. They check for everything and let you know what they see. Then they talk to you about the plan. They never do things unnecessarily.

I've been going to Allen Dental for eighteen years and have bragged on them for just as long, which is why it shocks me that I haven't written a review for them! They are such a caring, wonderful, committed group of dentists (two brothers + one additional dentist) and hygienists and other employees! There are people out in the world who will try and take advantage of people and I am so happy to say that I have never been told I needed something here that I didn't need.

They are honest, and make EVERY SINGLE VISIT a pleasure. I also love their office and the fact that all the chairs face a little garden spot so you have something pleasant to look at. That plus all of the amazing staff and it's the only dentist I ever want to go to the rest of my life!

This is one of the best dental offices I have ever been to. The only other one I would rank this high is the office I went to as a child in a different state. My two littles (6&7) absolutely love it when they have an appointment here. The office is always very clean, the staff is so great and their approach is FANTASTIC! I don't ever feel like they are suggesting unnecessary work for any of my family members. I couldn't recommend this office any higher if I tried. On a scale of 1-5, they are a full 10!

Great group of dentists. We just moved to the area and called for appointments. The office staff was great getting the family on the schedule for a check up. We got to the office, were greeted by the nicest staff. The appointments went great. All the doctors were great and took care of everyone. Would definitely recommend them to anyone

These brother dentists & their staff excel in so many areas. The whole staff have a great bedside manner. They have worked with my family through cleanings, wisdom teeth extractions & a root canal. They coordinate wonderfully & work in conjunction with our orthodontist. I have been coming here about a decade. The office is welcomely furnished & pleasantly decorated. Lori I is an excellent hygienist with a warm smile and a friendly touch.

Allen Dental Center cured me of my overwhelming fear of going to the dentist! I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Wyatt and all the great people at Allen Dental Center. I have a huge fear of the dentist after a bad experience with a root canal, so I waited far too long to go back in. When I visited Allen Dental, I needed a lot of work done, but they were not judgmental or wanting to do work that didn't need to be done (unlike McKinney Dentist).

The atmosphere and staff are extremely comforting and were completely understanding of my fears. Dr. Wyatt was so gentle and cautious, and he even stayed to answer all of my questions. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I do not have dental insurance, but am able to afford the work I need thanks to the Care Credit option that Allen Dental Center offers.

I first went to McKinney Dentist for an assessment, and the quote was in excess of $12,000. They wanted to do three unnecessary root canals and all kinds of other work that they even admitted was unnecessary. But when I went to Allen Dental Center, not only were they better in every other way, but their assessment was just over $3,000. I couldn't believe it, but it's true! Dr. Wyatt just recommended exactly what I needed, and he gained my trust.

I just finished having a crown put on by Dr. Wyatt this morning, and the oral sedation option they offered was perfect for me. I was conscious enough to remember everything, but for the first time ever, I wasn't afraid. They did a fantastic job and even put on a movie for me. After coming out of Allen Dental Center this morning, my fears of going to the dentist have really been cured! I cannot recommend Dr. Wyatt and everyone at Allen Dental Center highly enough.
