After chipping my tooth over the weekend, I needed to find a new dentist in my area asap. After reading many reviews of many dentists I called Dr Khiria's office Monday. Stephanie and Linda were kind, informative, helpful and got me an appt the next morning. From the moment I walked into to office I was impressed with the cheerfulness from Stephanie checking me in and the clean, sun filled modern layout of the office.

Then Linda, the friendly dental hygienist who's worked in the office with the former dentist until he retired and with Dr Khiria since 2016, took me back to my room. She made me feel very comfortable and then I met Dr Khiria. I was a little nervous about what the charge was going to be bc my insurance hasn't kicked in, but after she examined my chip she told me what she suggested and Linda handed me a written proposal for the charge of the filling which I signed.

Then I could relax and let them work their dental magic on me. I always get a little nervous about dental work, but I settled down as Dr Khiria's gentle and reassuring demeanour complimented her confident and skillful hands. I didn't need numbing bc she drilled with so much control and precision. Overall a great experience! Look forward to going back for my preventative cleanings 2x/year! Thank you.

The most unprofessional place I've ever been in my life. Try to tell me I need a deep cleaning of $95 I told them I'm not interested just give me my annual and they refuse to schedule my annual free cleaning and kept trying to upsell me. I also felt they weren't happy with the insurance company I was with and if that's the case they should just not except that insurance at their locations

Previous dentists sold their practice to new one. Previous dentist was super nice and I had no issues with them. New dentist is alright but sometimes she tries to upsell what you need. But office team is a hit and miss. I recently got something done. Office team quoted me one price which I paid in full the same day but about a month later a got a bill for "past due" balance.

When I called to find out what the bill was about, the office staff said what I paid previously was "an estimate" and I needed to pay the remaining balance. Long story short I ended up paying out of pocket almost double what I was originally quoted. The office staff hides behind their legal disclaimer that what we quoted you was an "estimate." Had I known I would be paying almost double then I could have postponed the procedure since the tooth wasn't bothering me or shopped around.

I don't know if the office staff is incompetent or they under quote you on purpose hoping you'll agree to get the procedure done and then they'll charge you almost double what they originally quoted you.

My husband and I have been patients for over 10 years. They are kind, patient and genuinely care. We have started bringing our 10 year old daughter and she's gone from petrified of the dentist to enjoying it. Feels like family here.

I had braces put on myself and my daughter which my insurance paid their portion and I paid my remaining portion this was through the previous dentist who we loved Dr. Richard Fife. Dr. Fife sold his Dentisty to a new dentist who currently is in business. This new dentist then bills and and charges me again for the same service of our braces in full.

I attempted to dispute these charges but without Dr. Fifes old records that these services where paid in full by me and my Ins. This new dentist sent me to collections. The dentist and her finance lady is corrupt. Always keep your receipts! Don't ever go to this office they can not be trusted.

I came to this office as a new patient at 27weeks pregnant. I was having some serious pain with some teeth and gums and they listened and treated me with nothing but respect. First appointment we did some X-rays and a cleaning. I have had a root canal and many fillings since then. Every single visit I was greeted with a smile and politeness. The Dr, she is amazing!

I've had multiple appointments so I've had 3 different assistants helping and they are all amazing as well! The root canal specialist was also a pleasure. They always make sure that I am comfortable and okay. They're number one concern is for the safety of baby and myself and I love that! They are very personable and will work with you financially (focusing on what's most important and what my insurance covers) I am so glad I found this office! And even at 33 weeks pregnant hope to schedule my final fillings with them before baby is born. 100% recommend this office to anyone who has stumbled across them!

Absolutely amazing group of professionals here. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. I feel very welcomed and less nervous about going to my dental appointments. However I do still feel nervous, so my dental hygienist, dental assistant and dentist would always tell me what procedure they are doing next and always check if I am doing ok. It definitely makes the whole experience much less nerve wrecking.

They always do an amazing job on my teeth and make sure I don't have to return too frequently. Everyone remembers me and would ask me about how things are going. Overall just very very good experience.

I am regular here and like going here; everyone is professional and took total care of their patients nicely. I went in for my cavity filling, Dr. Divya, Mark, and Linda took care of me, and my treatment went well without much pain. They let me know what I should be doing after the treatment and teach me how to make sure that I won't experience any discomfort later. This friendliness and professionalism deserve five stars ranking. I will recommend it to other people for sure.

The hygienists were great, although one of the female dentists gave me multiple bad fillings in an attempt to rush through and fill as many as they could in one sitting. I did not notice until after the numbing and the swelling went down. I had to get them fixed at another dental office because my insurance had been switched to a different plan. They also ignored my request to consult a surgeon about my x-rays.

I never received a call back. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional. I had a question about an overdue bill because I received a letter that said my previous insurance was already inactive during the time of my visit and she hung up on me. The next person who answered when I called back was more helpful, but would not give me the name of the person who initially hung up on me.

I am also not quite sure why my dental insurance was ever approved in the first place, otherwise I would not have scheduled an appointment. I am now held responsible for paying a bill that is twice the amount I was quoted at the time of my appointment due to their negligence. I would not come back to this office or refer it to anybody else.

I went as a new patient at Arden Oaks Dental Care. I have received exam and cleaning on the same day. My hygienist Melissa was really gentle and thorough. I like Dr. Khiria as she was very thorough and explained all treatment options. I have started invisalign with her and happy with the affordable pricing and results. I highly recommend Arden Oaks Dental Care to everyone.
