Dr. Greg Seal and Dr. Priscila Schaefer are prosthodontists, dentists who specialize in the restoration and replacement of natural teeth. Prosthodontists are not just general dentists. Following four years of dental school, prosthodontists complete three or more years of residency training in an American Dental Association (ADA) accredited graduate program.
Miriam graduated with honors from the New York University College of Dentistry. Prior to coming to Dallas, she practiced as a hygienist in New York City, specializing in dental implants, prosthodontics, and periodontics. Having earned a dental degree in her native Peru prior to moving to the US, she has a broad knowledge of all aspects of dentistry.
Dr. Schaefer has been in private practice since arriving in Dallas six years ago. After earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery, she received her Master of Science degree and Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Michigan. Her studies include extensive training in cosmetic dentistry, implant-supported prosthetics, TMJ disorders, and full mouth reconstructions.
Located within our Preston Center offices is a fully equipped, German-designed dental laboratory. Our equipment and materials represent the latest techniques in prosthodontic restorative dentistry. Here, our highly trained, certified dental laboratory technicians work closely with Dr. Seal and his team to create customized restorations.

The only reason this office has five stars is because they hide the bad reviews. I know this because this is my THIRD time posting this review. The other two were hidden by the office. Dr Seal is currently trying to escape accountability for faulty dental work, fraudulent claims and withheld information about my case. H his dental work holds up for about three months, and when it starts going bad, he discharges you as a patient and denies any blame.
And when I called demanding accountability, I was hung up on by Norma and Jessica, the office clerks. Neither of these women act professional, but I guess if they had an education they'd be working elsewhere. In short, expect to get scammed here. Save yourself thousands of dollars and a long headache, and a few lawsuits, and go to a larger and more reputable clinic. I recommend finding a real dentist and not a sales person. These people don't try to fix the problem, they just care about making the sale.

Received porcelain veneers on my two front teeth. Everything was great until the final veneers were received. Provision teeth look beautiful and met my expectations, the permanents ones that were delivered were much wider in the front and the back (crossed over the teeth next to them, including the back), much thicker, jolted out and were not the same shape as the provisions.
Another Doctor (Not Dr. Seal as it was beneath him to make such modifications) modify the porcelains however, they still look too thick. I came back 4 -weeks later for another tweak and ask if I could take a look-see at the model that was sent in to make the final veneers; I was informed it was destroyed as they don't keep them around due to storage concerns.
The other issue is really the arrogance, I brought my husband in for my tweak and the arrogance that Dr. Seal showed to my husband was absolutely outrageous. My husband is an African American man and I can just image what this office would SAY if my husband MATCHED the arrogance and disrespect that Dr. Seal showed to him. I had to protect my husband so I nodded and kept the peace. $10K out the door and a lesson learned the hard way.

I actually enjoy going to Dr. Seal's office. Norma has a gift of making people welcome and special; I love her. She is organized and efficient. The office is well run, and they file my insurance for me. Miriam is professional, gentle, and cleans my teeth better than anyone else has ever done for me. She honors my preferences for cleanings. She has been in the field for many years and has a lot of knowledge both as a hygienist, and of dental care /options in general.
There is NOT a lot of turn-over in office staff [I have been going there a long time] which makes me think it must be a nice place to work too. This I believe is reflected in the service. Dr. Seal makes me feel comfortable, and I know he keeps current on the latest in dental technology and materials. He is open to new ideas. He has his own lab, and the lab technicians are well versed in the materials they use [which is increasingly important in dentistry as we learn more about the least toxic options for dental restorations].
Their equipment is state-of-the-art. I know I am getting the best possible dental care. I know this might not be important to some, but it is important to me that the office looks nice too (which it does). It tells me that there is a focus on aesthetics, and art, and I believe that a "good eye" translates to an eye for beauty and perfection in the work that is done to my teeth.

I went to see Dr Schaefer when I broke my 2 front teeth in a running accident. She does incredible work. She is knowledgeable, personable, thorough and honest. She is a perfectionist and a master at her craft. I would recommend her to anyone. I had to get 2 crowns and 4 veneers and my smile today is better than before my accident. I am truly thankful she was able to help me.

I first visited Dr. Seal's office 9 years ago to repair 4 front teeth that I broke in a bike accident. They did an excellent job and I've been extremely happy with their work. I've received several compliments on my teeth in the time since - which I certainly did not anticipate while walking home with a shattered grill. I returned today to have a chip repaired on one of those 4 crowns.
I found the entire staff not only professional, but also thoughtful and kind. It's very hard for me to imagine a better experience when going in for tooth surgery. I also want to note that Dr. Seal's office produces all prosthodontics in their own on-site lab, which to me indicates both their commitment to quality and technical sophistication.
