I graduated from the University of The Pacific School of Dentistry. I have had a practice in Simi Valley my entire career. I am a member of many dental organizations including the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Santa Barbara-Ventura County Dental Society.I have also completed thousands of hours of postgraduate training in all areas of dentistry.

I was looking for a new dentist, as I've moved from NorCal to SoCal in the last year & I'm so extremely grateful to have been referred here by a friend of mine. My booking and new patient set up was a cake walk, great customer service over the phone & I was actually looking forward to my appointment! They emailed me my documents, so I could fill them out to bring to my first appointment rather than coming early & doing them in the waiting room.
The office is clean & well kept. Julia, I believe, was very through with my XRays & imaging, plus we had an amazing talk through the process, laughing quite a bit with each other. I met Dr. Ellison shortly after & he did not disappoint! We connected on some fun topics, had some laughs & he was very informative about what I'd need to have done in the coming weeks for a cavity & future cleanings. Carol, at the front desk, was very kind & welcoming.
She got me set up for my filling & future cleaning without a hitch & I was able to use my Care Credit card, as I don't have dental coverage that I'm aware of. The cost was fair & the service was all around amazing! I'm thrilled to have found this practice & will be referring anyone in need of a grade A dentist here in our area. Thank you so much for everything, to all the staff I've been lucky to have met, you guys ROCK!

My mother introduced me to Doctor Ellison and staff when they saved my broken tooth and life 10 years ago. He built his trust with me, which grew into faith. I never had one problem with my tooth after, but fast forward 10 years later, I stupidly bit into a frozen cookie and broke the tooth over super bowl weekend. I could not imagine anyone seeing me this way.
The following day was Valentine's day, but they still fit me into their busy schedules on this day. They had my documents and data on file still. They were able to fix me new with a temporary, ordered, and expedited the permanent. I received my perfect permanent tooth within a week and half. Doctor Ellison will always be my Valentine and hero. He made this as simple, painless, and quick as possible.
He and staff stayed late just to make sure I was taken care of. They even handed out flowers to their patients on Valentine's day. They truly care. I value their quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. They are worthy of the extra you may pay for Doctor Ellison's experience you can not match. I highly recommend him and staff especially in emergency cases.

Dr. Ellison has been my dentist for over 30 years. I currently live almost 2 hours away so I tried a new dentist closer to my home.big mistake. I have returned to Dr. Ellison and his amazing staff and my teeth and I are so happy. Dr. Ellison, Tracy and staff will remain my dentist no matter how long the drive is.

What a amazing office, I went to Dr. Ellison because of his positive reviews here and even those didn't go far enough, everyone of his staff are friendly and very professional. My teeth were a disaster and had ignored them for years, Dr Ellison laid out different options to chose from which was great for me before deciding on a plan. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend him to anyone reading this even if you have to travel a bit to see him. Thanks again to everyone in the office for taking care of me especially Julie his assistant who is the best. 10 stars if that's even a thing.

The doctor, office manager Carol and the entire staff are amazing. They are friendly, organized thorough in their assessment of your dental needs and willing to work with you on your payment plan, plus they are just so efficient. They do a great job! First time at Dr. Ellison's! Had my teeth cleaned by Danielle who did a wonderful job! She was very friendly and sweet! A great first time experience! Dr Ellison is a warm and friendly dentist I would definitely recommend! Yvonne was also kind and helpful with my insurance questions. Thank you all, I will be back!
