I love coming here because Dr. Yamada and her team are the best! I go in every year for my cleaning with Vera, she's awesome and always answers questions and offers tips to help my teeth look and feel their best. Dr. Yamada has made a very welcoming practice that offers excellent care, I feel well taken care of by putting my dental health in her and her teams hands.

I'm so happy I've been a patient of Dr. Yamada for 14 years. She is the very best dentist I have ever been to in my entire life. I've tried many other dentists and I have been completely satisfied with Dr. Yamada and her fantastic staff. It is such a pleasure to go someone you just trust with your smile. The staff, from Dawne that is a pleasant voice answering the calls as they come in to Justine who helps make the process smooth as it can possibly be.

I would highly recommend Dr. Michelle Yamada D.D.S. to anyone wanting to find a dentist that cares and a friendly staff that make you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and Ocean Dental Care was recommended by my girlfriend. I am VERY happy that I made that initial visit and will continue to go back for all my dental needs. The team is amazing, friendly, and fun, and they treat you like family. I look forward to seeing them every visit. The equipment is state of the art and I've tested it for them several times with all the fillings, crowns, and cleanings I've had in the last 8 months.

I've had very little discomfort from any of the procedures and they follow up with me later to see how I am doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Yamada and her staff to anyone seeking dental work!

My first visit to this office was when I was having what I thought an urgent dental issue and just walked into the office and asked if they could help me out. Right away Tiffany calmed me down and a few minutes later, Dr. Yamada was fixing the problem. I'm so grateful to them and have had some other procedures done by Vera since then which have gone very well.

In my opinion they are very trustworthy and have high standards of care. If you have any anxiety about dental work I would recommend this practice as they are very patient and will explain everything in detail.

Dr. Yamada and her entire staff are amazing! The office staff takes the time to get to know each patient personally. They want to know what is going on with you and how that can relate to what is going on in your mouth. The hygiene team took their time to make sure I was flossing and brushing properly. Everyone in the office truly cares about each patient.

I highly recommend Dr. Yamada at Ocean Beach Dental. I have been seeing the team here for 10 years and will not go anywhere else. In fact, I recently moved about 35 minutes away and still travel to OB for my dental work. The team is friendly, caring, compassionate and I feel totally comfortable here. Ken, Tiffany and the entire team are awesome! I highly recommend this facility for all of your dental needs. Hands down, THE BEST!

The staff members at Ocean Dental Care are wonderful! They are all incredibly skilled and professional, and they're also friendly, accessible and fun. One day I had the first appointment after their lunch break and I arrived several minutes early and found the whole staff out in the courtyard relaxing on beach towels soaking up the sun. Everyone at Ocean Dental takes the time to get to know their patients--it's obvious they care about the people they treat. If you are looking for great dental care in a no-stress setting, give them a try!

I can't say enough good things about Ocean Dental Care. Everyone is so friendly, you can tell that the staff truly care about their patients. They have a great little kids area where kids can wait for appointments or for their parents. Dr. Yamada is very professional and has a very gentle and calm demeanor. I've never been kept waiting and they make sure to send you reminders when it's time for your next cleaning. I have always been extremely pleased with the care, results and staff at Ocean Dental Care and I highly recommend them. Best Dentist's Office and Staff Ever!

I have been a patient of Dr Yamada's for over ten years. The dental care I receive at her office is excellent. The technology in the office and training of the staff is continually being updated. The friendliness and efficiency of the office/staff is exceptional. I feel that they are truly concerned about me. My dental health has improved since I started with Ocean Dental Care, and I am so happy that they are my provider for dental care.

I have to say that I've had a lot of dental work in my time, but this was the best experience ever. Dr. Yamada is incredibly gentle, she explains everything as she goes so there are no surprises and checking if I'm ok. I got introduced to Nu-Calm which made the experience that much more relaxing! I would recommended it highly for everyone to try it once, I'll look forward to it every time! Her assistant Laura "rocks " as well as the whole staff! Thumbs up to Ocean Dental Care!
